22nd Amendment to the Constitution

In 1947, there was an Amendment to our constitution that said no person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice.  Afraid of someone becoming a dictator, this amendment passed after Franklin Roosevelt was elected to 4 terms.

We sure don't want anyone in there for more than 2 terms (8 years is enough time to screw up the economy) but there are always some in Washington who want to change the 22nd Amendment to allow "their guy" to serve longer.
