Developer grabs land at Lands of the Presidents and now wants to turn a 40 year old residential community commercial. Read about it.
At least he has reduced his proposed 5 story hotel to a 3 story hotel.

The elected need to pass the citizenship test before they can make any law! They should COMPLY 1st and lead by example!
