Criminal shot to death after stabbing police officer

ABC News Just Buried a Wisconsin Cop’s Stabbing to Protect a Suspect’s Image

Pierre Thomas Waits 103 Seconds to Mention the Knife

A Madison officer was stabbed Wednesday while trying to arrest a man caught prowling parked cars. The criminal, Corey Ruiz, 38, was taken to a hospital after the shooting and died there.

ABC World News Tonight anchor Linsey Davis opened with "growing outrage" over the shooting, without once mentioning that an officer had been stabbed.

NBC alone told viewers that public records showed criminal Ruiz with at least 40 criminal convictions, several of them for resisting or fighting officers. Court filings reviewed by CNN show Ruiz pleaded guilty since 2021 to charges including resisting police and battery against an officer.

Bystander video verified by NBC News captured people screaming "he's got a knife" seconds before the shots were fired.

Correspondent Pierre Thomas then spent a minute and forty-three seconds walking through video before he mentioned the officer's injury at all. Even then, Thomas buried it inside a sentence built to protect the suspect, not inform the viewer. He told America that "authorities claim the officer who fired the shot was injured by the knife."

Marco steps in and Deports pardoned criminal

Marco Rubio Deports Convict Child Rapist After Democrat Walz Pardoned Him

Government exists, first and foremost, to protect people who cannot protect themselves. That’s not a partisan statement. It’s the baseline. Every oath of office, every law on the books, every badge pinned to a chest — all of it flows from that single obligation.

When an elected official actively undermines that mission, he hasn’t just failed at his job. He’s betrayed the very people who trusted him with power.

Which raises an uncomfortable question: what do you do when a sitting governor uses the pardon power to prevent federal authorities from removing a convicted child rapist from American soil? Not a wrongly accused man.

Not a minor offender caught up in red tape. A man who admitted — proudly, almost — to raping a 10-year-old girl. The answer tells you everything about where progressive priorities actually land.

An illegal alien child rapist from Laos who was set for deportation until Democratic Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz and the State Board of Pardons granted him clemency has been removed from the United States, Secretary of State Marco Rubio told Fox News Digital.

Rubio stepped in to terminate Tue Lue Vang’s legal status in the U.S. and ensure that Walz’s actions would not create roadblocks for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) removing him from the country.

Theft of Cash and Credit cards by former Obama Press Secretary

Former Obama press secretary fired from Minneapolis post after allegedly stealing coworkers' credit cards for kratom purchases

Adam Fetcher, the 42-year-old former Obama administration press secretary who served as Minneapolis's first-ever cabinet-level chief communications officer, was fired July 1 after city employees accused him of swiping their cash and credit cards from desks and purses, then using the stolen cards to buy hundreds of dollars' worth of kratom at a nearby smoke shop.

Kratom (Mitragyna speciosa) is a tropical tree native to Southeast Asia whose leaves contain compounds that cause mind-altering and opioid-like effects.

Minneapolis police have submitted a case file to the Hennepin County Attorney's Office for potential criminal charges. The case remains under review. Under Minnesota state law, credit card fraud of the amount alleged, $481 in kratom purchases alone, would qualify as a felony-level offense.

The allegations landed just weeks after Fetcher returned from a nine-week, work-approved stint in rehab for an unspecified substance use disorder. The city paid him close to $200,000 a year. Mayor Jacob Frey had appointed him in July 2025, creating the cabinet-level communications role specifically for the hire.

Lake Worth Beach Bakery owner taken into custody by ICE

Lake Worth Beach business owner arrested in ICE operation

family, community push back on agency's claims

ICE says Jacob Zapeta Castro is a 'criminal illegal alien' who has been deported 4 times

A Lake Worth bakery owner is in federal custody after Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested him in what the agency is calling a targeted immigration operation — and his family, coworkers, and community members are pushing back on ICE's characterization of the man.

The arrest of Jacob Zapeta Castro happened at a Guatemalan bakery on Lucerne Avenue, just over the train tracks in Lake Worth Beach, on a day that employees say started like any other.

ICE says Zapeta Castro is "a criminal illegal alien from Guatemala who has been removed from the United States four times and has an extensive criminal history including illegal re-entry after deportation, multiple DUI arrests, hit and run, and resisting law enforcement."

According to ICE, officers encountered a vehicle associated with Zapeta Castro around 10:30 a.m. Wednesday. When they attempted to stop him, the agency says he tried to ram an ICE vehicle, then got out, fled, and barricaded himself inside the bakery.

