Small Boutique President Hotel

Comment Up
President Hotel on Collins Avenue

As the negative NO people, those folks who really have special interests, are going wild over the features of 4 story hotels with every excuse in the book as to why they won't work here and why hoteliers won't come here, the President Hotel is today's feature.

Newly renovated Art Deco boutique hotel one block from beach Near Lincoln Road. This centrally located South Beach classic Art Deco hotel is 1 block from the boardwalk and ocean, 4 blocks from trendy Lincoln Road, and within a half-mile of the convention center.

Guests can relax in the courtyard garden. The beach is one block from the President Hotel and beachfront concessions offer water-sports equipment including WaveRunners, parasails, banana boats, kayaks, and Wind Surfers(surcharge). Lummus Park, which borders.

Another example of a boutique hotel. If they can get built in Miami Beach, they can build them here.

Thanks again, Lynn. The present Commission majority and people like Greg Rice, Loretta Sharpe and Mary Lindsey are a very greedy ,selfish bunch. They don't care about our town. They only care about their personal gain. If yes passes, expect to see these people move out of Lake Worth and go hunting for some other town ripe for profiting from. The LOCUST GANG-Mayor Pam Triolo, Commissioner Scot Maxwell,Commissioner Andy Amaroso,Commissioner John Zerti, Greg Rice, Loretta Sharpe,Mary Lindsey, Herman Robinson,Theresa Miller, etc.Anybody got a can of RAID handy?

They won't move out. They will bide their time and try and do it all over again. This has been a battle since the Romano days. It never ends. They are just closer this time because they have learned to lie with impudence. Wrong is right in their book.

Loretta Sharpe says you can't have a 4 story hotel it has to be 6 stories.

Just like she ranted during a HRPB meeting that there is no such thing as a 2 story townhouse, ignoring the freshly built 2 story, 25 foot tall artist townhouses.

Please explain how Mary Lindsey, Greg Rice or Lorretta Sharpe will benefit from any outside investment in Lake Worth?
How does a tax paying resident's concern that they city they love is next to the bottom in poverty level in Palm Beach County make them greedy or selfish?
