E. Jean Carroll and Presidential Immunity

Trump petitions Supreme Court to overturn $83.3 million E. Jean Carroll defamation judgment

President Trump's legal team has asked the Supreme Court to throw out the $83.3 million defamation judgment won by writer E. Jean Carroll, arguing the Second Circuit ignored presidential immunity protections the high court itself established.

Attorneys Robert J. Giuffra of Sullivan and Cromwell and Michael C. Martinich-Sauter of the James Otis Law Group filed the petition on July 28, contending that Trump's 2019 statements denying Carroll's allegations were made from the White House in response to press questions and therefore fall squarely within the scope of official presidential conduct.

The filing invokes the Supreme Court's 2024 landmark ruling on presidential immunity, a decision that recognized broad protections for a president's official acts, and argues the Second Circuit refused to apply it.

The petition puts a stark question before the justices: Can a sitting or former president face tens of millions of dollars in civil damages for statements made in an official capacity? Trump's lawyers say the answer, under the Court's own precedent, is no.

Trump's lawyers call the judgment unprecedented in American history.

E Jean Carroll tricked (lied to) the Jury and awarded $83.3 million from Trump

E. Jean Carroll Admits to “Tricking” the Jury Into Thinking She Was “F**kable” Enough for Trump

Well, well, well—turns out courtroom drama isn’t just for TV. It’s alive and well in real life, starring none other than E. Jean Carroll, the woman who accused President Donald Trump of assault and walked away with an $83.3 million payday. But here’s the plot twist: she just admitted the whole thing was basically a Broadway production, and she was playing a role.

Yep. In a jaw-dropping moment of honesty—or maybe just arrogance—Carroll flat-out said her legal team’s strategy was to trick the jury by making her look “f**kable.” Her words, not ours. She literally recreated her look from 1996, hiring the same makeup artist, doing her hair the way she used to, and dressing like she stepped right out of a Clinton-era time machine. All to convince a jury that, sure, she was the kind of woman Donald Trump would allegedly pursue.

“It was enough. It was a trick,” Wack job Carroll said with a smile. And there it is. Not a courtroom confession. Not a tearful apology. Just a smug little shrug as she admits she helped sway a jury not with facts, but with fashion and face powder.

Watch her admission for yourself. It’s like watching someone admit they cheated on a test *after* the grade was already handed out. Don’t say we didn’t warn you

Appeals Court Upholds E. Jean Carroll's rape charge

Appeals Court Upholds E Jean Carroll’s $5 Million Case Against Trump

Appeals Court Upholds E Jean Carroll’s $5 Million Judgment Against President Trump – Media Ignores Evidence

The liberal media is once again spreading false information to attack President Trump. On Monday, an appeals court upheld E. Jean Carroll’s $5 million judgment against President Trump for alleged rape in the 1990’s. However, the media is conveniently ignoring the fact that Trump was not found guilty of rape by the jury.

Despite the lack of evidence, judges on the Second Circuit Court of Appeals still ruled against Trump, claiming that he did not demonstrate any errors in the court’s decision. This is just another example of the left trying to tarnish Trump’s reputation at any cost.

Trump just keeps on Winning

Donald Trump sent his enemies crying like babies with this huge win but no one expected what followed

The New York Times cried like a baby when Trump got one big legal win

"Democrats and their media allies thought that they buried Trump after January 6, but he pulled off a historic political comeback.

It turned out that the American people were turned off by the outrageous lawfare against Trump.

For example, voters did not seem to find E. Jean Carroll’s sexual abuse allegations against Trump particularly credible, despite a New York jury ruling in her favor in her civil lawsuit.

But the Left were giddy over the verdict.

Democrats in New York temporarily eliminated the statute of limitations to allow for Carroll to sue Trump. Her lawsuit was also bankrolled by Democrat megadonor Reid Hoffman.

Nevertheless, ABC News lead anchor George Stephanopoulos got too loose with his language and accused Trump of being “liable of rape.”

Trump sued Stephanopoulos, and ABC News just settled for $15 million." And guess what...ABC just gave Stephanopoulos a raise!

E. Jean Carroll, one weird woman who calls her cat "Vagina."

25 reasons Trump won’t pay a dime to E. Jean Carroll

That eye-popping $83 million judgment will not survive an appeal. A proper settlement would subtract at least $82,972,000.

"In 2019, a strange woman named E. Jean Carroll accused Donald Trump of raping her in a changing room of the Bergdorf Goodman department store in Midtown Manhattan. Trump called her crazy, and a jury found him liable for both sexually abusing her and defaming her with the “crazy” talk. Last week, a New York jury decided Carroll deserves $83 million for defamation."

