Georgia Court of Appeals sides with Trump on removal of Fani

Court Allows Trump’s Appeal to Remove Fani Williams from Fraud Case

The Georgia Court of Appeals has given a green light to Donald Trump’s case to remove Fani Willis from his election fraud trial in the latest blow to the Fulton County DA.

Willis has courted controversy while prosecuting the county’s election interference case against Trump after it was revealed she had a past relationship with special prosecutor Nathan Wade.

She escaped with just a slap on the wrist after Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee dramatically ruled she could stay on the Trump election interference case if Wade removed himself.

Trump and eight of his co-defendants charged in the Georgia state court have since urged the appeals court to overturn McAfee’s March ruling.

Betrayal in Ukraine?

Ukrainian Commander States ‘Betrayal’ Allowed Russian Advance

A Ukrainian commander has lashed out at his country’s leadership for the lack of first-line defense in Kharkiv and the surrounding area in north-eastern Ukraine.

Russian forces have targeted Kharkiv, Ukraine’s second city, in a series of incursions beginning Friday, May 10th. According to Denys Yaroslavskyi, who commands a reconnaissance unit in the Ukrainian military, Russian troops were simply able to “walk in.”

Yaroslavskyi pointed to drone footage that showed Russian soldiers walking across the border without any hindrances such as landmines and said that the lack of such defense was evidence of “corruption” or “negligence” amongst officials. He claimed that weapons promised by officials also never arrived at their intended destination.

Biden uses his Executive Powers to cover for his mental decline

Trump Campaign: Biden 'Politicized' Executive Privilege

The Trump campaign Thursday accused President Joe Biden of hypocrisy with executive privilege after refusing to release audio of his interview with special counsel Robert Hur.

Biden asserted executive privilege over the audio of his Hur interview that is at the center of a Republican effort to hold Attorney General Merrick Garland in contempt of Congress, the Justice Department told lawmakers earlier in the day.

"Crooked Joe Biden and his feeble administration have irretrievably politicized the key constitutional tenet of executive privilege, denying it to their political opponents while aggressively trying to use it to run political cover for Crooked Joe," Trump campaign spokesman Steven Cheung wrote in a statement.

You can see how this would be very damaging to Joe Biden if the public heard these tapes. As a reminder...

According to the report, investigators found Joe Biden’s “memory was significantly limited” in interviews they conducted with him in 2023 as well as interviews with his ghostwriter.

Because of that, special counsel Robert Hur wrote in the report, investigators concluded that it “would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him – by then a former president well into his eighties – of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness.”

“Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory,” they wrote, adding that Biden “is someone for whom many jurors will want to identify reasonable doubt.”

Engoron screwed up

"I'm not here to hear what Trump has to say"

New York Launches Probe Into Trump Judge

The New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct has launched an investigation into a New York attorney’s claim that he advised Judge Arthur Engoron in the case against former President Donald Trump.

Attorney Adam Leitman Bailey told WNBC-TV that he had a courthouse conversation with Engoron three weeks before the judge would slap Trump with a $454 million penalty for "fraudulently" inflating the value of his assets.

New York judges are barred from considering outside opinions in such a way when litigating a case, yet Bailey said he discussed the legal questions at length with the judge and told him he was making a big mistake.

According to the New York State Rules of Judicial Conduct, “a judge shall not initiate, permit, or consider ex parte communications, or consider other communications made to the judge outside the presence of the parties or their lawyers.”

Expert warns Biden is driving China, Russia TOGETHER!

'This would never happen under Trump'

Joe Biden's foreign policy has been, at best, suspect, experts have noted.

On his watch the Russia-Ukraine war erupted, Afghanistan has returned to a terrorist-controlled land, there have been various outbreaks of conflict across Africa and the threat from China to the free world has surged.

But his "biggest blunder," says an expert, is to be driving two nuclear powers, Russia and China, into an alliance.

Netherlands plans to move their embassy to Jersulaem

Dutch government announces plan to move embassy to Jerusalem

While nation's universities boycott Israel, Geert Wilders leads pro-Israel, anti-immigration coalition

In a surprise move early Thursday, an advance draft of a coalition agreement between four right-wing Dutch political factions announced their plan to move the Dutch embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem – at "an appropriate time."

If and when this occurs, the Netherlands would be the most significant country to move its embassy to Jerusalem since the United States did so under former President Donald Trump in 2018.

