A refugee admission was never supposed to be a claim on Medicaid. On October 1, federal law finally said so.
My grandparents came through Ellis Island. At Ellis Island, no one met the ship with a benefits package. Immigrants came with a trade, a skill, a little cash, whatever they could carry, and a relative who would answer for them.
There was no Medicaid. There was no food-stamp office. There was no contractor paid by the head to settle them on the taxpayer. If they were likely to become a public charge, they could be turned around. The ones who stayed built the country. They laid track, cut cloth, opened shops, and raised children who spoke English and paid taxes.
That was the bargain. America offered the chance. The immigrant did the work. [Act For America]
Good Night, Patriots!

It's just so abusive and all this fraud and waste and abuse of our system and our goodness to all these people from other countries who just come here and use and abuse us and live off the government and don't even want to work or pay taxes it's very very sad you can see how the socialism and Marxism and all of that is at work now even in our government and it's so offensive to all of us hard-working people who paid in all these years of taxes to see all of this waste and abuse and fraud and all these lazy scumbags that don't want to do anything just get everything for free!
A lot of the anarchists are like this they believe they shouldn't have to work there's a lot of them in lake Worth too remember all the stunts that they used to pull in front of City Hall they're just lazy and they don't want to work and they don't think they should have to work and they can just live off the government and be sponges they're just parasites! Plain and simple anarchists are parasites!
