The message is clear: Screw you Lake Worth

And this business owner continues to do whatever he wants and thumbs his nose at the City of Lake Worth.

g)
Prohibited signs.
1. Animated signs (except time and temperature.)
2. Snipe signs.
3. Billboards.
4. A-frame, sandwich, sidewalk or curb signs.
5. Streamers, twirling objects, fluttering objects, balloons or any other air or gas filled figure or sign, or any other similar items.
6. Search lights.
7. Swinging signs.
8. Outdoor advertising of any kind or character where any live animal or human being is used as part of the advertising and is visible from any public street or public place.
9. Any unauthorized sign on city property.
10. Any portable signs or signs attached to trees, utility poles, trailers, roller casters, or any unapproved supporting structures.
11. Any sign or advertising structure displaying obscene, indecent or immoral matter.
12. Any sign which becomes unsightly. Signs which contribute to unsightliness or are inappropriate as deemed by the building official may be appealed to the planning and zoning board or historic resources preservation board, as applicable.
13. Abandoned signs.
14. Vehicular signs.
15. Any sign which contains or consists of a three-dimensional sculptured figure which is an emblem/logo of the business to which it is accessory or which represents products manufactured or sold by said business.
16. Flashing sign.
17. Any other sign not specifically authorized by this section.
18. String of light bulbs, except as provided in subsection e), above.
19. Pole signs.
20. Pylon signs.

There is the same type of sign in the upper left hand corner of the photo across the street.
Why didn't you take a photo and complain about that one?
Are you that desperate for comments that you'll try to hide it's you by posting an illiterate sentence?

To answer your question @ 9:51, I ONLY saw the one sign that I posted that was on city property. All the other sandwich board signs I saw were on store leased property.
Are you trying to infer discrimination of a law breaker? All law breakers should be exposed, anonymous. Start helping out instead of being defensive. That's why our city needs a lot of help.
As far as illiteracy goes, happy to know that you are so damn smart. :)

Catch him on camera or video wiping off the 4 hour parking chalk marks off his Surfs up delivery van and send him back to prison where he belongs!

i think the FDOT owns four feet from curb face called "clear zone" then the city ROW begins. Maybe he knows that and knows the city has to defer to the county for violations.
