Phil Spinelli's, The Rum Shack (once known as Rosies), has presented the CRA with a cost estimate for paint, new doors, awnings, etc. in the amount of $40,070.46 and is asking tonight for $20,000 in matching funds for a Facade Grant.Hey Phil--how about cleaning up the cigarette butts that are all around your place? I was down there today and it is one big disgrace. Take a few bucks from that $20,000 and give your people some brooms to use. One broom = $7.00. This would do instant wonders for your facade.
