And finally, another pathology or another wound was revealed. The magistrate, Teresa Stokes, allowed him, with 14 felonies, up on another felony of misusing the 911 system.

That in itself may not have been an existential crime, but given his record of violence, why didn’t she keep him in jail? Why wasn’t there an indictment and a trial and conviction?"

In one widely shared cellphone video of the early Saturday morning beatdown, a man dressed in a white shirt and black pants is chased into the street and knocked down before multiple attackers repeatedly punch and kick and stomp him over the course of nearly a minute amid hooting and hollering.

Soon a woman in a blue dress is seen apparently trying to intervene on behalf of the beaten-up man, but she's punched in the back of her head by another female — and seconds later, a male punches her in the face, knocking her flat on her back on the street. A disturbing close-up of the woman's face shows her eyes wide open and body motionless before a few people try to help her up.

The attack, which occurred during the early hours of Saturday, July 27, was captured on video and shows a coordinated assault by a black mob.

Prosecutors allege that Merriweather and Matthews conspired in the ambush, with Merriweather whispering instructions before the attack. A Cincinnati police detective described the scene as a “set up,” stating, “Ultimately, we do have on video Mr. Merriweather walking up to co-defendant. He whispers something to him then walks back behind the victim.”

The victims were chased, knocked to the ground, and repeatedly punched and kicked. It looked as though they were trying to kill them.

While the facts of the case point to a racially motivated attack—with a white man and a Russian woman as victims—the liberal media has been reluctant to frame it as such.

DOJ Finally Steps In After Black Mob Beats Whites, Hate Crime

The vicious attack on a white man and woman by a Black mob in blue city Cincinnati has drawn national attention, yet the liberal media remains eerily silent.

Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Harmeet Dhillon announced the Department of Justice will monitor the local investigation, emphasizing that federal hate crime laws apply to all Americans. Dhillon responded to Senator Bernie Moreno (R-Ohio), who slammed Cincinnati’s Democrat Mayor Aftab Pureval for his failure to condemn the racially motivated violence.

“Our federal hate crimes laws apply to ALL Americans. We @CivilRights will monitor closely how local authorities handle this attack. Nobody in our great nation should be the victim of such a crime, and where race is a motivation, federal law may apply,” Dhillon stated.

Senator Moreno blasted Pureval’s inaction: “The Mayor of Cincinnati, @AftabPureval, who has an opinion on lots of irrelevant topics, has not issued a statement, let alone a condemnation, of this heinous attack. Instead of dreaming about higher office, which will never happen, he should be ensuring his residents are safe.”

The disturbing footage, shared by Cincinnati mayoral candidate Cory Bowman, shows a white man brutally beaten on the ground while an unconscious woman lies nearby, blood streaming from her mouth.

The words of Irami Osei-Frimpong, a teaching assistant at the University of Georgia (UGA), have caused alarm among both students and faculty. Osei-Frimpong has been vocal in his belief that racial inequality is at the core of discrepancies within minority communities. He has gone further to suggest that “some white people may have to die for black communities to be made whole in this struggle to advance to freedom” and compared southern whites to “autistic kids” and “sociopaths.”

This inflammatory rhetoric was deemed so extreme by Facebook that it banned him from its platform after his post demanding that “we have to dismantle the institutions that make crappy white people.”

Charles “Chip” Case, a 41-year-old retired Marine, was working as a code enforcement officer in Augusta, Georgia when he was shot and killed while on the job, according to authorities. Officer Case was sadly ambushed and gunned down after posting a “condemned” sign on a house, evidently angering Smitty Oliver Melton, the 65-year-old man who lived there, WFXG-TV reported.

Along with being condemned, Melton’s home was targeted for foreclosure by the Richmond County tax commissioner after not paying property taxes for several years. “In this case, it was just routine,” Sherman said. “If it seemed controversial or dangerous, they would call the sheriff’s office or the marshal’s office to go with them.”

Melton escaped and is on the run.

Donna Hansbrough previously worked at the Lowe's store in Rincon, Georgia. On June 25, the then-employee attempted to thwart a shoplifting attempt.

Three suspects reportedly loaded up a shopping cart with merchandise and exited the home improvement store with the stolen items worth $2,101.

Two Black teenage girls in New York City were arrested and charged with hate crimes

over the vicious attack of the only white woman on a bus in Queens earlier this month.

Apparently they hated White people and said so! As they passed by a cemetery while on the bus, one said that's where she was going to bury the White woman...they hated Whites.

The woman and victim, 57-year-old Jill LeCroix, said she has three bi-racial children and is a grandmother of five. They struck her in the head and she was taken to the hospital and required staples because of her injuries.
