Former Iranian hostage speaks out

Iran hostage survivor backs Operation Epic Fury

Warns regime must never obtain nuclear weapons

Kevin Hermening spent 444 days blindfolded, handcuffed, and sleeping on a bare box spring inside revolutionary Iran. He was 20 years old. A Marine sergeant. One of more than 50 Americans seized during the 1979 Iranian hostage crisis. He watched a fellow captive get beaten. He prayed for deliverance.

More than four decades later, Hermening says President Donald Trump finally did what no president before him was willing to do.

Speaking with Fox News Radio's Dave Anthony, Hermening offered a clear verdict on Operation Epic Fury, the joint U.S.-Israeli campaign that followed the Feb. 28 strikes resulting in the death of Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei:
"I do believe that the president absolutely did the right thing for the first time in more than 40 years. In this case, to deny the Iranian regime in their pursuit of nuclear weapons."
For more than 40 years. That sentence carries decades of failed diplomacy, abandoned leverage, and strategic cowardice. Multiple administrations talked. They sanctioned. They negotiated frameworks that Iran violated before the ink dried. They sent pallets of cash. They looked away while centrifuges spun.

Trump acted.

All 20 Hostages Released

Hamas released all 20 living Israeli hostages this  morning as part of the Gaza peace

The Israeli hostages, most of them civilians, were held in captivity in Gaza for more than two years. Their release was a key Israeli and U.S. demand for ending the war.

The hostage release started shortly before President Trump landed in Israel, as part of a Middle East trip aimed at cementing his Gaza peace plan.

Hamas had to release all 20 of the live hostages by Monday at noon local time, according to the agreement. Trump will be addressing the Israeli parliament soon.

TRUMP HONORED IN ISRAEL AS REMAINING HOSTAGES RELEASED Israel celebrated this morning as Hamas returned 20 surviving Israeli hostages after 738 days in captivity. President Donald Trump arrived in Israel, where he addressed the Knesset and received the nation's highest civil award. There, Israel’s President Isaac Herzog told Trump, “Blessed are the peacemakers,” in an unusual quotation of the New Testament from an Israeli leader.

Trump's Ultimatum - "This is my Last Warning"

Trump gives Hamas an ultimatum: 'This is my last warning'

President Trump issued a stark ultimatum to Hamas, warning the terrorist group to release all of its hostages now and accept a peace deal.

"Everyone wants the Hostages HOME. Everyone wants this War to end! The Israelis have accepted my Terms. It is time for Hamas to accept as well. I have warned Hamas about the consequences of not accepting. This is my last warning, there will not be another one! Thank you for your attention to this matter," Trump wrote on Truth Social.

Almost two years after launching the worst attack in Israel's history, Hamas still has about 50 Israeli hostages, around 20 of whom are believed to be alive.

Over 60,000 Palestinians have been killed since the war began, according to the Gaza Health Ministry, which does not distinguish between civilians and combatants.

Trump's warning to Hamas echoed one from Israel, which threatened to obliterate Gaza City, the last bastion of Hamas forces, if the hostages are not released immediately.

Give Back the Hotages, President Trump warns

Trump Warns Hamas: 'Give Back All 20 Hostages'

As Israel continues to move its military assets toward a potential complete takeover of Gaza from the Hamas terrorist group, seeking to eradicate it in an effort to end the war, President Donald Trump is making yet another urgent plea for Hamas to release all hostages.

"Tell Hamas to IMMEDIATELY give back all 20 Hostages (Not 2 or 5 or 7!), and things will change rapidly," Trump wrote Wednesday morning on Truth Social.

"IT WILL END!"

Since the start of the Israel war on Hamas after Oct. 7, 2023 — which Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu calls a seven-front war with Iran and its Middle East terrorist proxies — the stated goals to achieve victory in the war have long been:

Return all hostages
Eradicate Hamas
Demilitarize and deradicalize Gaza

Netanyahu's goal is to eradicate Hamas

Israel Launches Major New Offensive in Gaza

Israel launched an extensive new campaign aimed at seizing control of more of the Gaza Strip as it seeks a definitive end to the war there.

A post on the Israel Defense Forces’ (IDF) X page said that the campaign was named Operation Gideon’s Chariots, a reference to the ancient Jewish military leader whose exploits are documented in Jewish and Christian holy texts.

A post on the IDF’s English-language channel did not mention the operation’s name, but said that gaining further “operational control” over more of Gaza would contribute to its stated objectives in the war against Hamas, which Israel and the United States designate as a terrorist organization.

“This is part of preparations to expand operations and fulfill the objectives of the war—including the release of hostages and the dismantling of the Hamas terrorist organization,” the post read. “IDF troops will continue to operate in order to protect Israeli civilians and achieve the objectives of the war.”

Hamas to Release Last Live American Hostage

At any moment--

Hamas to Release Israeli-American Hostage Edan Alexander

Hamas said Sunday it will release Israeli-American hostage Edan Alexander, who has been held for over 550 days, as part of an effort to reach a ceasefire deal and resume humanitarian aid deliveries to Gaza.

