Marco steps in and Deports pardoned criminal

Marco Rubio Deports Convict Child Rapist After Democrat Walz Pardoned Him

Government exists, first and foremost, to protect people who cannot protect themselves. That’s not a partisan statement. It’s the baseline. Every oath of office, every law on the books, every badge pinned to a chest — all of it flows from that single obligation.

When an elected official actively undermines that mission, he hasn’t just failed at his job. He’s betrayed the very people who trusted him with power.

Which raises an uncomfortable question: what do you do when a sitting governor uses the pardon power to prevent federal authorities from removing a convicted child rapist from American soil? Not a wrongly accused man.

Not a minor offender caught up in red tape. A man who admitted — proudly, almost — to raping a 10-year-old girl. The answer tells you everything about where progressive priorities actually land.

An illegal alien child rapist from Laos who was set for deportation until Democratic Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz and the State Board of Pardons granted him clemency has been removed from the United States, Secretary of State Marco Rubio told Fox News Digital.

Rubio stepped in to terminate Tue Lue Vang’s legal status in the U.S. and ensure that Walz’s actions would not create roadblocks for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) removing him from the country.

Trump wins another one in Supreme Court

Supreme Court hands Trump administration 6-3 win on green card holder deportation authority

The Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that border officers can place lawful permanent residents on immigration parole, opening an easier path to deportation, based on a mere accusation of criminal conduct, without meeting a higher evidentiary standard. The 6-3 decision sided with the Trump administration and affirmed broad executive authority over green card holders returning from travel abroad.

The case centered on Muk Choi Lau, a lawful permanent resident who was flagged by an immigration officer in 2012 when he returned from a short trip to China. Lau had been accused of a counterfeiting crime. Rather than readmitting him as a returning resident, the officer placed him on immigration parole, a classification that stripped away procedural protections and gave the Department of Homeland Security a faster route to remove him from the country.

Lau later pleaded guilty to selling counterfeit clothes in New Jersey. But the legal fight was never really about the counterfeiting conviction. It was about what standard the government must meet before a conviction, at the border, in real time, to reclassify a green card holder and set deportation proceedings in motion. The Court answered: not much.

Thomas writes for the majority--

Justice Clarence Thomas, writing for the six-justice majority, framed the question narrowly. As the Associated Press reported, Thomas wrote:
"Border officers did not have the burden to establish by clear and convincing evidence that Lau had committed a crime involving moral turpitude."
That single sentence resolved the dispute. Lau had argued the immigration officer overstepped by placing him on parole without meeting the "clear and convincing evidence" threshold, a standard typically required before the government can strip someone of significant legal rights. The majority rejected that argument outright.

DHS Confirms Rearrest And Deportation Plan for Mahmoud Khalil

Khalil To Be Deported After Court Loss

Court Reverses Release

A federal appeals court last week overturned a lower court order that had secured Mahmoud Khalil’s release from immigration custody.

The 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled 2 to 1 to send the case back the other way. That means Khalil, who has been fighting deportation for months, is likely to be taken back into custody while the government moves forward with removal proceedings.

Tricia McLaughlin, the Department of Homeland Security assistant secretary for public affairs, told NewsNation the expectation is that Khalil will be re-detained and deported to Algeria.

DHS framed the decision as a reminder for green card holders and visa holders that residency is a privilege and that breaking the law or supporting violent groups can cost you your place in this country.

That is a straightforward message from a government focused on restoring order around campus protests and foreign influence.

The administration says Khalil helped organize pro-Palestinian riots at Columbia University, provided false information on his permanent residency application, and has ties to groups the U.S. designates as terrorist organizations. He has also sued the government for $20million for false imprisonment and malicious prosecution.

Immigration to be permanently paused from Third World Countries

Trump to Pause Immigration From ‘Third World Countries’

The president said he would also remove people ‘incapable of loving’ the United States

U.S. President Donald Trump said on Nov. 27 that he would “permanently pause migration from all Third World countries” and remove foreign nationals who are “incapable of loving” the United States, saying the steps were necessary to allow for the U.S. system’s full recovery.

In a Truth Social post, Trump stated that while the United States has made progress in technology, the country’s immigration policy has eroded those gains and affected the living conditions for citizens.

