The Delphi Technique - Did Lake Worth use it?

Comment Up

The hiring of a consultant by the City of Lake Worth and voting themselves $50,000 to facilitate the direction of the general obligation bond along with a political action committee that could legally advocate for them, brought a stimulus and an outrage from many property owners in Lake Worth.

Your ordinary Joe Citizen, with little knowledge on the Lake Worth 2020 plan or anything else that goes on at City Hall, were brought together by strong city staff, the commission and a vocal support group, to listen to the city wide promotions/propaganda on roads and infrastructure. Anyone opposing their directive, were quickly marginalized, discredited and spit upon on social media. The outcome of the compilation of the telephone survey influenced the way in which the city marketed its agenda that hit your mailbox continuously especially over the last week. People grew weary and some were confused especially with the City telling them to vote YES when that was not even an option on the ballot.

Consensus is needed to bring in the NWO. It's one of the principles in Agenda 21 - small world when you connect the dots!

It is alarming and unsettling that the city leaders, people like the mayor, Scott, and Andy, even the city manager and PBSO Capt. treat and think of most of the public as not having any education or knowledge of things, as if people are incapable of understanding the problems and offering solutions and or are able to work together with them. They do not want to listen to the public. They do not think the public has brains. As if they know everything and we are all morons. We need to stop allowing the city leaders to treat the public this way and abuse their power. We need to stop settling for mediocrity and demand high quality leaders who respect and listen to the public. Their respect is not automatic, they need to earn it, they need to care, they need to listen, they need to realize we have an education and an opinion on the issues and what WE THINK matters.

They had the balls to cancel another city Commission meeting that was supposed to be tonight . How does everyone feel about that? And we are supposed to trust these people to properly use 63 million dollars ???

Yes indeed. This is the technique that the bullies are using in our city especially Blackman. Sure hope he never runs again. He's just way too juvenile to be even on a city board.

He is juvenile! I don't understand how he gets placed on Boards when he is so unprofessional on his blog. Makes a person wary if there is any vengence he wants to dish out. It is obvious he would hold it against a person. Poor Mr. R, just because didn't agree on one subject he has been subject to this type of juvenile name calling. I feel everyone has a right to speak and vote their minds.
