After our current commission approves all these new taxes and assessments their fates are sealed.My mortgage keeps increasing at an alarming rate' with no relief in site. We should be seeing several new faces on the Dias in November.
It tells me that many people can be friends on Facebook where I'm personally friends with just about everyone in the whole city, county, state and beyond....Does not mean anything other than people on Facebook asked be be friended and that person may have something in common that they like to share.
Let the newbies, no matter who they are, speak for themselves and don't jump to conclusion based on a crazy notion or rumor.
Give the old guard the existing guard and possible future guard a chance to speak and learn the facts and not just hear say....rumors and stories have kept this city at odds far too long.
If you want to get HOT about something think about all the money we pay as utility customers and tax payers for carring all these assessments and....well read Lynn's blog about those items.
Great question. Because with all the incompetency on the dais and in the city administration, the need to completely clean house and start over yrt again, a candidate's sexual preference is important.

I didn't originally author it but I will borrow it because it really fits you like a custome tailored suit. "If ignorance had a monetary value you would be richer than Oprah". A candidates sexual identity is not important for political office. That is ONLY important to the man or woman that is intimately involved with the candidate NO ONE ELSE! You must really be blissful since they say ignorance is bliss.
I'm a total outsider and have been watching the LW Mayor race. I work in LW and see the day to day operations of the city. In my option, and observation a vote for Triolo is a vote for lower taxes and lower assessments end of story. A vote for Waterman is a vote for Higher taxes and assessments. Both are fine people.
