The hidden network behind America's foreign worker pipeline

Inside the global visa cartel replacing America's middle class

From the outside, 9170 Irvine Center Drive is just another quiet office building in Irvine, California. But public records show it is the hub of a system that recruits workers overseas, then funnels them into U.S. jobs through visa dependency.

For countless American families watching their wages fall and opportunities vanish, this isn't some distant policy fight; it's the hidden hiring machine determining whether an American worker gets a fair chance or never even enters the room.

This building is not unique. All across the country, the same pattern is unfolding. An entire industry, one most Americans have never heard of, is quietly rewriting the rules of the labor market.

These aren't tech companies in the traditional sense. They don't sell innovation or software. They sell people. They profit by importing temporary, visa-dependent workers through loopholes in the U.S. immigration system.

Behind glossy websites and ordinary-looking job ads lies a vast, coordinated network stretching across the United States, Canada and India.

What looks like routine consulting is, in reality, a sophisticated labor-broker operation engineered to move workers, money and paperwork across borders while pushing qualified American professionals aside in favor of cheaper, more controllable foreign replacements.

Setback to Big Corporations using Cheap Labor

Judge Upholds President Trump's Curbs on H-1B Outsourcing

The decision is a big labor rights win for American employees because it recognizes a president can use his authority under section 212(f) of federal law to block the inflow of foreign workers if they have a damaging impact on Americans’ economic circumstances.

The lawsuit was filed in the name of 169 contract workers from India and their spouses. The Indians hold valid H-1B visas and are being denied entry to the United States to retake jobs that would otherwise go to Americans.

Mike Pence wants Omar OFF Foreign Affairs Committee

VP PENCE LAID DOWN THE LAW ON CONGRESS , CALLS FOR ILHAN OMAR’S REMOVAL FROM POWERFUL COMMITTEE

Vice President Mike Pence
✔@VP
.@IlhanMN tweets were a disgrace & her apology was inadequate. Anti-Semitism has no place in the United States Congress, much less the Foreign Affairs Committee. Those who engage in anti-Semitic tropes should not just be denounced, they should face consequences for their words.

Immigration Report

Numbers USA latest report:

37 of 435 U.S. Representatives earned A+ grades in first half of this year

for exemplary efforts for (a) less immigration, (b) less foreign workers, and (c) less government-forced U.S. population growth.

More than half (56%) of our U.S. Representatives earned an F or F-minus thus far this year! As you may guess, the vast majority were Democrats.

Immigration Report Card Locator

Rep Brian Mast got an A! Senators Marco Rubio has an overall rating of B+ and Rick Scott has an overall rating of F as he obviously didn't bother to vote or contribute on these important subjects. Both received F's Minus for the three categories mentioned above. You can't get much lower than that folks! There was one other Republican from Miami who received an F, Mario Diaz-Balart whose record shows his lack of interest in curbing illegal immigration.

3 Candidates write Google a Letter of Demand

3 Democratic Presidential Candidates Demand Google Pass Over Americans and Hire Foreigners

The three candidates are Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders, and Kamala Harris who signed a letter to Google. These three Democrats in particular are working against American citizens in favor of foreign hires. Who are they to interfere in this way?

They are urging Google to fully hire its estimated 120,000 outsourcing workers and temporary hires — plus thousands of Indian graduates who have used work visas to take jobs that could be done by our own citizens.

And Google is the subject of a Department of Justice review over potential anti-competitive practices. Lawmakers recently sent the company a letter about its treatment of contract and temporary workers, asking the company to change its practices.

Why are Democrats interfering in demanding that Google hire foreign workers instead of our own college graduates who can't find jobs in the tech field?