Racist Parole Supervisor fired for supporting a Murderer

Texas parole supervisor fired after celebrating the death of Austin Metcalf online

A 35-year-old Texas parole supervisor lost her job with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice after posting inflammatory statements on Facebook about the family of Austin Metcalf, the 17-year-old fatally stabbed at a high school track meet in Frisco, Texas, in April 2025.

Donna Murray Robinson, a Houston native who identified herself on social media as a parole supervisor with TDCJ, wrote that she did not care about the Metcalf family's grief, and openly celebrated the teenager's death along racial lines. The posts surfaced after Karmelo Anthony, 19, was convicted of first-degree murder and sentenced to 35 years in prison for the stabbing.

Robinson's bosses caught wind of the posts, and the department fired her, a TDCJ spokesperson told the Dallas Morning News. The agency did not equivocate. It said her words disqualified her from the work she was paid to do.

Screenshots of Robinson's now-deleted Facebook account, obtained by the Daily Mail and reported by the New York Post, show a series of statements that went far beyond any defensible opinion about the case. Robinson wrote:
  • "I for one don't give a f** about the family's loss."
  • "It's about time these f***ing [sic] bigots feel the pain that they have inflicted on other groups of people since the beginning of time!"
  • "I'm just glad we didn't have to bury another black child. Let them start burying some of theirs for a change. F***'em [sic] I said what I said."
  • Robinson also claimed Anthony would be "protected" by fellow inmates in prison.
She did not respond to requests for comment from either the Dallas Morning News or the Daily Mail.

Pirro Drops the Hammer on Wall Street

Jeanine Pirro Just Hit JPMorgan and Bank of America With Criminal Subpoenas Over Conservative Debanking

JPMorgan Chase already admitted in court it shut down over 50 of Trump's accounts after January 6.

Now the Justice Department wants to know who else they did it to. And the banks are going to have to answer.

US Attorney Jeanine Pirro's Washington, DC office has sent sweeping criminal subpoenas to JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and other major banks demanding the names of every customer they cut off – and a written explanation for why each account was closed.

This is not a polite inquiry.

Federal subpoenas carry legal weight, and ignoring them means contempt proceedings.

Illegal from Mexico committed election fraud

Kansas Mayor’s ICE Detention Shakes Up Town

Jose “Joe” Ceballos-Armendariz, 55, turned himself in to Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials at their Wichita office on Wednesday. He is now being held at the ICE-contracted Chase County Jail in Cottonwood Falls and could face deportation proceedings.

Ceballos is a Mexican national who has held a green card since 1990. He also served two terms as mayor of Coldwater, Kansas, a small conservative town in Comanche County with fewer than 700 residents. He was first elected in 2021 and then won re-election in 2025 with 83% of the vote.

The legal trouble became public the day after that re-election, when Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach announced felony election fraud charges. Court records show that Ceballos voted in multiple elections even though he knew he was not a U.S. citizen. Records also say he admitted during a January citizenship application that he had falsely claimed U.S. citizenship.

In April, Ceballos pleaded guilty to three misdemeanor counts of disorderly election conduct. The plea deal brought a $2,000 fine and one year of probation, but no jail time. He has said he believed his green card allowed him to vote and that he felt “misled” by the plea agreement.

Guilty on 25 out of 27 Ethics Violations

Indicted Democrat Cherfilus-McCormick resigns from Congress minutes before ethics hearing

Rep. Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick quit the House on Tuesday afternoon, minutes before a House Ethics Committee hearing was set to recommend sanctions against her and days before a near-certain expulsion vote.

The Florida Democrat, facing a 15-count federal criminal indictment over an alleged $5 million FEMA fraud scheme, posted her resignation on social media and was not on the House floor when it was read aloud.

Her exit marks the third congressional resignation in a single week--Democrat Eric Swalwell and Republican Tony Gonzales, and ends a saga that saw bipartisan calls for her removal, a grand jury indictment, and an ethics panel finding that she committed 25 of 27 alleged violations. The timing, just before the committee could formally act, stripped the panel of jurisdiction and spared Cherfilus-McCormick a public sanctions hearing.

House Ethics Chairman Michael Guest, R-Miss., confirmed the committee lost its authority the moment she resigned.
"In light of Ms. McCormick's resignation earlier today, the Committee on Ethics has now lost jurisdiction on this matter. There will not be a sanctions hearing."
The ethics case against Cherfilus-McCormick stretched more than two years. Committee staff reviewed tens of thousands of documents before the panel found in March what it called "clear and convincing evidence" that the congresswoman misused federal disaster relief money improperly paid to her family's healthcare company.

