SSN Requirement Slashed From Child Tax Credit In New ‘Build Back Better’ Plan
The insanely massive $1.75 trillion social spending bill, known as the Build Back Better Act, is currently working its way through the House of Representatives and includes a section that would see to the removal of the Social Security number requirement for the Child Tax Credit. This specific section, which is located in the bill on page 1,647 of the total 2,135, would change the federal tax code itself by forcing the removal of the provision which would require that a child have possession of a valid Social Security number in order to be eligible to receive any and all tax credit.

But Biden now is going to remove this requirement that would allow the eligibility for the credit to the parents of any children who do not have social security numbers, which will, more than likely, include the children of illegal aliens.