Geert Wilders is the leader of the pro-Israel, anti-immigration Party for Freedom, or PVV, which won 37 out of 150 seats in the Dutch lower house in that nation’s Nov. 22 election.

In addition to the United States, Papua New Guinea, Kosovo, Honduras and Guatemala have already moved their embassies from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.

Schools have emerged as one of the biggest battlegrounds in the Left’s culture war.

Florida is making government schools mission education, not indoctrination.

And Ron DeSantis uttered four words that sent teachers unions into a meltdown.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has taken a sledgehammer to woke indoctrination in government schools. He led the charge to outlaw Critical Race Theory (CRT), radical gender ideologies, and race essentialism in the classrooms of government schools.

The DeSantis education agenda returned power to parents over their children’s education from government bureaucrats.

Biden Official Damages Relations with Niger

US Troops Stuck in Country, 100 Million Airbase Abandoned

The Biden administration’s foreign policy in Africa has faced yet another setback, this time in Niger, where Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs Molly Phee’s actions have led to a major diplomatic crisis.

Phee’s visit to Niger in December 2023 was followed by protests calling for the removal of US forces from the country, highlighting the deterioration of relations between the two nations.

Nigerien Prime Minister Ali Mahaman Lamine Zeine publicly accused Phee of using threats and condescension during negotiations regarding the presence of US military personnel in Niger.
  • The USA confirms it will pull out of Niger
  • 1000 soldiers will leave after having been told to get out by the new Russian-friendly military junta
  • They will leave the $110 mln airbase built a few years ago from which the US has been running its drone operations against AQ & ISIS
In April 2024, reports surfaced indicating that US troops stationed in Niger were facing challenges such as shortages of essential supplies like water and medicine.

The situation was exacerbated by a lack of clarity and direction from the Biden administration, leaving deployed soldiers unable to fulfill their duties effectively.

Ukraine Gets Exposed for Pocketing American Money

Of the 100+ billion American taxpayer dollars that the U.S. has sent to Ukraine, a sizable portion of that has been earmarked for the country’s border security – but keeping in line with their status as one of the most corrupt countries on the planet, those U.S. tax dollars were ACTUALLY just stolen.

Head of the Mezha Anti-Corruption Center, Martyna Bohuslavets, revealed that funds for the Ukrainian border are being diverted to fake companies – the American taxpayer is being robbed blind.

This type of corruption in Ukraine has become the norm and Zelensky himself has benefited from that, accumulating a massive net worth with some reports indicating the conflict has even made him a billionaire, all thanks to the American taxpayer.

Trump Snaps Back With Blistering Response to Biden’s Debate Challenge

President Donald Trump wasted no time in responding to Joe Biden’s challenge to debate him, stating that he is “ready to rumble.” However, while Trump eagerly accepted the challenge, Biden’s camp is shying away from the idea and even proposing alternative rules and networks for the debates they do agree to.

Trump fired back at Biden’s claim that he lost two debates in 2020, calling him the “WORST debater” Trump has ever faced. He also criticized Biden’s record as president, labeling him as the “WORST President in the history of the United States” and pointing out several issues such as the open border policy, EV mandates, inflation, high taxes, and weak foreign policy.

Despite Biden’s challenge for two debates, the Biden campaign has stated that they will not participate in three debates organized by the Commission on Presidential Debates. This move has been seen as a way for the Biden campaign to dodge potential debates as Trump’s lead in the polls, including those in swing states, continues to grow.

'Crying little sh**': Michael Cohen spars with Trump attorney in fiery exchange

'At that time, I was knee deep into the cult of Donald Trump'

Trump's attorney Todd Blanche asked Cohen whether he had gone on TikTok and called him a “crying little sh*t” after the trial had started. “Sounds like something I would say,” Cohen replied.

The response was standard whenever Blanche brought up Cohen’s past statements, such as calling Trump a “boorish, cartoon misogynist” on the first episode of his podcast.

Blanche likewise pointed out Cohen’s desire for Trump to be convicted — a desire Cohen has repeatedly vocalized. The jury at one point saw a t-shirt from Cohen’s podcast store showing Trump in an orange jumpsuit behind bars, which Blanche noted he wore on his TikTok live stream just last week.

Judge Juan Merchan on Friday instructed prosecutors to tell Cohen to stop speaking publicly about Trump and the case. Is that a joke?