In her 2019 book, What Do We Need Men For?: A Modest Proposal, Carroll accused Les Moonves, who was the chairman and CEO of CBS Corporation and a multi-millionaire and Donald Trump of sexually assaulting her in the mid-1990s. Moonves stepped down in 2018 because of allegations unrelated to Carroll and then Carroll incorporated him into her fantastical book in 2019. Both Moonves and Trump denied the allegations. She accused them for book sales and to take them for a bunch of do-ray-mi...PERIOD.

Carroll sued Trump in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (originally filed in the New York Supreme Court) for defamation and battery. On May 9, 2023, a jury found Trump liable for defamation and sexual abuse against Carroll and awarded her $5 million in damages. On January 26, 2024, a second jury also found Trump liable for defamation against Carroll and awarded her an additional $83.3 million in damages. [Wikipedia]

"She's not my Type!"

CNN unveiled a never-before-seen video of President Trump during his deposition in the case brought against him by E. Jean Carroll, who accuses him of raping her in a Bergdorf’s department store decades ago. In it, Trump explains that he would not have made an advance on Carroll due to the fact that she is “not [his] type” 😆. He also argued that rape is a heinous crime.

He then goes on to criticize his accuser’s lawyer for being “a political operative” and a “disgrace” before noting how accusing someone of rape is one of the worst charges one can make. He even expands upon this by humorously stating that the lawyer isn’t his type either. 🤣

The "He said, She said" continues

Trump Sues E. Jean Carroll for Defamation for Rape Allegation

On Tuesday, Trump sued E. Jean Carroll for defamation, alleging she falsely accused him of rape after a jury in a civil trial awarded her $5 million for defamation.

Trump's counterclaim against Carroll in Manhattan federal court comes after a jury's unusual finding in May he sexually abused and defamed but did not rape Carroll, a former Elle magazine advice columnist.

Trump seeks a retraction as well as unspecified compensatory and punitive damages.

Fantasy writer, E. Jean Carroll said she was raped in 1995 or 1996 by Trump in Bergdorf Goodman's department store. She can't prove a damn thing, but the liberal courts are so anti-Trump. She needs to pay for all Trump's legal fees when he wins.

E. Jean Carroll - She paints rocks and lives in her Mouse House

She's a hoarder, is a recluse, lives in a dump and hates kids--There is nothing normal about her especially the color of her hair. She has mice living in her cluttered house and has named them.

She was awarded $5million for her accusation of an alleged incident of nearly 30 years ago about Trump assualting her in a dressing room at Bergdorf Goodman in New York with NO proof. A "he said, she said."

It's all about the Money--25 Years later

And of course, a billionaire picking up her legal fees

E. Jean Carroll claimed that Trump raped her at a department store in the mid-90s but never told anyone and didn’t come forward with the allegations until 2019.

She never reported it; she never cried "help." This is nothing more than a "He said, She said," and someone looking to make a lot of money.

Carroll’s criminal complaint went nowhere because the statute of limitations had expired, and her credibility was in serious doubt after a disastrous interview with CNN’s Anderson Cooper.

So, what does she do? She filed a civil suit against billionaire Trump. People come up with a lot of wild tales if there's a possibility of making a lot of money.

Anti-Trump tech billionaire Reid Hoffman is bankrolling Carroll in hopes of securing a judgment against Trump, which would allow the Left to legally call him a rapist.

Trump and the 1990 alleged Rape victim

Trump Lawyers Granted Deposition of Rape Accuser

Remember this wild accusation? E. Jean Carroll who said Trump pushed her into a dressing room at Bergdorf Goodman in 1996 and raped her? Did she ever call the police at that time? She's now about 80 years old and I would suppose looking to get a quick buck for her heirs.

A Manhattan federal judge on Thursday allowed attorneys of Donald Trump to depose, for questions related to witness credibility, E. Jean Carroll, a writer who accused Trump of sexual assault and defamation.

U.S. District Judge Lewis A. Kaplan, a Clinton appointee, ordered that Trump’s attorneys, Joseph Tacopina and Alina Habba, can question Carroll on an apparent inconsistency in her sworn testimony in pre-trial depositions about how she funded her defamation lawsuit against Trump.

In its Thursday ruling, the court partially endorsed the position of Trump’s attorneys. It ordered Carroll’s attorney to send Trump’s attorneys documents related to Carroll’s knowledge of the source of her legal funds in the case and allowed Trump’s proposed deposition of Carroll to take place no later than April 19 limited to an hour in length.

Apparently this woman had no money but now Reid Hoffman, the Billionaire LinkedIn founder, is bankrolling her to beat Trump
