Bill Maher is tired of old Joe

Bill Maher Floats Possible Replacement for Biden

'We've Babied Joe Biden Long Enough'

"Real Time host Bill Maher urged Democrats to consider an open convention. He believes this could boost voter enthusiasm and lead to a victory in November.

In a guest essay for The New York Times, Maher expressed concerns about Biden's age. "As Joe Biden himself would say, 'Here's the deal': What happened at the debate last week wasn't a tragedy, it was a blessing in disguise," Maher wrote.

Maher suggested that a new candidate aligns with the American love for novelty. He mentioned Obama's youth as a key factor in his 2008 victory. Obama’s short political record played to his advantage.

Maher continued, saying Democrats couldn’t buy the enthusiasm an open convention would generate. Hosting it in Chicago, known for its convention drama, would add to the excitement.

Instead of repeating old talking points, Maher said, an open convention could revitalize the party. He compared the recent debate to the worst episode of 'The Golden Bachelor.'"

Supreme Court Ruling Could Upend Jack Smith’s Case Against Trump

Last week, the Supreme Court issued a ruling that more or less decimated many of the charges against dozens of J6 rioters and Donald Trump.

The ruling called out the government’s wide interpretation of criminal obstruction, which the Department of Justice used to charge all of these people.

Many legal experts, including Jonathan Turley, believe this will result in Special Counsel Jack Smith having to drop some of the charges filed against Trump in the J6 case, not to mention the charges that will have to be dropped and/or downgraded against J6 rioters.

Judge Engoron's wife going after Trump?

Did Trump Just Expose Biased Judge’s Secret?

President Trump has directed his online criticism toward Dawn Engoron, the spouse of Judge Arthur Engoron overseeing his ongoing civil fraud trial in New York.

In a series of recent posts on the Truth Social platform, Trump alleged that an account on X (formerly Twitter) under the username “Dawn Marie” belonged to Judge Engoron’s wife. Someone is actually married to that freak?

These posts, initially discovered by conservative activist Laura Loomer, featured content critical of Trump, suggesting he was “headed to the big house” and making remarks about his ongoing trial.

Some of the posts included AI illustrations depicting Trump in an orange jumpsuit and even as the Wicked Witch of the West from “The Wizard of Oz.”

Judge Engoron had already ruled Trump, the Trump Organization, and several executives, including Trump’s adult sons, liable for fraud even before the trial began.

Biden Released Migrants Who Stormed Border Patrol

The Rule of Law

Has been debased under Joe Biden

Democrats love to talk about everyone being accountable to the rule of law.

That is, of course, unless you are a Democrat or an illegal alien.

These people break the law the second they step on our soil without going through proper channels, but this administration continues to find ways to cater to them.

If you ask most conservatives, or most Americans for that matter, those migrants who rushed the border should have been arrested and tossed right back over the border.

Instead, Joe Biden is rewarding them.

In May, an El Paso judge dismissed all criminal charges against the migrants who attacked troops that day.

There were roughly 40 migrants charged, so after the cases were dismissed, they were turned over to ICE, who reportedly set them all free.

Former Supporter Who Fundraised Millions for Obama Flips to Trump

Have you ever heard of a Republican changing party affiliation to Democrat? No, me either

Huynh, along with her then-husband Google programmer Scott Hassan, helped raise millions of dollars for the Obama campaign in 2008. She recently discussed her departure from the Democrat Party and her newfound support for Trump. She will now be an Independent.

Allison Huynh said that there isn’t a single cause for her departure but rather a chain of events. She elaborated by saying that the Democrat Party is too concerned with policing non-criminals and ignoring the need to make neighborhoods safer.

She said that the Democrats were enforcing the incorrect policies. She claimed that our city needs to crack down on a number of issues, including the prevalence of violent crime in San Francisco, instances of public defecation, heroin overdoses seen by her children, and the practice of letting shoplifters parade through grocery stores and causing their closures. She was upset that there were no grocery stores around anymore.

Huynh told the media that she went to a Trump fundraiser at Mar-a-Lago not long ago and was surprised by her interaction with the former President. She said that Trump was knowledgeable, humorous, and lighthearted. Huynh expressed her satisfaction with Trump’s understanding of current events and the economy.

Proof of Citizenship to Vote

RNC Files Motion to Enforce Documentary Proof of Citizenship Requirements in Arizona

PHOENIX, Ariz. — The RNC and the Arizona Legislature have filed a motion to stay a federal district court decision striking down Arizona’s documentary proof of citizenship requirements while the Ninth Circuit hears the appeal.

If this motion is successful, Arizona can enforce its law requiring documentary proof of citizenship to vote in this November’s presidential election or cast a ballot by mail in any election.

RNC Chairman Michael Whatley stated: “Our elections, and the future of our country, should be decided by Americans. Non-citizen voting compromises our elections and we are committed to stopping it. This filing is another critical legal step in our fight to secure the 2024 election.”

Arizona GOP Chair Gina Swoboda stated: “Our election outcomes must reflect the voices of American voters. Any vote cast by a non-citizen dilutes those votes and risks silencing those voices.

This is a very real problem in Arizona and we are committed to resolving it. The AZGOP and the RNC are engaging at every level to ensure our elections properly reflect the will of Arizona voters.” [Republican{arty]

Democrats have put their hopes in more fantasy

You can’t just switch candidates

Democrats are in a tizzy. After spending years shamelessly lying about Joe Biden’s obvious mental decline, they’ve been forced to confront the reality that the emperor has no marbles.