Supreme Court to Make Significant Rulings on Power of Administrative State, Presidential Immunity, More

Oral arguments are over at the Supreme Court for this term. Although the rallies and protesters have dispersed (for now, anyway), the justices remain frantically at work on the numerous opinions they have yet to hand down. With several closely watched cases still pending, it will likely be a historic finish to this Supreme Court term.

The court heard 61 arguments in 69 cases this term (some of the cases were consolidated for oral argument), 20 of which the court has already decided.

The most newsworthy of those cases was the unanimous ruling in Trump v. Anderson, in which the court reversed the Colorado Supreme Court and held that former President Donald Trump could not be removed from the state ballot under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.

The alleged Pay-To-Play

Lawsuit: Two county commissioners pressured builder into making political contribution

Mack Bernard I can believe but Dave Kerner?

"Palm Beach County Commissioner Mack Bernard pressured a contractor to support last year’s affordable housing bond issue, according to a lawsuit filed by a Greenacres builder, Robling Architecture Construction Inc.

The claim, which county attorneys are "vigorously" opposing, is drawn from new evidence Robling claims it obtained as part of a lawsuit it filed in June against the county after it failed to win a multi-million dollar contract overseeing the construction of new fire stations.

By a 4-3 vote on March 22, 2022, commissioners awarded the work to Core Construction Services of Florida, despite the county purchasing agent's finding that Robling should have been awarded the deal. The agent said Core was improperly given points for having a presence in Palm Beach County.

Based on emails obtained from Core, Robling’s lawyers are seeking to add Bernard and former Commissioner Dave Kerner as defendants.  Bernard’s aide pressured Core to make a sizable contribution to the Hometown Housing Trust, a nonprofit created to support the passage of a bond referendum to build affordable and workforce housing in Palm Beach County

The lawsuit also alleges that the emails show there were meetings between Core and Bernard and Kerner and that the two men engaged in activities that exceeded “the scope of their official capacities as county commissioners and acted in bad faith, willfully and wantonly and in disregard for Robling’s constitutional rights.”

Former federal prosecutor Andy McCarthy expressed doubt that New York Judge Juan Merchan would dismiss the case against former President Donald Trump, noting the judge’s daughter worked as a “progressive operative.”

Former attorney Michael Cohen, a one-time fixer for Trump who previously pled guilty to charges of lying to Congress and was accused of perjury, testified Monday in the case regarding a $130,000 payout to porn star Stormy Daniels. McCarthy said that despite prosecutors not proving that Trump committed fraud, Merchan wouldn’t dismiss the case.

Merchan imposed an expanded gag order April 1 after the former President criticized the judge’s daughter in multiple posts on Truth Social

Trump included one post linking to a New York Post report on Loren Merchan’s firm helping Democratic causes raise $93 million off Trump’s indictment in the Daniels case. McCarthy said that connection would potentially prevent Merchan from throwing out the case.

Joe Manchin Reveals Whether Trump Can Win Again

In a recent interview on Fox News’ “One Nation,” Senator Joe Manchin of West Virginia expressed his belief that former President Donald Trump could potentially secure a victory in the upcoming 2024 presidential election.

As a Democrat from a predominantly red state, Manchin’s views often diverge from typical party lines, reflecting his constituency’s more moderate or conservative leanings.

During the interview, Manchin criticized the current trajectory of both major political parties in the United States, suggesting that the Republican Party needs to “make it grand again” and the Democratic Party needs to be “made responsible again.”

His commentary points to his perception that both parties have strayed into extremism and have lost touch with the practical concerns of everyday Americans.

The senator also shared his concerns about the nation’s direction with President Biden, particularly warning against an over-reliance on government aid which he fears could shift the national ethos away from the self-reliance championed by John F. Kennedy.

DeSantis Sends Florida Troopers to Palestinian Protests

Florida responds to wake of college protests

Governor Ron DeSantis (R-FL) has sent Florida state troopers to control pro-Palestinian protestors.

Top officials have confirmed that the Florida governor has directed the Florida Highway Patrol to respond to these protests. "On countless occasions, campus and local law enforcement has requested the assistance of Florida Highway Patrol. And on countless other occasions, we have proactively assisted campus and local law enforcement," said Dave Kerner, executive director of the Florida Department of Safety and Motor Vehicles, which oversees the highway patrol.

Last week a total of 37 protestors were arrested across the campuses of UF, FSU, USF and UNF. Florida first responders even deployed the use of tear gas to quell protestors.

