Elise Stefanik files misconduct complaint against Merchan

Rep. Stefanik Files Misconduct Complaint Against Judge Juan Merchan

Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) filed a misconduct complaint Tuesday against the judge overseeing Donald Trump’s Manhattan hush money trial, alleging that his selection to handle the former president’s case — and others involving his allies — is “not random at all.”

The House Republican Conference chairwoman’s complaint with the inspector general of the New York State Unified Court System called for an investigation into Justice Juan Merchan “to determine whether the required random selection process was in fact followed.”

“The potential misconduct pertains to the repeated assignment of Acting Justice Juan Merchan, a Democrat Party donor, to criminal cases related to President Donald J. Trump and his allies,” Stefanik wrote.

Elise Stefanik wants Jack Smith held Accountable

Injustice Exposed: Ethics Complaint Calls for Discipline Against Special Counsel in Trump Cases

A formal ethics complaint was lodged against Department of Justice special counsel Jack Smith on Tuesday, alleging that he is engaging in blatant election interference through his prosecution of former President Donald Trump.

The complaint was filed by Elise Stefanik, a Republican Congresswoman from New York and the chair of the House GOP conference. Stefanik accused Smith of serious ethics violations and called for disciplinary action to be taken against him.

In her official complaint to the DOJ’s Office of Professional Responsibility, Stefanik claimed that Smith has engaged in egregious misconduct by pursuing criminal charges against Trump. Smith is currently overseeing two federal cases against the former president, claiming that he committed election interference while challenging the results of the 2020 presidential election and mishandled classified documents.

Stefanik argued that these cases are a clear attempt by Smith to interfere with the 2024 election and prevent Trump from potentially running for president again.

Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act

Charlie Kirk Tells Rep. Elise Stefanik That Her VP Ambitions are Finished After Controversial FISA Vote

Charlie Kirk, a prominent conservative figure, is now claiming that Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) has significantly diminished her prospects of becoming former President Donald Trump’s Vice President due to her recent vote in favor of reauthorizing FISA.

On Friday, a total of 86 Republicans opposed a bipartisan amendment put forth by Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) that aimed to mandate the FBI to obtain a search warrant for monitoring foreign intelligence information that may involve U.S. persons.

CNN said that the Biden administration, along with national security hawks from the GOP, initiated a lobbying operation to urge members to vote against the amendment due to the issues it raised.

Radical Democrat wants to shut up Elise Stefanik

Rep. Goldman Launches Effort To Censure GOP Congresswoman

Former President Donald Trump is reportedly considering Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-N.Y.) as his potential running mate in the 2024 election. According to NBC News, the suggestion was made during a dinner at Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort, shortly after Stefanik made headlines for her sharp questioning of college presidents about campus antisemitism.

The censure effort against Stefanik, introduced by corrupt and radical Rep. Dan Goldman (D-N.Y.), follows a trend in the House of using the formal rebuke on a more frequent basis. While censure carries no actual consequences, it does carry the stigma of being disciplined by fellow lawmakers and can damage a politician's reputation going forward.

Goldman's resolution accuses Stefanik of supporting "the duly charged and convicted January 6 insurrectionists" and attempting to stop the certification of the 2020 Presidential election. It also references her comments about special counsel Jack Smith's indictment against Trump and calling the select committee investigating the January 6 attack a "witch hunt."

Politics has become so damn dumb, ridiculous and nauseating.

MTG, Stefanik, Plan To Expunge Trump Impeachments From Official Record

Democrats weaponized the power of impeachment against President Donald Trump

Two House Republicans are working to expunge the impeachments of 45th President Donald Trump from the record, with Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene and Rep. Elise Stefanik introducing separate resolutions that would purge each impeachment.

Stefanik introduced a resolution to expunge Trump’s impeachment related to the alleged “insurrection” on Januay 6, 2021. Breitbart reported that she believes the Democrats running the impeachment trial “did not meet the burden” of proving Trump committed any crimes or caused an “insurrection or rebellion against the United States.” Greene’s resolution focuses on Trump’s 2019 impeachment regarding the “perfect phone call.

Trump was ultimately acquitted of both impeachments in the U.S. Senate, but remains among 17th President Andrew Johnson and 42nd President Bill Clinton in the small category of U.S. Presidents who were impeached in the U.S. House.

According to Breitbart, the expungement effort would “make the Democrats’ impeachments of Trump nonexistent, as if such Articles of Impeachment had never passed the full House of Representatives.”

Howard Dean shows us his kookier side once again

Ex-DNC Head Comments To Rep. Stefanik Are Worse Than The ‘Vile’ Note Found On Her Car

Remember that moron, Howard Dean? Here is an impersonator at the Democrat Convention in 2016 pretending to be he. People didn't know how to react.

We know Dems are basically unbalanced but this Howard Dean tweet to Rep. Elise Stefanik takes the prize: "You are a shame to your district and to a democratic United States,” he said to her.

For what, Howard? Standing up to Shifty Schiff? Thank God he ruined his quest to be president of the United States by screaming like a mad man back in 2004.
