Is it the Syrian government or the rebels using chemical weapons in Syria? We keep hearing that it is the Syrian government.
U.N. human rights
investigators have gathered testimony from casualties of Syria's civil
war and medical staff indicating that rebel forces have used the nerve
agent Sarin which has been classified as a weapon of mass destruction in UN Resolution 687.
There is no evidence of government forces having used
chemical weapons, which are banned under international law, said
commission member Carla Del Ponte. Turkey says it's the rebels.
