Assad Flees to Moscow — Syrian Rebels Capture Damascus

Damascenes awoke on Sunday to find the end of Bashar al-Assad‘s rule in Syria, marking an end to over a half-century of governing by a ruler with that surname.

Opposition forces arrived shortly before dawn in Umayyad Square, the city center. After a steady trickle in the early hours, a flood of supporters emerged, celebrating and vandalizing symbols of the Assad regime. Dozens of videos showed Assad posters being defaced, statues toppled, and government buildings raided.

Celebratory gunfire was a common sight and sound, with many of the instances reportedly taken off of the ground by defecting Syrian Arab Army soldiers. Several injuries were reported as a result of the shooting.

Videos captured citizens robbing the Syrian Central Bank, carrying out bags of cash.

Large crowds stormed the abandoned presidential palace, smashing portraits of the Assads and looting valuables.

Further, Thomas Madison believes that Trump assured Erdogan that if Turkey didn't leave the Kurds alone, they would pay a dear price. He believes territory is being carved out for Kurdish autonomy. Probably not an independent Kurdistan, but at least autonomy in their historical homelands. All still secret, we will soon know, but the President does not do anything in the conventional way. AND, he always said he was getting out of Syria.

President Trump's speech regarding Syria

My fellow Americans,

On Tuesday, Syrian dictator Bashar al-Assad launched a horrible chemical weapons attack on innocent civilians using a deadly nerve agent.

Assad choked out the lives of innocent men, women and children. It was a slow and brutal death for so many. Even beautiful babies were cruelly murdered in this very barbaric attack.

No child of god should ever suffer such horror.

Tonight I ordered a targeted military strike on the airfield in Syria from where the chemical attack was launched.

It is in this vital national security interest of the United States to prevent and deter the spread and use of deadly chemical weapons.

There can be no dispute that Syria used banned chemical weapons, violated its obligations under the chemical weapons convention, and ignored the urging of the UN security council.

Years of previous attempts at changing Assad’s behavior have all failed and failed very dramatically.

As a result the refugee crisis continues to deepen and the region continues to destabilize, threatening the United States and its allies.

Tonight I call on all civilized nations to join us in seeking to end the slaughter and bloodshed in Syria, and also to end terrorism of all kinds and all types.

We ask for god’s wisdom as we face the challenge of our very troubled world.

We pray for the lives of the wounded and for the souls of those who have passed.

And we hope that as long as America stands for justice that peace and harmony will in the end prevail.

Obama wanted ISIS to Grow

As President Obama reflects on his legacy, a recording of Secretary of State John Kerry conversing with leaders of Syrian opposition groups is casting more light on his approach to ISIS, indicating his administration believed that allowing the Islamic State to grow would serve the White House’s objective of ousting Syrian President Bashar Assad.

The recording was leaked to the New York Times and reported Sept. 30, but the Conservative Tree House blog this week featured portions of Kerry’s statements that were virtually ignored at the time.

Regime change was Obama’s only objective in Syria, Kerry indicates, and the administration not only hoped ISIS would carry out the task, it gave arms to the jihadist army and its allies, confirming WND’s reporting.

Obama - Confused

We've heard about people confused about their sexuality...well, Obama is confused about who the enemy is that threatens the globe. And unfortunately, he is not grasping the truth or its severity. He just doesn't get it and never has understood his role--protect America's safety.

For several years now, I have been suggesting that Obama has no clue as to whom the enemy really is. We know that Assad is a despicable murdering bastard as well as the ISIS terrorists. But Assad is not directly threatening the United States unlike ISIS, a global threat to world safety and sanity. We've seen the be-headings; we've seen what their terror has done. Now Matt Drudge just wrote something along those lines of knowing your enemy. Finally people are talking about Obama's lack of understanding who the enemy is instead of just muttering it to themselves.

"We think the Islamic terrorists are the only evil, but the truth remains that the most demonic people are the ones behind the curtain of destruction, directing the scenes of perdition, while going before cameras with sharp grins, hand waves, and a lofty podium, and they are in power only because the masses allow them to be in power," says Shobat.

Obama needs to stop acting like nothing is wrong. And the world countries shouldn't have to house an entire nation of Syrian refugees some of whom will definitely be ISIS terrorists

The horrors just keep getting worse for Palestinians in the Damascus refugee camp in Yarmuk, where, after enduring two years of famine and siege, an eyewitness says he saw ISIS terrorists beheading civilians and playing soccer with their heads...and it's almost completely under the control of ISIS and al-Qaida’s local affiliate, Al-Nusra Front.

A terrorist takeover of Syria promises death and destruction to our ally, Israel, and possibly the future of our world. We all can see that.  Syria has become the destination point for crazy jihadists from everywhere, even the United States and the Syrian regime is killing its citizens on a daily basis. Everyone in Syria is bad. Who do you side with? Assad?  ISIS? Do we flip a coin and hope for the best? What a mess.

Three years ago we closed our embassy. We have sent well over $1 billion in humanitarian aid since the Syrian civil war started in March 2011. Last month, Obama promised $507 million more in aid. And we just keep on giving and the terrorists kick human heads around like soccer balls.

Obama willing to negotiate with Assad

The president is willing to negotiate with this man, who gassed his own people,” said Stockman, pointing to a picture of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad giving a Nazi-like salute. “He can negotiate with the head of Iran, who wants to eliminate all of Israel.” The president even negotiated with the Taliban and apparently got very little in return, Stockman pointed out. But Obama refuses to negotiate on the budget with House Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, “who’s the leader of our House, who is nothing more than a working-class guy who got elected to Congress.”
