Joe Biden is currently fighting Texas in court to stop the state from enforcing immigration law.
Biden sued Texas over the state putting up razor wire to deter illegal aliens from entering the country and for passing a law making it a crime to enter Texas illegally and which also gives state authorities the ability to deport illegal aliens back to the home country.
