I believe LW has finally lost any semblance of common sense, they don't have the funding or leadership to fill a few potholes and want to spend millions on projects that are insanely expensive. There are only 26,000 customers, to spread those expenses across the customer base has no economical basis. Green energy that has proven totally as a ruse as it is federally funded with tax dollars and unsustainable as a stand alone entity. How many of LW's customers can't pay their bills now? It's been 10 years since they obtained the bond money for the electric upgrade and it's nowhere near complete, really! At some point there needs to be an adult in the room with a novel possession called a brain. Who would even consider moving into the mess created by the failed direction over the years.
