A new report revealed that five foreign charities have donated just shy of $2 billion into various American nonprofits and policy advocacy groups focused on climate change and political activism.

Americans for Public Trust released a detailed, 31-page report with receipts tracking money from foreign charities to U.S. groups.

It notes that while contributing directly to political candidates is not permitted under federal law, election-related activities like "get-out-and-vote" campaigns, some lobbying efforts, issue advertising and other politically-charged activities, are in play for foreign dollars.

"There's not a question about where it's going and where it is coming from," Americans for Public Trust executive director Caitlin Sutherland told Fox News Digital. "We know that it's foreign money coming into our U.S. policy fights, climate litigation, research, protests, lobbying, you name it."

According to Just the News, intelligence officials buried evidence of Chinese government efforts to undermine President Trump's candidacy in 2020, while Iranian meddling attempts were similarly minimized. This stands in sharp contrast to the aggressive pursuit of Trump-Russia collusion claims from 2016.

FBI records recently made public show that a confidential human source reported in summer 2020 that China's communist government was attempting to produce fraudulent driver's licenses to facilitate illegal voting for Biden. This intelligence report was mysteriously recalled and agencies were instructed to delete it shortly after it was distributed.

The intelligence report that was recalled had warned that "in late August 2020, the Chinese government had produced a large amount of fraudulent United States driver's licenses" to help "Chinese students and immigrants sympathetic to the Chinese Communist Party to vote for US Presidential Candidate Joe Biden."

Current FBI Director Kash Patel confirmed the documents have been provided to Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley.

Fires damage ballots in Portland and Vancouver as voters are urged to check ballot status; officials emphasize election security amid ongoing investigations.

Two fires at ballot drop boxes in Portland, Oregon, and Vancouver, Washington, led to police responses early on Oct. 28, with one fire resulting in the destruction of potentially hundreds of ballots. Officials said at a press conference that they believe the incidents are connected and that they have identified a suspect vehicle.

At about 3:30 a.m. in Portland, officers responded to reports of a fire at a ballot drop box outside the Multnomah County elections office.

Mike Brenner, public information officer for the Portland Police Bureau (PPB), stated: “By the time officers arrived, I can tell you that security personnel in the area had already extinguished the fire. Our officers quickly determined that there was an incendiary device that had been attached to the ballot box, and that is what ignited this fire.”

In Vancouver’s Clark County, another “incendiary device” was placed in a drop box a few hours later, burning “hundreds” of ballots, as shown in footage from local ABC outlet KATU. First responders were seen pulling still-burning ballots from the box, which continued smoldering despite pouring rain.

The "Deep State," now using the U.S. Secret Service to attack President Donald Trump's 2024 campaign, has warned him to stop doing his trademark campaign event: a large outdoor rally where thousands, even tens of thousands, come to hear him.

The Washington Post said, "Secret Service officials encouraged Donald Trump's campaign to stop scheduling large outdoor rallies and other outdoor events with big crowds after the assassination attempt on the former president in Butler, Pa., according to people familiar with the matter."

It was the U.S. Secret Service that failed, in a long list of ways, to provide protection for Trump at that rally, where a 20-year-old sniper climbed on top of a nearby building to take shots at the GOP nominee, nicking his ear.

The attack apparently could have been fatal except that Trump turned his head to look at a chart at the exact second the shot was fired.

America First Legal (AFL) filed complaint

They claim that New York District Attorney Alvin Bragg and Biden for President may have violated the Federal Election Campaign Act with their alleged illegally coordinated and politically motivated prosecution against Trump.

On Wednesday, in order to get to the bottom of those claims, AFL filed a complaint with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) against Bragg and Biden for President.

• The complaint alleges coordinated campaign contributions showing Bragg donated more than $3,300, "an excessive contribution in the form of a coordinated expenditure in violation of 52 U.S.C. § 30116(a)(1)(A)."

• The complaint also claims that Biden for President "knowingly accepted" funds violating 52 U.S.C § 30116(f).

• In addition, according to the complaint, Biden for President failed to provide the "required disclosure information," violating 52 U.S.C. § 30104(b) and 11 C.F.R. § 104.3(a)–(b).

In essence, the lawsuit seeks to connect the dots between Bragg's prosecution of Trump and the idea that Bragg acted "in cooperation, consultation, or concert with, or at the request of Biden for the principal purpose of influencing the 2024 presidential election," financially and politically.

Judge Juan Merchan – the man whose daughter has been paid millions of dollars by the Democrats – delivered a set of unprecedented instructions to the jurors to make it EASIER for Trump to be convicted.

Under normal circumstances a jury would have to unanimously agree that prosecutors proved beyond a reasonable doubt that the felony crime in question was committed by the defendant.

That means that in order to find Trump guilty, the entire jury would have to agree that Trump committed a specific crime.

But per usual, these are not normal circumstances.

Merchan told the jury that if they thought Trump was guilty of ANY one of the three crimes – even if they didn’t agree on which one – he would accept it as a unanimous guilty verdict.

The three crimes in question were:

Violations of federal election law
The falsification of business records
Tax violations
