Georgia Election Official Suggests Kamala Harris May Have Stolen Fulton County

The 2024 election saw President-elect Donald Trump win the state of Georgia, and while we had hoped the state had cleaned up their act following the infamous Fulton County “pipe burst” incident from the 2020 contest, that certainly was not the case.

Democratic Presidential candidate Kamala Harris won Fulton County, which contains the city of Atlanta, but it turns out that election officials are not even sure that the people who voted were legal voters, but they were FORCED to certify the votes anyways.

The Fulton County Board of Registration and Election (FCBRE) officially certified the results of the election on November 12, but one member of the board revealed a piece of critical data was withheld from them.

A recent explosive report claims that the Biden administration worked closely with Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis to focus on former President Donald Trump.

This information was brought to light in an article by Breitbart on Monday, which referenced sources familiar with the activities of the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office.

Specifically, they highlighted Deputy District Attorney Jeff DiSantis, who was involved in Willis’s 2020 campaign and previously held a position as executive director of Georgia’s Democratic Party.

According to sources granted anonymity by Breitbart, it is reported that DeSantis has close ties to the Biden White House and played a role in orchestrating Trump’s indictment last year.

Additionally, another source indicated that DeSantis allegedly leveraged his understanding of voter demographics in Georgia to manipulate the composition of the grand jury that indicted Trump.

Judge could hit Fani in the fanny

Georgia judge will decide whether to remove Fani Willis from election interference case

The judge in Georgia is scheduled to hold a hearing today to determine whether or not to remove Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis from the state's case against former president Donald Trump for election interference.

The defense counsel who brought attention to the relationship initially is requesting that the judge reject the indictment and exclude Willis, Wade, and their offices from any further participation in the case due to the conflict of interest it poses.

The law says “disqualification can occur if evidence is produced demonstrating an actual conflict or the appearance of one,” Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee said during a hearing Monday.

Because he believes “it’s possible that the facts alleged by the defendant could result in a disqualification, I think an evidentiary hearing must occur to establish the record on those core allegations.”

Trump can't face trial if he wins the election next November.

Trump Can't Go on Trial If He's Elected in 2024, says attorney

During a roughly six-hour hearing in Fulton County on Dec. 1, Fulton County Judge Scott McAfee asked Mr. Sadow what would happen if President Trump wins the 2024 election and if the trial hasn't occurred yet.

“Under the Supremacy Clause and its duty to the president of the United States, this trial would not take place at all until after he left his term of office,” the former president's attorney said in response.

It means that if the former president wins the 2024 election, Judge McAfee agreed that he shouldn't be tried until he leaves office, which would delay the trial date to at least January 20, 2029.

Trump co-defendant and attorney Kenneth Chesebro pled guilty on Friday in the Georgia election subversion case.

He plead guilty to one felony, which is conspiracy to commit filing false documents.

Prosecutors in Fulton County are recommending Chesbro serve 5 years probation and pay $5,000 in restitution, CNN reports.

He has agreed to testify in future trials regarding the Georgia election and will write an apology letter.

A columnist for the Daily Caller News Foundation is offering proof that the Democrats' multiple prosecutions of President Donald Trump are political.

It's because of the bail demanded by DA Fani Willis in the latest case, in Georgia, a case that largely tries to criminalize ordinary things like making a phone call and holding a meeting.

Former Black Voices For Trump Director Still In Jail As Co-Defendants Post Bond

Harrison Floyd, the lone co-defendant in former President Donald Trump’s election interference case in Georgia who is still in custody, was denied bond by a Ga. state judge on Friday, keeping the Black Voices for Trump leader at the Fulton County Jail despite his pleas for release.

He has no money for this crap or even money to hire a lawyer. And these Democrat prosecutors rely on that to turn these defendants against Trump.

Floyd, a former Trump campaign employee during his 2020 campaign, had previously been charged in May with assault for attacking an FBI agent who served him a subpoena in the Department of Justice’s investigation into efforts to overturn Trump’s loss in the 2020 election. He wanted them to identify themselves which they did not other than one opening his jacket to show his gun.

Harrison William Prescott Floyd surrendered to authorities at the Atlanta detention center Thursday. Floyd was previously charged with assaulting federal agents and was the only defendant who didn't negotiate his bail before turning himself into the Fulton County Sheriff's Office.

Fulton County Superior Court Judge Emily Richardson deemed Floyd a flight risk and more likely to commit additional felonies if released on bail. She noted that his bond would be addressed by Judge Scott McAfee, whom Floyd had been previously assigned to.

We all know that Harrison’s real crime was supporting Trump. And they are coming after you!

The court had set Trump’s bail at $200,000. He was quickly processed and released.

The jail records stated that Trump stands at 6 feet, 3 inches and 215 pounds. The records state he has "Blond or Strawberry" hair and blue eyes.

I am sure that Fani Wills assumed he weighed 280 lbs and wanted to humiliate him further.

Mark Meadows Files Emergency Motion To Avoid Arrest

Former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows is asking a federal court for more time before surrendering to Georgia authorities.

Meadows hopes to prevent Fulton County DA Fani Willis from ordering his arrest if he doesn't voluntarily surrender before her Friday deadline.

Willis was unmoved by requests from Meadows' attorney to extend the Friday deadline. “Your client is no different than any other criminal defendant in this jurisdiction,” she said at one point.
