How can you say this? President Trump signed it and passed it, not the Congress.
I don't understand.
Duh...........Find a good brain surgeon.
Why are you so mean to people, blogger? I just need you to explain something and you're so nasty. Anyway, God bless you. Have a restful night.
The Congress passed the 1.3trillion spending bill. The president signed it so as not to shut down the government. This is through Sep.
