Coconut palm trees in front of building? Not a good idea imo. They can be messy and attract roaches.Nice bushes in pots would be better. No dirt areas in front of casino either.

Most all palm trees attract roaches. Palm trees are Florida. People expect to see palm trees when they come here.
Where are the infamous turtle lights?
Will the parking lot be ready for the grand opening?
It would be interesting to know how many millions were made off our beach.
