," so said an executive with a Florida energy company who e-mailed me. Andres turned down that offer because he liked working for Lake Worth Utilities and he liked his job and he just loves it here. Now he doesn't have one for answering a direct question from a Commissioner.
The question that remains is why? The best thing to do here is have him sit down with Rebecca Mattey, Utility Director, iron things out, shake hands and both of them get over it. We need him in Lake Worth. Everyone deserves a second chance and it is human nature to defend your honor and professional reputation.
