Planning & Zoning Board Members;
It is with regret that I forward the attached email from Board Member Spinelli. He has been a valuable member of the Board for nearly two decades and we will miss him greatly. His departure leaves two vacancies on the Board, which we hope to fill shortly. Please keep Mr. Spinelli in your thoughts and we will move forward as productively as we can.
Thank you to everyone for their commitment and service on the Board and to the City of Lake Worth.
William Waters

Dear Mr. Waters,
Due to my personal, family and business responsibilities I can no longer devote the time needed to perform my duties as Vice Chair of the Planning and Zoning Board. I hereby submit my resignation. It has been an honor and a pleasure to serve the City of Lake Worth for the past eighteen years.
Sincerely,
Philip V. Spinelli

wow--that's a big surprise. He's doing it the right way instead of trying to run again and not getting picked like what's his name.
18 years is a long time to sit on a city board. I am sure that Phil could write book on these experiences, or perhaps a fiction piece.
Mr Spinellis' service and expertise on Planing and Zoning will be sorely missed. Thanks for the dedication and and the service. I think sometimes people forget that board members are volunteers giving up time with family and friends. It eventually takes its' toll. Good luck Phil.
It's never fully appreciated, is it? I will miss Phil's charm, wit, and personality besides all of his knowledge.
Does this mean that good old Phil will now have to buy property at (cue the dramatic music) MARKET VALUE ?!? Out in the sunshine ?!?