Alexander's release is also thought to be a gesture by Hamas to President Trump as he visits the Middle East later this week, sources said.

White House envoy Steve Witkoff spoke to Alexander's parents and notified them of Hamas' plans, the source said. Witkoff is expected to travel to Israel on Monday ahead of his release.

Alexander is the only living American citizen among the 59 hostages being held by Hamas. Only 21 of those hostages are known to still be alive, and the condition of three others isn't clear.

Four of the dead hostages are American citizens: Itay Chen, Gadi Haggai, Judi Haggai and Omer Nuetra.

Israel to stop selling energy to Gaza

Israel Says It Is Cutting Off Its Electrical Supply to Gaza, Days After Freezing Aid

A new letter from Israel’s energy minister to the Israel Electric Corporation tells the company to cease selling energy to Gaza.

The cease-fire deal’s first phase ended on March 1, and Israel has offered to negotiate a lasting truce if Hamas releases half of the remaining hostages who were kidnapped during its terrorist attack on Israel on Oct. 7, 2023, which also killed about 1,200 people and wounded thousands.

Instead, Hamas prefers to begin discussions on the cease-fire’s more ambitious second phase, which would result in the release of all remaining hostages in Gaza in exchange for Israel withdrawing all forces and agreeing to peace.

There are 24 living hostages and 35 bodies of others still believed to be held by Hamas.

The UN refuses to condemn Hamas for hiding hostages in civilian spaces

Surprise! Released female hostages were being held captive in U.N. compounds

Interrogated terrorists admit use of Kamal Adwan Hospital in northern Gaza as Hamas headquarters

JERUSALEM – News emerged on Wednesday of the three female former Israeli hostages being held for at least part of the time during their 471 days in Gaza captivity in United Nations shelters, as if the timing could not have more perfectly underscored U.S. President Donald Trump's executive order to defund UNRWA.

The accusation once again raises the specter of the United Nations being indivisible from the terrorist groups dominating the Gaza Strip, and is another nail in the coffin of legitimacy, which has consistently worn away at global bodies and humanitarian NGOs, which have parroted Hamas talking points and statistics.

Inside the hospital, terrorists distributed grenades and mortars, along with equipment for ambushing IDF troops and tanks, according to Fox News Digital.

Hamas taking Trump seriously

Hostage deal could come any time

Hamas accepted a draft agreement for a ceasefire-for-hostage deal, according to officials involved in the process, with a deal potentially being signed as early as  Jan 14. (Reuters)

• The deal would see the release of 33 hostages, held for over 15 months and most of them alive, in the first six-week stage. Among the 33 are five female Israeli soldiers, who would each be exchanged for 50 Palestinian prisoners, according to a draft of the deal. (Times of Israel)

• During this time, Israeli forces would withdraw from parts of Gaza, Palestinians would begin to start moving back home, and a surge of 600 humanitarian aid trucks would be allowed in each day. (Times of Israel)

• The deal was mediated by the U.S., Egypt and Qatar; President-elect Donald Trump’s Mideast envoy, Steve Witkoff, also met with top leaders in the region. “I have learned from my many years of public service to never, never, never, ever give up,” President Joe Biden said during a wide-ranging foreign policy speech Monday. (Times of Israel)

• Secretary of State Antony Blinken is expected to lay out a plan for rebuilding a post-war Gaza in a speech in D.C. (Axios)

• Far-right Israeli ministers, Itamar Ben-Gvir and Bezalel Smotrich, said they would leave Netanyahu’s government coalition if the deal goes through. Ben-Gvir also acknowledged that he repeatedly foiled plans for a deal last year. (Times of Israel)

Release the Hostages Now!

Trump’s WARNING to Terrorists: Daughter of Americans Held Hostage Reacts

In one day, 117 of the people Iris Weinstein Haggai grew up with, including her parents, “vanished.” Among the 400 residents living in Kibbutz Nir Oz, one mile from the border of Gaza, one in every four were either killed or taken hostage during the terrorist attack on Oct. 7, 2023.

Like so many in Israel, Haggai has been waiting for world leaders to take action to see the hostages freed, which is why she says she is encouraged by President-elect Donald Trump’s recent statement on Truth Social.

“I cannot tell you how long I’ve been waiting for a statement like President-elect Trump’s,” Haggai, 39, told The Daily Signal.

What Donald Trump said:
“There will be ALL HELL TO PAY in the Middle East, and for those in charge who perpetrated these atrocities against Humanity” if the hostages are not released by Jan. 20, the day he is sworn into office.

“Those responsible will be hit harder than anybody has been hit in the long and storied History of the United States of America. RELEASE THE HOSTAGES NOW.”

Trump issues warning to Hamas

Trump Issued Explosive Warning to Middle East Leaders Over American Hostages!