For DeSantis, this is a battle against antisemitism and is proud of the job Florida has done in combatting these demonstrations in comparison to "elite" colleges like USC in California. The governor stated last week, "elite colleges and universities that have allowed themselves to be overrun with encampments, graffiti as well as a lot of really nasty antisemitism."

Alvin Bragg Deleted Phone Call Records of Michael Cohen and Stormy Daniels’ Lawyer

A paralegal from Manhattan Attorney General Alvin Bragg’s office testified on Friday during former President Donald Trump’s “hush money” trial that some phone call records between Michael Cohen and Stephanie Clifford’s (a.k.a. Stormy Daniels) lawyer were deleted, raising questions about evidentiary integrity.

In a bid to challenge some of the evidence being put forward in President Trump’s business records falsification trial in Manhattan, Trump attorney Emil Bove asked paralegal Jaden Jarmel-Schneider in court on May 10 about roughly three pages worth of records that the attorney claimed Mr. Bragg’s office had deleted.

“Insanity! How on earth is this not a felony committed by Bragg and his minions? It sure would be if team Trump did it,” the former president’s eldest son, Don Trump Jr., said in a post on X.

A number of legal experts have challenged the way Mr. Bragg elevated the misdemeanor into a felony. This includes retired Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz, who argued that Mr. Bragg was operating on an invalid legal premise because he invoked federal statutes over which New York has no jurisdiction.

Citizenship question back on the Census for 2030

Citizenship Census Question

In 2010, Democrats removed the citizenship question from the census, making it impossible to distinguish between American citizens and non-citizens.

The results of the census are used to draw congressional districts, which in turn shape how many votes states are allotted in the Electoral College.

Failing to distinguish between citizens and non-citizens fundamentally distorts representation because the census will not be based on the number of Americans in an area, but on the number of people regardless of their citizenship status.

To fix this, Sen. Bill Hagerty (R-Tenn.) and Reps. Chuck Edwards (R-N.C.) and Warren Davidson (R-Ohio) introduced The Equal Representation Act (S. 3659 / H.R. 7109), which would add a citizenship question to the census and prohibit non-citizens from being counted.

The U.S. House of Representatives passed a bill Wednesday that would add a citizenship question to the next U.S. census in 2030. Vote was Republicans 206, Democrats 202. We know Democrats want to steal an election any way that they can.

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) has initiated an investigation into Special Counsel Jack Smith after it was revealed that certain evidence in President Trump’s ‘classified’ documents case was tampered with by the FBI following their raid on Mar-a-Lago.

Nauta, a former White House valet and Navy veteran indicted alongside Trump, alleged that the order of items in seized boxes did not match their scan records provided during discovery.

In a recent filing, Smith acknowledged that the FBI had rearranged documents within the boxes containing ‘classified’ information, contradicting previous assurances from the Department of Justice that the contents had remained intact.

On Thursday, freshman lawmaker Rep. Cory Mills (R-Fla.) told Fox News is is drafting articles of impeachment against president Joe Biden over his recent threat to cut off aid to Israel.

“The House has no choice but to impeach President ‘Quid pro Joe' Biden. As Vice President, Biden was caught threatening to withhold funding and aid to Ukraine unless they fired the attorney general investigating Burisma, a company financially benefiting his son Hunter, not to mention the 10% share for ‘the big guy' himself,” Mills said in a statement.

“Now, Joe Biden is pressuring Israel, our biggest ally in the Middle East, by pausing their funding that has already been approved in the House, if they don't stop all operations with Hamas. It's a very clear message, ‘this for that.'

JetBlue bans political pins for crew

JetBlue bans flight attendants from wearing Palestinian flag pins after incident with Jewish passenger

JetBlue Airways is banning its in-flight crew members from wearing political pins after an incident involving a flight attendant sporting a Palestinian flag pin and a Jewish passenger.

“We have changed our uniform policy to make clear that on board the aircraft is not the right place for crewmembers to advocate positions on certain issues or political topics,” said JetBlue spokesperson Derek Dombrowski.

The change, implemented on May 3, came five days after Paul Faust, 54, was traveling from his home in Fort Lauderdale to Las Vegas. On board the flight, Faust saw an attendant wearing several pins — including one for Black Lives Matter and another of the Palestinian flag.