To address this, Trump pledged that his administration would work to pause immigration from “third world countries,” suspend all federal benefits and subsidies to noncitizens, denaturalize immigrants who undermine domestic tranquility, and deport any foreigners deemed to be “a public charge, security risk, or non-compatible with Western civilization.”

Trump also vowed to remove anyone whom the government determines “not a net asset” to the United States or is “incapable of loving” the country.

“These goals will be pursued with the aim of achieving a major reduction in illegal and disruptive populations, including those admitted through an unauthorized and illegal autopen approval process,” he said. “Only REVERSE MIGRATION can fully cure this situation.”

TPS Program ends for Somali nationals in Minnesota

Trump ends Somali deportation safeguards in Minnesota with immediate effect

"Brace yourselves, folks—President Donald Trump just dropped a policy bombshell that’s shaking up Minnesota like a Midwest tornado.

Trump took to Truth Social to announce the abrupt end of deportation protections for Somali nationals in Minnesota through the termination of the Temporary Protected Status (TPS) program, Fox News reported.

This TPS program, for those not in the policy weeds, has long allowed Somali individuals to reside and work in the U.S. due to dangerous conditions back in Somalia. Minnesota, home to a significant Somali community, now faces a seismic shift as these protections vanish “effective immediately.” It’s a bold move, and the ripple effects are already being felt.

Trump didn’t mince words when he made his stance clear on the social platform, pointing fingers at what he sees as rampant issues in the state. “Minnesota, under Governor [Tim] Walz, is a hub of fraudulent money laundering activity,” he declared, as reported on Truth Social."

Illegal beheaded his boss with a Machete

Dallas beheading suspect was allowed to stay in the U.S. after Cuba refused deportation

A Cuban national, Yordanis Cobos-Martinez, has been arrested and charged with capital murder for the brutal beheading of his boss at a Dallas motel earlier this week.

Cobos-Martinez was reportedly in the country with an active warrant for a probation violation, despite previous deportation orders from ICE.

The Department of Homeland Security stated the killing was "completely preventable," blaming the previous administration's policy of not deporting to third-party countries.

"This gruesome, savage slaying of a victim at a motel by Yordanis Cobos-Martinez was completely preventable if this criminal illegal alien was not released by the Biden administration because Cuba would not take him back," the department said.

"President Trump and Secretary Noem are no longer allowing barbaric criminals to indefinitely remain in America."

Tom Homan at Turning Point USA

Border czar Tom Homan's message to anti-ICE protesters: 'You want some? Come get some'

Homan vows to run 'biggest deportation operation this country has ever seen' during fiery speech at student summit

Trump administration border czar Tom Homan fired up the crowd at Turning Point USA’s Student Action Summit Saturday night when a heckler asked Homan, "Are you an MS-13 member?"

But the heckler's comments added fuel to Homan's fire as he delivered fiery closing remarks, saying, "Tom Homan is going to run the biggest deportation operation this country has ever seen. Take it to the bank."

"U-S-A! U-S-A! U-S-A," the crowd chanted as Homan exited the stage. About five minutes into Homan's speech, he was interrupted by a heckler who was escorted out by security, lighting a fire for the rest of the speech.

Joy Reid and her Insanity

Deranged Joy Reid Threatens Melania Trump

WHY PEOPLE DON'T LIKE DEMOCRATS

In a shocking display of hypocrisy, far-left commentator Joy Reid suggested on her YouTube show that Democrats could weaponize immigration laws to denaturalize and deport former First Lady Melania Trump—simply because they dislike her.

During an interview with radical “Squad” member Rep. Pramila Jayapal, Reid floated the absurd idea that a future Democratic president could strip Melania of her citizenship and send her back to Slovenia, declaring, “She’s outta here.”

Reid’s venomous remarks came in response to President Donald Trump’s recent comments about deporting criminal illegal aliens.

The President’s strong stance on enforcing immigration laws stands in stark contrast to Reid’s vindictive fantasy of political retribution.

While President Trump prioritizes national security and the rule of law, Reid and her allies openly advocate for abusing government power to punish political opponents.

Deport all Illegal Aliens

Los Angeles Riots

Everyone has seen these despicable riots in Los Angeles. The World has seen them and they wonder what the hell is going on in America--why we can't control these paid insurrectionists and get to the bottom of it all.