President-elect Donald Trump issued a strong warning to Middle East leaders and terrorist groups on Monday, urging them to release the hostages taken during the Israel-Hamas war before Inauguration Day.

Despite the release of some hostages, there are still 101 people being held in Gaza, including seven Americans. In a social media post on Truth Social, Trump did not mince words, stating that if the hostages are not released before his assumption of office on January 20, 2025, there will be “hell to pay.”

In his post, Trump criticized the lack of action and urgency in securing the release of the hostages, stating that “it’s all talk, and no action.” He went on to warn that those responsible for the “atrocities against humanity” will face severe consequences.
Donald J. Trump @realDonaldTrump

Everybody is talking about the hostages who are being held so violently, inhumanely, and against the will of the entire World, in the Middle East - But it’s all talk, and no action! Please let this TRUTH serve to represent that if the hostages are not released prior to January 20, 2025, the date that I proudly assume Office as President of the United States, there will be ALL HELL TO PAY in the Middle East, and for those in charge who perpetrated these atrocities against Humanity. Those responsible will be hit harder than anybody has been hit in the long and storied History of the United States of America. RELEASE THE HOSTAGES NOW!

IDF Rescues Hostages in Gaza

Patriot Chronicles: Israel has released a dramatic video showing the country’s special forces successfully rescuing hostages held by Hamas in a daring raid on the central Gaza area of Nuseirat on Saturday.

The video, which was posted on the Israeli Police’s official Telegram channel on Monday, captures the intense moments of the operation as the special forces from the elite Yamam counter-terrorism unit and agents from the Shin Bet navigate through bushes under fire to reach the building where the hostages were being held.

The footage, recorded from helmet cameras, shows the officers moving stealthily towards the building, their voices audible as they communicate with each other.

In the midst of the chaos, one of the officers asks the hostages to identify themselves, to which he receives a response that confirms their presence. “Three [hostages] are in our hands,” the officer announces, successfully completing the mission to rescue Almog Meir Jan, Andrey Kozlov, Shlomi Ziv, and Noa Argamani.

Hamas Savagery

Israel Recovers 3 Dead Hostages in Gaza — Including Shani Louk

The Israel Defense Forces have recovered the bodies of three Israeli hostages in Gaza, including that of Shani Louk, who became an international symbol of Hamas’ savagery after images showed her being paraded around half-naked in the back of a pickup truck during the Oct. 7 attacks.

“Shani Louk, Amit Buskila and Yitzhak Gelernter were kidnapped and murdered by Hamas terrorists on October 7 from the Nova Music Festival,” the IDF said in a statement.

Louk was one of around 40 Israeli hostages seized during the bloody assault on the music festival.

Her family announced in late October that she had died at the hands of Hamas, with Israel’s President Isaac Herzog later revealing to a German newspaper that she had been beheaded.

And there are still American hostages there if they are alive. Biden wants to withhold military equipment to Israel. The U.S. State Department has moved a $1 billion package of weapons aid for Israel into the congressional review process.

Five of the eight American hostages in Gaza remain unaccounted for and the White House has no information on their status or whereabouts, White House National Security Communications Advisor John Kirby said on Friday.

Kirby said the approximately 130 remaining hostages are not all believed to be alive but the exact breakdown is unknown.

Hostage Deal where Hamas is NOT defeated

Biden Admin, Qatar, Egypt Propose Hostage Deal Where Israel Loses War

The U.S., Qatar, and Egypt have reportedly proposed a deal in which Hamas would free the remaining 136 Israeli hostages (or their bodies) in exchange for Israel withdrawing from Gaza and ending the war without destroying the terrorist organization.

The proposal, a three-stage process, was described Sunday by the Wall Street Journal, which appears to rely heavily on sources inside U.S. national security agencies.

Leaving Israel without destroying Hamas would defeat Israel’s central goal in the war.

Netanyahu has dismissed such claims, arguing that Israel not only has the ability to defeat Hamas, but that it is doing so, and that it has no choice but to continue the war until Hamas is defeated, because otherwise Israel will not be able to restore its security.

Biden paying Ransom to Terrorist Iran

Senators Rip Biden’s Secret $6 Billion Payoff To Iran

Federal lawmakers are blasting President Joe Biden's decision to release $6 billion to the terrorist state of Iran, arguing the secret backroom deal will bankroll further terrorism and encourage the Islamic state to kidnap Americans.

Under the deal, the United States will release $6 billion in frozen assets, in exchange for the release of five Americans held prisoner in Iran. Federal law prohibits paying terrorists directly to secure American prisoners.

In a letter to Secretaries Blinken and Yellen, the Senators wrote, “When the Obama Administration released $400 million in liquidated assets to Iran in 2016, we warned that this dangerous precedent would put a price on American lives.”

“Seven years later, the current Democrat Administration is providing a ransom payment worth at least fifteen times that amount to the world's largest state sponsor of terror, in yet another violation of the United States' long-standing ‘no concessions' policy,” the senators write.