Defiant and Traitorous actions against Trump

DC National Guard Whistleblower Claims President Trump’s Powers Were Revoked by Military Brass During January 6 Protests

National Guard whistleblowers, including Command Sgt. Major Michael E. Brooks, Colonel Earl G. Matthews, Aaron Dean Retired, and Captain Timothy Nick, appeared before the House Subcommittee on Oversight in April.

They aimed to counter the misinformation and misleading narrative spread by Democrats regarding the events of January 6.

During their testimony, these four National Guard members revealed that they were prepared for deployment on January 6 but were held back by orders from the Pentagon.

This raises concerns about the actions of General Milley and the Democrats such as Nancy Pelosi and Muriel Bowser.

Chris Wray’s FBI chose not to alert the Trump administration and cabinet secretaries about the potential for violence similar to the mass protests that unfolded at the Capitol.

Illegal alien arrested for alleged kidnap, sexual assault of 11-year-old girl

A 20-year-old undocumented migrant has been arrested for allegedly snatching an 11-year-old girl off the street in front of her Florida home and sexually assaulting her.

According to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office, Marvin Dionel Perez Lopez grabbed the 11-year-old by the hand and forced her into his van where he began assaulting her.

Investigators say Marvin Perez Lopez, 20, fled from the vehicle. The child exited after him, her legs bloodied and bare.

The sheriff’s office said Perez Lopez is from Guatemala and crossed the border from Mexico in January. They said he surrendered to Border Patrol, was given a court date in 2027 and was released.

“He’s going to get tried for a capital crime before he even remotely thinks he’s going to get deported,” Bradshaw said. “He’s going to do the time here first.”

Perez Lopez is currently being held without bond in the Palm Beach County jail.

This is the scum we are attracting to our country and to our city all because of Biden's open border policy. Lake Worth loves diversity, well here it is at its worst!

Jack Smith on Hold

Jack Smith's classified documents trial postponed indefinitely, as prosecutor admits to destroying exculpatory evidence

The judge in Donald Trump's classified documents case has delayed the trial indefinitely, days after Jack Smith admitted to misleading her about key evidence.

In a Friday court filing, Smith admitted that evidence had been tampered with since it was seized in the notorious Mar-A-Lago raid.

The digital scans of documents do not line up with the physical ordering of the files, Smith said. The chronology of the files is critical in a case where Trump is accused of deliberately hoarding classified information.

Legal experts say Smith may have destroyed evidence that could have exonerated Trump.

Fani Willis case against Trump delayed

Legal experts say 'not a chance' Trump's Georgia case goes to trial before the 2024 election

Legal experts believe that it is unlikely that former President Donald Trump's Georgia case will make it to trial before the upcoming presidential election, Fox News reports.

If these legal experts turn out to be correct, then this will be a huge blow to Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis (D) as well as to President Joe Biden and other Democrats.

This, of course, is because Willis and the others are hoping to get a criminal conviction of Trump before the presidential election in order to boost Biden's reelection chances.

But, now, it appears that such a conviction is unlikely - at least from this Georgia case.

The Georgia Court of Appeals has agreed to review former President Donald Trump's application to appeal Judge Scott McAfee's ruling to keep embattled Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis on the case.

Contractor Takes Matters Into His Own Hands With Anti-Semitic Protesters

A contractor was hired to erase all of the vandalism left behind by pro-Palestinian protesters on the walls of Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. The messages, including a Palestinian flag and anti-Semitic slogans, were deemed “threatening, intimidating and anti-Semitic” by the college president, Eric Kaler.

On Tuesday morning, the contractor arrived to complete the job. However, a group of students showed up to halt the work and even brought someone to record their “heroic” stand. The video shows the students standing in front of the contractor, who is wearing a face shield, as he continues to spray paint over their bodies.

One of the students, Ameer Alkayali, an 18-year-old Palestinian-American who attends the University of Cincinnati, stated that he intends to sue the college administrators and the public safety department over the incident. He claims that the paint did not come off his skin for hours and was still under his nails later that day. This guy and all the others need to be expelled.

Despite the protestor’s demands for the college to divest from companies linked to Israel, President Kaler made it clear that the university will not comply. He stated that the college values its relationship with Israel and will not withdraw any assets.

What to do with College Protesters causing havoc and hate

US Republican Bill Would Send Anti-Israel Protesters to Gaza

You just have to laugh at this idea...we all know it will never happen but it is a delicious thought.

