I like Michael, and I think he did a good job. I think managing Delray would be a lot harder than managing Lake Worth. There is way too much going on there for one person to manage. You would have to have a team of super competent people to run the various departments.
I haven't seen any signs of super competent people managing anything lately.

I think it turned out well for him as they cannot keep a CM there. Problems galorei it seems. On to Lantana?