Heritage Org says, "For years, the radical Left told the brazen lie that illegal aliens just want a shot at the American Dream.

But as these riots show, you and I know the truth. This is an invasion.

We’ve seen foreign nationals…
  • Break into our country
  • Burn our flag
  • Wave the flag of the country they supposedly fled
  • And riot in our streets. Then they demand we let them stay!
Enough is enough. We must support our ICE agents and deport every illegal alien now!" [HerigageOrg]

Illegals registering to Self-Deport

Thousands of Illegal Immigrants Have Registered on CBP Home App to Self-Deport

The DHS said that those who remain in the United States and have not yet registered on the app will have to pay a fine.

“This includes a fine of $998 per day for every day that the illegal alien overstayed their final deportation order,” DHS Deputy Secretary Tricia McLaughlin added.

The Trump administration announced on March 3 that it made available the CBP Home app for those who came into the country via the CBP One app and were unable to legalize their immigration status.

The CBP Home app is an update of the CBP One app, which the Biden administration used since January 2023 for U.S.-bound migrants to schedule appointments with immigration officials and apply for temporary asylum before they enter the United States.

Trump said that enforcing the country’s current immigration laws is crucial to ensuring national and public safety, adding that “the American people deserve a Federal Government that prioritizes their interests and understands its sacred obligation to prioritize the safety, security, and financial and economic well-being of Americans.”

“If they don’t (register), we will find them, we will deport them, and they will never return,” she said.

Illegals get free flights back to their country of origin

Migrants self-deporting amid Trump's second term

President Donald Trump has articulated an idea that has been widely mocked in the mainstream media and by Democrats, namely, that migrants should be encouraged to self-deport.

Trump got the idea to use a Biden-era app that was meant to circumvent immigration laws to instead aid illegal immigrants in the process of self-deportation.

Well, according to the administration, many of those individuals are taking advantage of the free flight home ("free" is something all liberals and criminals love) to avoid being arrested and deported. Time to go.

Biden’s app is now being used for migrants to book free flights back home without the risk of being arrested.

Many of them are reading the writing on the wall and deciding that the alternative is not worth the risk of staying here.

Terrorist using "Free Speech" as a defense

Pro-Hamas African dodging deportation asks Biden judge to kill Trump's executive order combating anti-Semitism

A foreign radical pursuing his doctorate at Cornell University was reportedly suspended twice last year and banned from campus for engaging in unlawful pro-Hamas demonstrations. Academic suspension customarily guarantees the revocation of an F-1 student visa.

The Trump State Department reportedly followed through, tearing up the visa of Momodou Taal and instructing him to surrender to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement on March 14.

Rather than accept the consequences of his actions, Taal — a 31-year-old citizen of both Gambia and the U.K. who stated, "Glory to the resistance," as terrorists were slaughtering Israeli civilians on Oct. 7, 2023; championed violence against so-called colonizers "by any means necessary"; called for the "end of the US empire in our lifetime"; and taught a course called "What Is Blackness?".

Instead the wiseguy recently asked a judge to block his deportation and joined a pair of radicals in suing President Donald Trump, Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem, and the Department of Homeland Security.
To all the resident aliens who joined in the pro-jihadist protests, we put you on notice: come 2025, we will find you, and we will deport you. I will also quickly cancel the student visas of all Hamas sympathizers on college campuses, which have been infested with radicalism like never before.

Convicted Criminal Alien arrested

Believe It Or Not, Dems Are Actually Angry Trump Arrested A Criminal Illegal Immigrant With Long Rap Sheet

"Democrats are racing to criticize federal immigration authorities’ arrest of a prominent illegal migrant activist, framing her as a simple grandmother who isn’t receiving due process. Yet, she has a criminal history dating back more than 15 years and has been violating immigration laws for even longer, authorities say.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents arrested Jeanette Vizguerra, a 53-year-old Mexican national, in the Denver area on Monday, the agency confirmed to the Daily Caller News Foundation. The arrest was just the latest enforcement action against Vizguerra, a convicted criminal alien who has been living unlawfully in the U.S. for decades and taken great lengths to avoid ICE agents.

