Ok, enough of this inaugural thing. Let's get back to the issues. President Obama should be reaching out to Senator Rubio.

I hope he is talking about a green card not citizenship.Many places in this world you can only become a citizen by being born in the country or marrying a citizen.You can become a resident but not gain citizenship.
