You've been hoping something was in the works that would put a halt to the executive amnesty by you-know-who. Now, Sheriff Joe has stepped up to the plate, and a court has just ruled in his favor.
Sheriff Joe scored victory against Obama's amnesty by a judge granting a preliminary injunction to protect the U.S. while the merits of the amnesty program are debated in court – by Dec. 15. A full preliminary injunction hearing is set for Dec. 22.
