Can we throw the current city charter out and start a new one with a complete NEW election of a new body of government and start over? OK silly becuase the same "their side our side" will still be there but wish we could some how just wipe the slate clean and re-organize like a corporation that has to reinvent itself to survive a tough economy...(Does the old song..."I like Dreaming" come to mind LOL)
