I disagree that anyone can tell anyone else what they can 'consume' themselves as much as I can't be told 'Not to Read' this Blog...It's a 'Freedom Thing'.
Who are anyone of us to tell another you can not have what you want after we fixed the 'prohibition' mistake? Heck the unintended consequences from that gave us Nascar (good) & Al Capone (caught through tax evasion; bad).
Follow the money and de-funding the war on drugs will cause the PBSO to do actual work solving crimes where there is an actual victim!
Then we use these 'safe' prisoners as SLAVES for FREE to labor in our city alleys....look up the movie 'Brubaker'.
...and the dais complains they can't get MORE FREE LABOR!
The Hilton would love some of the Private Prison Contracts that Guarantee 'occupancy'.
