"Prime Minister Haider Al-Abadi of Iraq declared the full liberation of the former ISIS capital of Mosul on July 9th. Raqqa is the only major stronghold controlled by the terrorist organization, and American-backed forces are on the verge of taking the city.

There are about 2,000 ISIS terrorists still in Raqqa and U.S. backed forces have seized about 45% of Raqqa since June.