A new bill proposed by a Republican lawmaker would see people convicted of illegal activity on college campuses punished with a sentence to perform community service for six months in the Gaza Strip.

“Students have abandoned their classes to harass other students and disrupt campus-wide activities, including university commencement ceremonies nationwide. Enough is enough,” Rep. Andy Ogles (R-TN), who is spearheading the bill, told Fox News Digital.

“If you support a terrorist organization, and you participate in unlawful activity on campuses, you should get a taste of your own medicine. I am going to bet that these pro-Hamas supporters wouldn’t last a day, but let’s give them the opportunity,” Ogles said.

The House Vote on Vacating the Speaker

The House on Wednesday rejected a motion calling for Republican Speaker Mike Johnson’s ouster, rebuffing an effort by one of the GOP leader’s most-vocal critics, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia.

The 359-43 vote on a motion to table Greene’s measure required the help of Democrats, given the speaker’s narrow majority. The vote could quiet calls for Johnson’s removal among conservative hardliners, who have been angry about his support of a $95 billion foreign aid package that passed last month.

Johnson’s divided conference was evident on Wednesday as 10 Republicans sided with Greene, while 196 opposed her effort. Additionally, 163 Democrats voted to table Greene’s motion, effectively protecting the speaker. Twenty-eight members from both parties either didn’t vote or voted present. [CNN]

FBI Manipulated boxes of "classified" documents

Jim Jordan Launches Investigation into Special Counsel’s Admission of FBI Evidence Tampering in Trump Mar-a-Lago Case

The admission from Jack Smith came after concerns raised by Walt Nauta’s legal team about discrepancies in the organization of evidence.

Ukraine's Security Service Foils Russian-Linked Assassination Attempt

In a daring and complex operation, Ukraine's intelligence thwarted a dangerous plot.

Daily Mail reported that the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has effectively prevented a sophisticated plot designed to assassinate President Volodymyr Zelensky and other prominent Ukrainian leaders.

The Security Service of Ukraine disclosed that the conspiracy was thought to be masterminded by the Russian FSB.

The depth of the conspiracy was unsettling. The SBU detained two Ukrainian counterintelligence colonels; they were purportedly serving the interests of the FSB. These officers were accused of supplying crucial information and logistics for carrying out the assassination.

Illegal in Lake Worth Beach attempts to hire hitman

Mother allegedly attempts to hire hitmen to kill witnesses in son's murder case

A mother is accused of attempting to hire someone to murder two witnesses involved in her teenage son's murder case.

Authorities learned last month that Josefina Cardona-Cardona, 43, was allegedly trying to hire an undercover law enforcement agent to kill the witnesses, according to Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office.

According to her arrest report, she allegedly said she would pay $4,000 to have two people murdered, for a total of $8,000.

Cardona-Cardona was booked on two counts of solicitation to commit murder. At her initial court appearance Tuesday morning, a judge set her bond at $550,000. He told her if she's released, she is to have no weapons and no contact with the two intended victims.

PBSO says she is in the U.S. illegally and faces the possibility of deportation once the criminal case against her is concluded. Faces the "possibility?"  How about following the law...kick her back to wherever.

Boy Scouts changing its name to reflect DEI

Boy Scouts of America will change its name to Scouting America in an effort to be more inclusive

The Boy Scouts of America is changing its name for the first time in its 114-year history and will become Scouting America.

It’s a significant shift as the organization emerges from bankruptcy following a flood of sexual abuse claims and seeks to focus on inclusion.

The organization steeped in tradition has made seismic changes after decades of turmoil, from finally allowing gay youth to welcoming girls throughout its ranks. With an eye on increasing flagging membership numbers, the Irving, Texas-based organization announced the name change Tuesday at its annual meeting in Florida.

Protests could impact Election 2024

The Campus Protests Could Impact the 2024 Election

Some want President Biden to take a harder line to quell the protests, while others are urging him to defend students’ freedom to protest against Israel.

Some Democrats are concerned that the ongoing college protests may jeopardize President Joe Biden’s chances of winning a second term. And there is an ongoing division within the Democratic Party over how to handle these demonstrations.

Some want President Biden to take a harder line to quell the protests and combat anti-Semitism on college campuses, fearing that failure to do so could bolster former President Donald Trump’s electoral standing. Some progressives, on the other hand, are urging the president to defend students’ freedom to protest against Israel and demand a cease-fire. Some have even expressed concerns that the turmoil of the Vietnam War era may flare up again.

