President Trump soon to appear on $2 bill

President Trump joins other Presidents Featured On U.S. Currency

A Piece Of History You Can Own

In 1926, sitting president Calvin Coolidge became the first for America's 150th Anniversary on a coin. Now for America's 250th Anniversary sitting President Trump becomes the second.

George Washington: First president, on the $1 bill.
Thomas Jefferson: Third president, on the $2 bill.
Abraham Lincoln: Sixteenth president, on the $5 bill.
Andrew Jackson: Seventh president, on the $20 bill.
Ulysses S. Grant: Eighteenth president, on the $50 bill.

Now, for America's 250th birthday, President Trump joins them featured on U.S. currency. The U.S. Mint is releasing the historic 2026 President Donald J. Trump $1 Coin on September 2nd, 2026.

This genuine, uncirculated U.S. legal tender collectible $2 bill has been transformed into a stunning full-color collector's piece to commemorate the limited edition $1 Trump Coin.

I received a $2 dollar bill from Senator Kennedy yesterday but Thomas Jefferson's photo was on the front, not Trump.

Penny For Your Thoughts

America buries the penny after decades of costly nostalgia

"The U.S. retires the penny after 232 years, ending a costly tradition and marking a rare step toward fiscal sanity.

A penny could never buy you much, but what it lacked in economic prowess, it held an outsized place in Americana, instantly recognizable both physically and symbolically. Pennies were tucked in every pocket, scattered under couch cushions, and immortalized in Ben Franklin’s wisdom of “a penny saved is a penny earned.” Words that were a creed of a simpler time that leaves behind only nostalgia for a coin that could never buy much, but embodied thrift and austerity.

We have traded nostalgia for necessity. But in that trade, something tender slips away.In its place, we gain efficiency, fiscal restraint, and a currency system that reflects reality rather than melancholy, underscoring that sometimes, the smallest change makes the biggest difference.

Critics argue that ending the minting of the penny expunges a piece of American life. Symbolic gestures should not come at a nine-figure annual cost. The Treasury’s decision underscores fiscal responsibility, as the government should not spend more to make money than the money is worth.

The penny will live on as a collector’s item, a teaching tool, and a nostalgic artifact. There are 240 billion in circulation, so it’s not going anywhere too soon. Its image of Lincoln remains iconic, and its role in American lore is secure.

But coins are meant to circulate, not linger as artifacts in our pockets and mason jars tucked away in a closet. The Treasury’s decision acknowledges that currency must serve the economy, not sentiment.

The penny may be gone, but its mythology still jingles. Saving pennies seems almost pointless in our seemingly cashless world. At one time, we were “in for a penny, in for a pound,” but that pound costs a pretty penny, and the old adage asking for a “penny for your thoughts” now comes with a subscription fee.

A hard job was “working for pennies,” while someone who was tight with their spending was a “penny pincher.” Some complain they don’t have “a penny to their name” but still maintain their oversized morning latte.

Such a legacy reminds us that even in a world moving toward a cashless society, irony still holds value, especially when there are plenty of puns to spend my two cents on with no change required." [Greg Maresca-Substack]

BRICS: “They can go find another ’sucker!"

"There is no chance that the BRICS will replace the U.S. dollar in international trade, and any country that tries should wave goodbye to America,” Trump said.  ðŸ˜›

Trump Threatens 100 Percent Tariffs on BRICS Members If They Challenge US Dollar

Members of the BRICS economic bloc have discussed dumping the U.S. dollar and adopting a new shared currency

President-elect Donald Trump threatened to impose 100 percent tariffs on members of the BRICS economic bloc who move to adopt a new currency to compete with the U.S. dollar.

“The idea that the BRICS countries are trying to move away from the dollar while we stand by and watch is OVER,” Trump wrote in a Nov. 30 post on his Truth Social profile.

“We require a commitment from these countries that they will neither create a new BRICS currency, nor back any other currency to replace the mighty U.S. dollar or, they will face 100% tariffs, and should expect to say goodbye to selling into the wonderful U.S. economy.”

The BRICS countries—which began as Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa, but have since expanded to Egypt, Ethiopia, Iran, and the United Arab Emirates—have been banding together to form an economic counterweight to the United States and European Union. Around 40 countries attended the most recent BRICS summit, held in Kazan, Russia, in October.

After heading to a local restaurant and enjoying his meal, Hill stated that things took a turn for the worst when it was time for him to pay the bill.

New Global Currency to knock out the U.S. Dollar

New Global Currency Designed to Ditch US Dollar Coming From BRICS Nations: Report

A group of economically-aligned nations plan to create a new currency that could reduce the world’s dependence on the US dollar and the euro, according to a new report.

The group of emerging economies, known collectively as BRICS, are exploring how such a currency would be structured, reports the Russian state-owned news agency Sputnik.

