Leo Terrell at Club 47

Leo Terrell is a former Democrat and Fox News contributor that now serves as the Department of Justice senior counsel in the civil rights division. He is the figure behind the Trump administration’s efforts to target 10 academic institutions across the country over claims of antisemitism.

Terrell was tapped in January by President Donald Trump to serve as senior counsel to Harmeet K. Dhillon, the assistant attorney general for civil rights in the Justice Department.

Terrell has since become an outspoken voice in the administration, heading up the department’s Task Force to Combat Anti-Semitism. That task force has led the charge against academic institutions that the administration claims are enabling antisemitism.

“Leo is a highly respected civil rights attorney and political analyst,” President Trump said of him in January, 2025. “Leo will be a fantastic advocate for the American People, and ensure we will, MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”

GORDON G. CHANG Gordon G. Chang is an American lawyer, author, and political commentator renowned for his critical analyses of China and North Korea. Born on July 5, 1951, in Long Branch, New Jersey, to a Chinese father and a Scottish-American mother, he earned both his BA and JD from Cornell University. Chang spent nearly two decades in mainland China and Hong Kong, practicing law with firms such as Baker & McKenzie and Paul, Weiss.

He gained prominence with his 2001 book, The Coming Collapse of China, in which he predicted the downfall of China’s communist regime. Although the prediction has not materialized, the book sparked widespread discussion on China’s economic and political future. His subsequent works, including Nuclear Showdown: North Korea Takes On the World and The Great U.S.–China Tech War, continue to explore geopolitical tensions in East Asia. Chang is a frequent contributor to major publications and appears regularly on news outlets to discuss Asian affairs.

In addition to his writing, Chang has provided briefings to U.S. government agencies, including the National Intelligence Council, Central Intelligence Agency, and the Department of State. He is a columnist at Newsweek and writes regularly for The Hill.

In his book, PLAN RED, Gordon G. Chang warns that Xi Jinping believes he must destroy America to accomplish his objectives. And that Xi already has a plan to do it!

He served as a U.S. National Security Council official, senior advisor to the acting Director of National Intelligence, and chief of staff to the acting United States secretary of defense during the Trump presidency.

Peter Navarro at Club 47

When Peter Navarro reported to prison he had a press conference at a strip mall across the street. Navarro claimed his case represents an "unprecedented assault" on the separation of powers and executive privilege.

He was sentenced to four months in prison on March 19th. He appealed both his conviction and the trial judge's decision to enforce his sentence as the appeal was further litigated...denied.

Navarro has long held that he thought he was bound by executive privilege when he refused to comply with the committee's demands, but the judge overseeing his case ruled there was no evidence that the privilege was actually invoked.

This should be a dynamic and enlightening speech by Peter Navarro who, as a Trump administration official, encouraged President Donald Trump to implement trade-protectionist policies.

Judge Jeanine Pirro began her career as an assistant district attorney in Westchester County, New York. It was there that she started the first domestic violence unit in the nation.

As a young litigator, she was the first woman in the history of that county to prosecute a murder case. As a trial attorney she had a 100% conviction rate. With a highly successful legal career spanning over three decades, in 1993 Pirro was elected Westchester County District Attorney. She held the position for twelve years. In 1990, Pirro was elected as the first woman to serve as a Westchester County Court Judge.

Pirro earned a BA from the University at Buffalo, magna cum laude, and received her Juris Doctor (JD) law degree from Albany Law School. Judge Jeanine is an American television host, an author, as well as a former New York State judge, prosecutor and politician.
