Fetterman suggests that octogenarian Pelosi needs to go, make way for someone younger
U.S. Sen. John Fetterman (D-Pa.) continues to impress with his willingness to defy his party’s orthodoxy and has now openly suggested that it’s time for octogenarian former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to retire.The 84-year-old engineer of the overthrow of presumptive nominee Joe Biden that ultimately led to a landslide loss for Democrats, Pelosi has reportedly already filed a statement of candidacy to run for reelection in 2026 for what would be her 21st term in Congress.
In brutally frank remarks in which he skewered her for the ouster of Biden, the old-school liberal also pointed out Pelosi’s selfishness for continuing to hog a House seat instead of making way for the younger generation.

Pelosi is an evil woman. She needs to go.
Fetterman had a near fatal stroke 3 years ago or so. It's amazing that he came around and he is healthy again.