The news comes days after China executed its first liquefied natural gas (LNG) trade using the yuan instead of the dollar, as reported by Reuters.

The acronym BRICS stands for the countries of Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa. A number of additional nations, including Saudi Arabia, Argentina, Iran, Indonesia, Turkey and Egypt, have reportedly expressed interest in joining the alliance.

Liberals continue to break laws and act stupid

Katie and I were out to lunch today. The above bill was given to her in change. On it is the Russian hammer and sickle symbol and the message to "Impeach Traitor Trump."

The red represents the Communist Party and its hammer and sickle symbolizes its leading role in socialist society to unify and enlighten the workers and peasants in the building of communism.

Don't Democrats know that Trump is a capitalist through and through and has put heavy sanctions on Russia? Read about the sanctions

It is the Democratic party that is turning to socialism and communism for answers and for leaders. It's really a shame that these deplorables are so clueless. President Trump has not committed any crimes but whoever defaced this currency did. Aside from just being a stupid wise guy, whoever did this is the real traitor.

 Defacement of Currency

Defacement of currency is a violation of Title 18, Section 333 of the United States Code. Under this provision, currency defacement is generally defined as follows: Whoever mutilates, cuts, disfigures, perforates, unites or cements together, or does any other thing to any bank bill, draft, note, or other evidence of debt issued by any national banking association, Federal Reserve Bank, or Federal Reserve System, with intent to render such item(s) unfit to be reissued, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than six months, or both.

Quote of the Day - Feds ordered to give back the gold, silver

"This is the United States government. It's got all the guns, all the surveillance, all the tanks, it has nuclear weapons, and it's worried about some ex-surfer guy making his own money? Give me a break!"

~ Bernard von NotHaus
Creator of Liberty Dollars

Read this incredible story... at WND--“It’s incredible how few people know the facts about the Federal Reserve. The organization chaired by Ben Bernanke [now Janet Yellen] is not ‘Federal’ – it is instead a cabal of private and international banks that does not answer to the United States government...For those who have made a serious inquiry, the Federal Reserve is shadowed in deceptive origins and fraudulent policies.”

Quote from the Past - Fredrich August von Hayek

Comment Up

"With the exception only of the period of the gold standard, practically all governments of history have used their exclusive power to issue money to defraud and plunder the people."

- Fredrich August von Hayek  1976, Nobel laureate economist

Friedrich Hayek wrote these words in a published address called Choice in Currency: A Way to Stop Inflation. In it, Hayek made the argument that the only true way to fight inflation was to keep government honest, and the only way to keep government honest was to take away government’s legal privilege to issue money exclusively.

American Tax Dollars - Monopoly Money

Back in 1894, the Democratic majorities in both the House and Senate started income tax. Today, instead of a 2% tax, the government raises so much money from the people to support every crazy thing imaginable as well as other nations all across the globe. It blames the one per-centers for not paying their fair share as the government  wants all of it. They are now going to lower the standard for social security---old retirees have to sacrifice too so that the government can have more money to waste. Our most important asset, our people, get neglected as we give aid all over the world to help bring up the standards in other countries. We still have tons of poverty here in the United States and we are attracting more with an immigration policy that may just pass. States can't control their spending either and some are near bankruptcy--several cities are already there.

We waste cash like it's monopoly money. According to the American Dream, we are paying researchers to play video games and others to study the effects of cocaine on Japanese quail. It has spent millions of dollars to train Chinese prostitutes to drink responsibly. We have a $17 trillion dollar debt and we still, in the greatest country on Earth,  have poor, the homeless and the downtrodden with high unemployment. Young college graduates can't find jobs while we allow corporations to offshore them thus helping other economies.

And that's not all-- We built a $34 million dollar building in Afghanistan that was built wrong (120 volt instead of 220) and now it can't be used and will be torn down. There is a building that was constructed to repair the military’s vehicles and other equipment that cost $45 million. And the State Department spent $80 million and signed a 10-year lease on a site for a consulate, according to a Washington Post report.

This taxation and borrowing snowball is now totally out of control.  Is the government just going to continue to borrow and tax and print money? Perhaps the Conservatives will be able to turn the tide and the concerned people of this great country will demand "no more monopoly money" and that our government get its house in order.

United States Currency and Donald Trump

Comment Up

It's Play Money.

At the end of September 2011, the Chinese owned $1148.3 billion dollars of U.S. treasury securities. They own the largest part of this country, more than any other country on the Globe. Click here for the Data blog.

“When you’re not rich, you have to go out and borrow money. We’re borrowing from the Chinese and others,” says Donald Trump.

“We are going up to $16 trillion [in debt] very soon, and it’s going to be a lot higher than that before Obama gets finished. When you have [debt] in the $21-$22 trillion [range], you are talking about a [credit] downgrade no matter how you cut it," he further stated.
