Perfect example as to why we need Amendment 4
The Siemens Group wants to build 390 houses on an 18 hole closed golf course in Boca Del Mar. The PB County Commission rejected a previous plan by a former owner just 4 years ago who had closed the course in 2005. That owner sued and lost with the Judge saying the golf course cannot be used for anything but green space.
Residents are up in arms and do not want the property changed.
