With all the crime in the City of Lake Worth, I want to know who was the person who just bought that new house built at 230 N O Street that was listed for $800,000? How much did they actually pay? Why would anyone pay $800K for a house in Lake Worth with so much crime and such bad schools and roads? Who are these people? Are they crazy?
Lynn, that is a brand new house that was just built there from the bottom up and it was recently listed for $800K. There was an empty lot there before. This one was listed for $800K recently, we watched it be built and it looks like someone just moved into it recently within the past month.
I think these are some funny things happen with buildings today because up in College Park there was a new cape cod style house just built a few years ago, and that too, didn't seem right on Papa. I will have to look at the address again the next time I am up that way. I think there are some fishy things that go on around here with building new houses.

Yellow house on North Lakeside that had the Trump signs, flags is asking close to one million dollars, unbelievable as it needs a lot of work. Its advertised as being on the intracoastal but has no access to the waterway.

Two years ago it sold for $433,000. Did they total renovate it?