Immediately following news of her arrest, the mayor of Denver, a Democrat, went so far as to claim the move was reminiscent of political persecution under Vladimir Putin’s Russia. 😀

“Jeanette Vizguerra is a convicted criminal alien from Mexico who has a final order of deportation issued by a federal immigration judge,” an ICE spokesperson said to the DCNF. “She illegally entered the United States near El Paso, Texas, on Dec. 24, 1997, and has received legal due process in U.S. immigration court.”

Squad member says mass deportation will fail

“She’s not real smart”

Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett suggested the mass deportation plans were doomed to fail, and also suggested that she believes Homan should have to be approved by the U.S. Senate.

While a guest on Newsmax TV’s Wake Up America, Homan was given the chance to rebut Crockett’s comments. The hosts played the clip of Crockett and asked the next Border Czar to respond – and he didn’t mince words.
Rep. Jasmine Crockett tried to pick a fight with Trump’s border czar, Tom Homan, saying he “does not know what he’s doing.”
Homan fires back that he’s “forgot more about this issue than she’ll ever know.”
“I don’t know who this lady is. Apparently she’s not real smart.” pic.twitter.com/mJ9dXAeAoh
“Well, look, I forgot more about this issue than she’ll ever know,” Homan replied. “I mean, for God’s sakes, I’ve been doing it 34 years, but look, there has been a rude awakening. A rude awakening was in November at the election. There was a rude awakening that American people are sick of the open border. American people are sick of crime in this country.”

Mexico working against our Immigration Laws

Mexican Government Encourages Illegal Immigration into US With App

The liberal media continues to attack President Trump’s hard-line stance on immigration, with the latest target being his plan to deport illegal immigrants.

But as usual, they are conveniently ignoring the facts and the true severity of the situation. The Mexican government, the main source of illegal immigration into the US, is now developing an ‘alert button’ app for its citizens who are at risk of being detained by ICE agents.

This app will allow Mexican nationals to press a button that will notify their relatives and the nearest consulate when they believe they are about to be apprehended.

And according to Mexican Foreign Minister Juan Ramon de la Fuente, the app has already been tested and is “working very well.” This is just another example of the Mexican government enabling and encouraging illegal immigration into the US.

TikTok might stay afterall but the illegals won't

Trump Pledges Mass Deportations and TikTok Support in First Post-Election Rally

President-elect Donald Trump made his first major public appearance since winning the 2024 election at a conservative conference in Phoenix.

According to the New York Post, Trump declared his intention to launch "the largest deportation operation in American history" immediately upon taking office on January 20, 2025, while also suggesting a potential reversal of TikTok's ban.

Trump outlined his plans at the Turning Point Action's AmericaFest conference, emphasizing immediate executive actions to address border security and illegal immigration. He appointed Tom Homan as his border czar designee to oversee the massive deportation initiative, which he claims will surpass the scale of operations conducted during President Dwight D. Eisenhower's administration.

The president-elect's stance on TikTok has notably shifted since his previous administration. After meeting with TikTok CEO Shou Zi Chew at Mar-a-Lago, Trump expressed interest in preserving the platform's presence in the United States.

Read about his plans...

The primary reason for the potential TikTok ban in the U.S. is national security concerns, as lawmakers fear that the Chinese government could access data about American users through its parent company, ByteDance. This has led to legislation requiring ByteDance to sell TikTok to a non-Chinese company or face a ban by January 2025.

L.A. Police chief involved in plan to shield illegal aliens from deportations before Trump returns to the White House.

L.A.P.D. Chief caught working with foreign governments to stymie one Trump policy

With the election now over, the political Left has lost the argument and is about to lose power.

But certain public officials haven’t yet gotten the message and it is sparking outrage.

Now the L.A.P.D. Chief got caught working with foreign governments (Mexico and other Central American countries) to stymie one Trump policy.

Immigration and border enforcement emerged as issues that were front and center to American voters in this year’s Presidential election. The results were clear.

Donald Trump and Republicans who favor following existing immigration law won and Democrats in favor of open borders anarchy lost.

Los Angeles’ new Chief of Police Jim McDonnell has no intention of fulfilling the clear intentions of voters. McDonnell has said he will “not assist” with “mass deportations” to be undertaken during the incoming Trump administration.