So they’re going to switch him out, just like that. So simple; so easy. So ridiculous.

The reality of the matter is far more complicated. Even if those actually in charge (what Axios now calls the “Biden oligarchy”) were convinced that they could lose, and even if they wanted to surrender their power and their money, that money can’t just be switched over, not without torpedoing the campaign’s entire media strategy.

The campaign can’t simply transfer its money to another candidate. The Federal Elections Commission caps transfers from campaign to campaign at $2,000.

Hunter Biden sues Fox News

Hunter Biden didn't like Fox News Miniseries about him

Yesterday, "Hunter Biden sued Fox News over a recent miniseries that painted the first son in an unflattering light.

In a lawsuit filed Monday in the Supreme Court of New York, Biden's attorneys allege Fox targeted the president's son “in an effort to harass, annoy, alarm, and humiliate him, and tarnish his reputation.”

In the letter on behalf of Hunter, the law firm Geragos & Geragos chastised the miniseries: “It was made for the purpose of trade and advertising and merely exploits Mr. Biden's name, image, and likeness for FOX's commercial benefit. Thus, FOX is not protected by the newsworthiness exception to the right of privacy/publicity statutes.

Fox News has removed The Trial of Hunter Biden, a six-part mock trial miniseries."

The Laptop from Hell

Trump's former CIA officials knew about the false Hunter Biden laptop statement ahead of its publishing

By Ryan Ledendecker, June 27, 2024

A bombshell revelation regarding the dozens of former intelligence agents who swore in a statement that Hunter Biden's laptop was Russian disinformation has rocked the entire narrative.

According to Fox News, former President Donald Trump's CIA chief, Gina Haspel, knew at the time when the 51 intel agents signed the infamous statement that it was a political manuever.

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) revealed the stunning news in a press release last week.

The information came via a report worked up by the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government, and the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, titled, "The Intelligence Community 51: How CIA Contractors Colluded with The Biden Campaign to Mislead American Voters."

CNN Trump-Biden Debate Brings in 51 Million TV Viewers Across Networks, 30 Million More Online

Over 51 million people tuned into the June 27 television debate between President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump, according to Nielsen Fast National data as cited by host CNN (as of 5 p.m. ET on June 28).

The 51.3 million people tuning into the debate is the lowest TV audience since the first 2012 presidential debate between President Barack Obama and former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney. That garnered more than 46 million viewers, according to Nielsen.

While CNN hosted the debate, it was also simulcast across 22 networks and streamed online.

Of the 51.3 million TV viewers, 9.5 million tuned in on CNN’s main channel; 9.3 million on Fox News; 9.2 million on ABC News; and 4.1 million on MSNBC, according to CNN.

Trump Immunity Case

Supreme Court rules ex-presidents have substantial protection from prosecution

The issue before the Supreme Court stemmed from Special Counsel Jack Smith's election interference case against former President Trump.

The Supreme Court ruled Monday in Trump v. United States that a former president has substantial immunity from prosecution for official acts committed while in office, but not for unofficial acts.

The Court sent the matter back down to a lower court, as the justices did not apply the ruling to whether or not former President Trump is immune from prosecution regarding actions related to efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 election.

Justice Samuel Alito questioned the repercussions of charging a former president.

"Now if an incumbent who loses a very close, hotly contested election knows that a real possible nullity after leaving office is not that the president is going to be able to go off into a peaceful retirement, but that the president may be criminally prosecuted by a bitter political opponent," Alito asked.

"Will that not lead us into a cycle that destabilizes the functioning of our country as a democracy? And we can look around the world and find countries where we have seen this process, where the loser gets thrown in jail," he said.

New York Times tells Biden "Get out of the race"

The New York Times editorial board calls for Biden to drop out of the presidential race

The Biden campaign brushed off the editorial, published a day after the first presidential debate of the 2024 election cycle.

“The clearest path for Democrats to defeat a candidate defined by his lies (LOL and that is a typical liberal rag anti-Trump lie) is to deal truthfully with the American public: acknowledge that Mr. Biden can’t continue his race, and create a process to select someone more capable to stand in his place to defeat Mr. Trump in November,” the editorial board wrote.

The opinion piece acknowledged that ending his campaign would “be against all of Mr. Biden’s personal and political instincts” and highlighted that it was Biden himself who challenged former President Donald Trump to the debate.

This is really significant coming from the number one anti-Trump major news media. But what took them so long? It was out there for years for everyone to judge but this time they had no choice. The New York Times has not dealt truthfully until now only because this time they were backed into a corner where they could no longer turn around.

Trump's Immunity Ruling due today by SCOTUS

Trump's immunity ruling due Monday as US Supreme Court announces end of term

During arguments in the Trump case in April the court's conservative justices signaled support for former U.S. presidents having some level of protection from criminal charges for certain acts that they had taken in office, but seemed unlikely to embrace Trump's most far-reaching bid for "absolute immunity."

The Supreme Court's eventual ruling may narrow the special counsel's allegations against Trump, but it appeared that at least parts of the indictment may survive.

The decision could further delay Trump's trial, which previously had been scheduled for March.

“As I read it, it says simply a former president can be prosecuted because he’s being prosecuted,” Roberts said derisively during the arguments. “Why shouldn’t we either send it back to the court of appeals or issue an opinion making clear that that’s not the law?”

Can't guess as to what the Court will do but I won't be surprised if they allow the Appeals Court decision to stand--which was--that former presidents are not entitled to immunity from criminal prosecution.
