Begging U.S. officials in Mexico were laughed at by Obrador

Mexico Makes Surprise Border Move – This Shocking Demand Would Wreck the U.S.

Instead, Mexico holds us to ransom to stop the influx of illeglas from Mexico

  • Mexico’s president is demanding $20 billion and amnesty for illegal aliens
  • He is making this demand in exchange for help at the border
  • Since Biden entered office, millions of migrants have entered the country illegally
From The Post Millennial:
Government officials from both nations have said that Mexico also has its own list of desired actions for the United States, including for it to grant amnesty to at least 10 million Hispanic illegal immigrants…

MEXICO'S DEMANDS:

Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador called on Friday for the US to approve an initiative that would send $20 billion to Latin American and Caribbean countries in addition to stopping any sanctions against Venezuela, ending the US blockade of Cuba, and giving at least 10 million Hispanic illegal immigrants the ability to stay in the country and work legally.

Biden paying Ransom to Terrorist Iran

Senators Rip Biden’s Secret $6 Billion Payoff To Iran

Federal lawmakers are blasting President Joe Biden's decision to release $6 billion to the terrorist state of Iran, arguing the secret backroom deal will bankroll further terrorism and encourage the Islamic state to kidnap Americans.

Under the deal, the United States will release $6 billion in frozen assets, in exchange for the release of five Americans held prisoner in Iran. Federal law prohibits paying terrorists directly to secure American prisoners.

In a letter to Secretaries Blinken and Yellen, the Senators wrote, “When the Obama Administration released $400 million in liquidated assets to Iran in 2016, we warned that this dangerous precedent would put a price on American lives.”

“Seven years later, the current Democrat Administration is providing a ransom payment worth at least fifteen times that amount to the world's largest state sponsor of terror, in yet another violation of the United States' long-standing ‘no concessions' policy,” the senators write.

Biden gives Iran $6 billion for 5 hostages

Biden Trades $6 Billion to Iran for American Hostages

The New York Times reports today:

The United States and Iran have reached an agreement to win the freedom of five imprisoned Americans in exchange for several jailed Iranians and eventual access to about $6 billion in Iranian oil revenue, according to several people familiar with the deal.

… [P]eople familiar with the agreement said that when the Americans are allowed to return to the United States, the Biden administration will release a handful of Iranian nationals serving prison sentences for violating sanctions on Iran.

The United States will also transfer nearly $6 billion of Iran’s assets in South Korea, putting the funds into an account in the central bank of Qatar, according to the people familiar with the deal. The account will be controlled by the government of Qatar and regulated so Iran can gain access to the money only to pay vendors for humanitarian purchases such as medicine and food, they said.

Gabriel Noronha, who served as State Department advisor on Iran in the Trump administration, tweeted in response to this news: "NYT confirms Iran is getting $6-7 billion dollars for taking American hostages. That's as much as its entire military budget in 2021!"

Mark Dubowitz, CEO of the Foundation in Defense of Democracies and another expert on Iran, had this to say on social media:
  • 1. It’s good news that American hostages, illegally seized by the regime in Iran, are coming home.
  • 2. But paying $6 billion in ransom payments means the regime will only take more hostages. This has become a lucrative means of international extortion for Iran’s supreme leader.
  • 3. The $6 billion will not only [be] used for humanitarian purposes. In the real world where cash is fungible, it will free up $6 billion to be used for terrorism, funding drones for Russia, domestic repression, and nuclear weapons expansion.
  • 4. Only when the regime is severely punished for illegally seizing hostages, not rewarded with billions in ransom payments, will it put a stop to these humanitarian abuses.
I thought we had a policy--no ransom for hostages. We are F-ing nuts!  Such saps!

Taliban condemns America for not sending aid

Taliban Now Begging America to Send Cash to Terror Org

The Taliban terrorists now governing the new Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan thanked the United Nations and its donors Tuesday after they promised hundreds of millions of dollars in aid before scolding America and telling it to join the donation frenzy and show some “heart.”

AFP reports the group turned on the U.S. after saying it will “try its best to deliver this aid to the needy people in a completely transparent manner.”

Amir Khan Muttaqi, the regime’s acting foreign minister, went on adding “America is a big country, they need to have a big heart.”

Terrorists are nuts. Biden sent them $64 million on September 15.

I say when they release our citizens who are still behind enemy lines as well as our allies and bring back to life the 13 American soldiers who were blown to bits, pay for the $80 billion in weapons, give us back Bagram Airport, they might get some small consideration. I'm sure Joe doesn't see it that way.

So, who really paid the $5 million ransom to "Dark Side?"

The company paid the ransom in “untraceable cryptocurrency,” according to the outlet, and the Biden administration was aware that the company intended to pay the $5 million to hackers the White House suggested, Wednesday, could be Russian or affiliated with Russia. The group, which admitted they were responsible for locking up Colonial Pipeline’s servers on Monday, claims they are not affiliated with any government and that their motivation is primarily financial, not political.

Media outlets insisted, earlier this week, that Colonial Pipeline had no intention of paying the nearly $5 million that DarkSide demanded to release the clogged server. Fox Business reported Wednesday that “the pipeline operator refused to pay, enlisting help from the Department of Energy, as well as federal, state and local authorities instead.”

Iransom - Depraved Culture of Corruption and this time, Treason?

From an Andy McCarthy story from the National Review:
"Obama has long taken the view that the federal law making it a felony to provide material support to terrorism does not apply to the enormous aid and comfort he has provided to our Iranian enemy, the world’s leading state sponsor of anti-American jihadist terror," writes McCarthy.

(Obama) evidently had qualms, however, about laws denying Iran access to the U.S. financial system, which bar transactions with Iran in U.S. dollars. To skirt these, the State Department recruited the Swiss and Dutch governments into Obama’s conspiracy. The equivalent of 400 million in U.S. dollars was transferred to their central banks in exchange for hard currency. The piles of euros and francs were then boxed up and flown to Tehran," said the National Review writer.
There is simply no plausible way to deny that McCarthy is correct in that Obama provided material support to terrorism by transferring that $400 million to Iran," says the "Iransom" editorial. "If nothing else, that ransom money paved the way for the Iranians to snatch more Americans in hopes of another big payday from Stupid Uncle Sam.

If you don’t agree, then tell that to the family of Baquer Namazi, an 80-year old diplomat who was kidnapped by the Iranians in February, after that ransom was paid. Namazi’s son, Siamak, an energy executive, had already been snatched last October.