And then there is the communist/Marxixt Bernie Sanders. Whatever he says, do the opposite. He warned that President Biden’s support for Israel could sink his presidency, much like how the Vietnam War brought down Lyndon Johnson’s presidency.

Sanders is Jewish. His father's family was wiped out in the Holocaust and he does bot support Israel? To Bernie, it's all about politics--Democrats winning.

Biden loves screwing up our country

Who is Joe Biden bringing to America?

The Palestinian people were the ones who put Hamas in charge of Gaza.

And polls showed that more than 70 percent of Palestinians supported the October 7 Hamas terrorist attack on Israel.

Now Joe Biden wants to import refugees who support these atrocities into America.

And it’s all because Biden is afraid Donald Trump will win Michigan’s Electoral College votes.

Biden has totally lost his mind.

Trump 2024

America is BURNING TO THE GROUND right before our very eyes

  •   The leading candidate for President of the United States is being PROSECUTED by his political opposition in a brazen act of election interference
  •   Liberal college students are RIOTING across the country, just like during the 2020 BLM riots
  •   HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of illegal aliens, many of them violent criminals, are invading our southern border Big Tech and the Democrat Party might try to censor us for saying this, friend, but we don’t care: This is all 100% JOE BIDEN’S FAULT.

Luckily for us, America is still a free country, and we have a choice to make this November. Will we choose peace and prosperity, or will we allow the radical Democrats to continue their assault on our freedoms and burn America down?

There is only one choice--Trump 2024!

Devine Intervention?

Gun Jams as Man Tries Shooting Pastor During Sunday Sermon in Pennsylvania Church

During Sunday’s sermon, a Pennsylvania pastor claimed that divine intervention prevented a man from shooting him when the gun jammed.

The 26-year-old assailant was subsequently arrested and charged with aggravated assault and attempted homicide for his actions against Pastor Glenn Germany of Jesus’ Dwelling Place Church in North Braddock.

He pulled the gun; it clicked,” Pastor Glenn Germany told WPIX-TV. “You heard him shoot it. God jammed the gun so the bullet didn’t come out.”

Karine Jean-Pierre did something jaw-dropping to cover for Biden

Joe Biden is in a cognitive decline spiraling out of control. It cannot be denied at this point.

And Karine Jean-Pierre did something jaw-dropping to cover for Biden.

Joe Biden’s gaffes keep piling up one after another.

That has caused members of his administration and surrogates to pick up the slack.

White House officials like Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre have been forced to correct the record in order to make Biden’s statements in accordance with his own administration’s policy.

But the issue goes even deeper than that.

“Through 118 statements, speeches and chats with reporters spanning from Jan. 1 to April 24, the White House has officially updated its transcript with corrections to what the president said out loud at least 148 times.”

Sometimes the entire meaning of Biden’s statements has been altered.

DA Alvin Bragg's key witness -- The Fixer

Key Witness Against Trump A ‘Jerk,’ Would Often Go ‘Rogue,’ Possibly Suicidal

What does it say about the current fraudulent prosecution of former President Donald Trump, that the state's key witness was a universally hated, serial exaggerator, who would often go rogue and may have been suicidal? It should say a lot.

And that describes Michael Cohen, Trump's ex-attorney-turned-Trump nemesis who will soon be testifying against Trump in a court in New York City.

Lawyers for the former president argue that Cohen had acted on his own behalf to make the payments to the porn actress “Stormy Daniels” to cover up Trump's alleged affair before the 2016 election. They add that Cohen tried to distance Trump from him.

The Daily Caller reported: “A witness in the trial of former President Donald Trump testified Thursday that he thought former Trump attorney Michael Cohen was going to “kill himself” over missing out on a spot in the Trump administration.” It noted:
…“‘Jesus Christ, can you fucking believe I'm not going to Washington, after everything I have done for that fucking guy, I can't believe I'm not going to Washington,'” Davidson recalled Cohen as saying. “‘I've saved that guy's ass so many times, you don't even know.'”
Cohen, who reported to prison in May 2019, was released to home confinement after about a year as authorities released low-security-risk inmates during a coronavirus outbreak in federal prisons.

In 2018, Cohen pleaded guilty to eight criminal charges: five counts of tax evasion; one count of making false statements to a financial institution; one count of willfully causing an unlawful corporate contribution in breach of the Federal Election Campaign Act (FECA) of 1971.
