whos the boss
The city manager's boss is the Commission.
How can the Commission be the boss of the Manager, when the individuals on the commission have different goals and priorities. Wouldn't it really be the Mayor who is the boss of the Manager?The city seems to run just as well without a manager, or so it would seem. It hasn't caught fire yet. Why spend all of that money?

who told the commision this woman wasnt doing her job or did they think it on their own
@10:54...you will have to ask one of the trio. Betty and Sarah voted to retain her.
It's always a three to two vote on anything that the commission does doesn't matter what commission there is it's always a three to two look it up