Federal prosecutors allege she stole $5 million in FEMA relief funds through the company and used some of the money to support her 2022 special election campaign.

A special House Ethics Committee panel ultimately found her guilty on 25 of 27 ethics violations after a lengthy investigation, including campaign finance-related misconduct tied to millions of dollars routed through businesses and family members.

Democrat committed a crime at SOTU

Democrat Seth Moulton brings illegal teen to SOTU

This congressman from blue state Massachusetts had one hell of a nerve defying the law

Federal law makes it a crime to conceal or harbor someone who is in the country illegally.

During the State of the Union, Representative Seth Moulton invited a teenage immigrant to the House gallery. Video and posts from the scene show his staff moving the young man out of sight after a Department of Homeland Security tweet flagged his immigration status. The account circulating this story says staff escorted him to avoid arrest.

Whether you agree with the policy or not, this was a public and very visible moment that raised questions about how congressional offices handle guests with immigration issues.

Title 8, United States Code, Section 1324 spells out offenses like smuggling, transportation, and harboring unauthorized aliens. The statute applies when a person knowingly or recklessly shields someone from detection. Legal experts will decide whether the actions here meet that threshold, but the statute is clear about the kinds of conduct that can trigger enforcement.

Man arrested for House fire and burning dog

Lake Worth Beach man accused of starting house fire with gasoline, burning roommate’s dog

This is the garbage living in our city

A roommate stomped out flames twice Sunday after deputies say a man doused their home in gasoline, reignited the fire, and burned a dog’s stomach.

Deputies with the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office responded to a home at 9:30 p.m. on Sunday for reports of a man attempting to light a fire.

Upon arrival, deputies say they spoke with a man who said his roommate, late identified as 31-year-old Schnider Annoual, had poured gasoline on the bottom floor of the house and set it on fire.

Law enforcement then made contact with Annoual at the front door, where an "overbearing odor" of gasoline was emitting from the home and Annoual's body.

Minnesota Fraud Tab: $18 Billion Out the Door, $203 Million Back to You

Walz and Frey Just Sent American Taxpayers a $203 Million Bill for the Mess Minnesota Created

ICE spent months cleaning up a state that allowed $18 billion in fraud to walk out the door to Somalia.

Now the men who let it happen want you to pay for their feelings.

Tim Walz and Jacob Frey – two loser Democrats under active federal criminal investigation – just demanded the federal government reimburse them for the cost of Operation Metro Surge, the largest immigration enforcement deployment in American history.

Frey put his city's tab at $203 million – $47 million in "lost wages" for people too afraid to leave home, $81 million in small business losses, and $4.7 million from hotel cancellations.

Walz went further, calling on Congress to cover costs and telling reporters the federal government "needs to pay for what they broke here." "You don't get to break things and then just leave without doing something about it," he said.

Here's the number neither man mentioned: $18 billion.

Atlanta police officers from the Auto Crimes Enforcement Unit capture dangerous homicide suspect

Cops Taunt Felon with Epic Line After He Rams Their Vehicles

In a stunning display of the kind of robust, unapologetic law enforcement that President Donald Trump champions, Atlanta police officers from the Auto Crimes Enforcement Unit took down a dangerous homicide suspect.

This is the decisive action that the liberal media and defund-the-police activists constantly undermine, yet it is precisely what keeps American communities safe from predators. The officers were alerted to a suspect, later identified as 37-year-old Keith Hawkins, who was wanted for a homicide that occurred on April 9, driving in the Atlanta area.

The elite unit located the suspect’s vehicle and moved with tactical precision, using their patrol cars to box him in. “‘Ram our fkin’ car?'”** an officer can be heard recounting, as the suspect chose a path of violent escalation.

True to the brazen lawlessness fostered in cities with soft-on-crime policies, the suspect rammed the patrol vehicles in a desperate attempt to flee. He then abandoned his car while armed with a particularly deadly weapon: a handgun that had been illegally modified to function as a fully automatic machine gun.

This is the grim reality of the criminal underworld, one that thrives where gun control laws only hamper law-abiding citizens, not felons who create illegal weapons of war.

Don't worry; they got the murderous sob.

Biden Administration's Hit Job against Trump

JPMorgan Chase CEO Just Landed in Florida Prosecutor’s Legal Crosshairs

The Biden regime's witch hunt against Trump just exploded in their faces

Now a top prosecutor is coming for the bank that helped them do it.

And one Florida prosecutor just put JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon in his legal crosshairs. JPMorgan Chase caught red-handed coordinating with Jack Smith.

Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier dropped a bombshell that sent shockwaves through the financial world.

He announced his office launched a criminal investigation into JPMorgan Chase for allegedly coordinating with Special Counsel Jack Smith's "Arctic Frost" operation to target Trump Media & Technology Group.

The investigation stems from explosive revelations that the Biden Justice Department subpoenaed JPMorgan on March 28, 2023, demanding "any and all records" of Trump Media – including records from before the company even existed.

This wasn't some random fishing expedition. This was a calculated hit job designed to cripple Trump's social media platform Truth Social before it could go public.

ICE arrested Foreign National Murderer who was released by Biden

Biden released torture-murderer to roam American streets

Victoria Sorocean fled Moldova in 2013 after she and an accomplice committed one of the most brutal murders imaginable. The pair lured their victim into an apartment in Chisinau, Moldova's capital, where they tortured the person for hours.

Sorocean and her accomplice beat their victim with a stick and electrical cable before throwing the person out a ninth-floor window.

A Moldovan court convicted Sorocean of premeditated murder with exceptional cruelty and sentenced her to 17 years in prison. Rather than face justice, Sorocean fled to the United States.

ICE arrested her on January 10, 2020 during President Trump's first term. But Sorocean gamed the system by filing multiple legal appeals and asylum claims to delay her removal.

Then the Biden administration took over in 2021. And in 2022, Biden's Department of Homeland Security released Sorocean back into American neighborhoods.

She walked free for three years while Trump was out of office. That changed when Trump returned to the White House in January 2025. ICE re-arrested Sorocean on November 4 in Los Angeles and she now sits in custody awaiting deportation.

Harvard Settlement Stalled

Justice Department Pushes Against Harvard Settlement

Criminal inquiry into student-group October 7 letter is an issue

"Justice Department official Leo Terrell, who chairs a multi-agency federal Task Force to Combat Antisemitism, is pushing President Trump for tougher terms in a draft settlement with Harvard University, Trump said.

One complicating factor is a federal criminal investigation into the October 7, 2023, letter signed by 34 Harvard student organizations. “We, the undersigned student organizations, hold the Israeli regime entirely responsible for all unfolding violence,” the letter said. “The coming days will require a firm stand against colonial retaliation.”

Federal prosecutors have begun in recent months examining how the letter was generated so rapidly, the day of the Hamas-led terrorist attack against Israel. They are looking at possible ties between the student-group leaders and organizations with what a U.S senator and Harvard alumnus calls “ties to terrorism.” [theeditors.com]

A "Harvard settlement" refers to the potential agreement between Harvard University and the Trump administration in late 2025, where Harvard would have agreed to pay $500 million towards educational programs and anti-semitism efforts to regain federal funding.

Negotiations between the two parties recently stalled, though the deal appeared close to finalization weeks prior. The agreement aimed to resolve the administration's efforts to freeze Harvard's federal funding and restrict international student admissions.

Kilmar Abrego Garcia wants Gag Order initiated

Abrego Garcia Asks for Gag Order on Pam Bondi and Kristi Noem 😆

On Aug. 25, Noem posted on X:

“President Trump is not going to allow this illegal alien, who is an MS-13 gang member, human trafficker, serial domestic abuser, and child predator to terrorize American citizens.”

The Department of Homeland Security account also posted a message celebrating his detention, saying: “He doesn’t belong here. He won’t be staying here. America is a safer nation without this MS-13 gangbanger in it. Good riddance.”

Bondi said: “He needs to be in prison, he doesn’t need to be on the streets like all these liberals want him to be. We are going to keep America safe from all of these foreign terrorist organizations, including Abrego Garcia.”

“If Kilmar Abrego Garcia did not want to be mentioned by the Secretary of Homeland Security, then he should not have entered our country illegally and committed heinous crimes,” one DHS official told The Hill.

This gangbanger expects due process and wants to muzzle our Attorney General and our Homeland Security head.

Heritage
.org says: Immigration cases are civil rather than criminal proceedings, and aliens have limited due process rights as defined by Congress and Supreme Court precedents. Those rights differ depending on whether aliens are trying to enter this country or are already here, legally or illegally, as well as their visa or other status.

Federal immigration statutes bar aliens from asserting certain claims in federal courts, prohibit any federal court from reviewing specified federal government actions such as the Attorney General’s enforcement of deportation orders, and limit which federal courts have jurisdiction over particular alien claims.

Federal courts assuming jurisdiction over such banned, prohibited, or limited claims are violating federal law, and the Supreme Court, if necessary, should tell them so.
