Like Benny's on the beach should be praying fair market value
Swimming pool should never be closed it should be open from 8:00 to 6:00 city the city should hire more employees so they can get back on track

This topic should be under the Alex Cull for Mayor blog but here is the scoop--
as of 2023--
He pays $20,910.00 a month including the patio area or $44 per sqft.
For 2024, he pays $47 a square foot for the premises and $15.84 sqft for the patio area.
There is a sliding scale upwards for subsequent years.
The lease was extended for 9 additional years and 11 months through January 11,2033.
I think he pays enough.
Pool needs to be repaired and stay where it is. The city screwed up years ago turning down the repair by engineering firm Kimley Horn of a little over $500k because of Mike Bornstein, then city manager and his side-kick, Juan Ruiz. They wanted the pool to fail. And so it has.
