Fraud on the American people is fraud, and California happens to have a ton of it. So stop with the " I know you are but what am I" crap. This affects every tax payer in our country.Thank goodness fraud is finally being brought out into the light.

@11:15...you have to be the nuttiest person who comes over here. The Peace Board is made up of countries with the goal to oversee the Gaza ceasefire and reconstruction, with broader goals to resolve global conflicts. That's the purpose, anonymous. We don't screw around with dictators. We would like to see an end to that war too.
