Bradley Park Hotel Palm Beach

Comment Up

The Bradley Park Hotel is located in low-rise Palm Beach at 280 Sunset Avenue. Palm Beach is essentially a low-rise city with exceptions like Lake Worth has.

This hotel has an historical past. Today, the Bradley Park Hotel is designated as a historical landmark by the Palm Beach Historical Society. Its Mediterranean Revival architecture imparts a gracious, tropical lifestyle, complete with a central courtyard, cafĂ© tables and a trickling fountain. Arched entryways and expansive suites opening to landscaped balconies complete the experience. Still accommodating to guests of all kinds, the hotel is a haven for those seeking a luxurious stay. Warm and homelike, yet deliciously plush, it allows honeymoon’s to flourish, snowbirds to make their getaways and executives to meet and play on some of Palm Beach’s finest championship golf courses.

Go to their web site to see the breathtaking beauty of this boutique hotel in one of the most wealthy cities in the world.

Why don't we follow Palm Beach's example for excellence?  Let's keep our city low-rise.

VOTE YES ON AMENDMENT 2 ON MARCH 12TH.

Apples and oranges. Lake Worth isn't Miami Beach or Palm Beach, both of which feature several historic hotel properties, and attract an affluent international clientele. Lake Worth isn't close to being in the same game, let alone league.

You can post those examples all you like, but they aren't relevant to the debate RP PAC has chosen to dodge. Facts matter.

As stated one million times, this is an example of a 4 story hotel, anonymous. Facts do matter and we ain't buying yours.

Every city in the entire world has different circumstances. What a stupid argument to build high. 4 story buildings are absolutely relevant so stop trying to twist it just like your stupid signs. If you can build 65 feet, you can build 45 feet just like other cities do. Why do you think some of the most wealthy cities in the world are low-rise? Was it by accident or design?

Palm Beach is mired in the same fight as we are- misrepresentative representatives and lobbying developers who want to make Royal Poinciana Way 3 story instead of 2 story.
Fortunately they too have formed a PAC, Neighborhoos Alliance of Palm Beach, to oppose this unwanted intrusion of height and congestion.
Vote YES Tuesday to keep our low rise City.

A simple post, followed your blog rules, was accurate. yet you chose not to post it. Made too much sense for you right?
Kind of like nobody in your core group wanting to publicly debate the issue. Scared of the truth.
