Georgia's known voting software flaw still unfixed ahead of November midterms

A software flaw in Georgia's statewide voting equipment, first exposed in 2022, can allow voters to be matched to their ballots, and state officials have refused to apply the manufacturer's recommended fix before this fall's elections.

Security researchers at the University of Michigan and Princeton University are raising fresh alarms about the vulnerability in Georgia's Dominion Voting Systems equipment, now sold under the name Liberty Vote. The flaw allows electronic ballot records that are supposed to be randomized to be restored to their original casting order.

Combined with publicly available data, early voting lists, scanner audit logs, and precinct check-in records obtainable through open records requests, that sequence can be used to match individual voters to the ballots they cast. The Associated Press reported that the State Election Board rejected a proposed rule in August that would have required the secretary of state's office to apply the software update before November.

Georgia is the only state that uses the system statewide without the fix applied. And the state's constitution says elections "shall be by secret ballot." State law requires voting machines to "permit voting in absolute secrecy so that no person can see or know any other elector's votes." Revealing how someone voted is a felony.

Those protections are on paper. The software flaw means, in practice, they can be circumvented by anyone with a laptop, a few public records requests, and, thanks to recent advances, a free AI tool.

Vote by Mail

President Donald Trump signed an executive order on Tuesday regulating elections nationwide by establishing a list of voters eligible to vote by mail.

“The cheating on mail-in voting is legendary. It’s horrible what has been going on,” Trump said.

“If you don’t have honest voting, you can’t have, really, a nation.”

According to the order—which is expected to spark legal challenges—only American citizens are eligible to vote by mail, with lists verified by the Homeland Security Department, in coordination with the Social Security Administration.

The U.S. Postal Service is ordered to only send ballots to individuals included on the lists, with unique bar codes applied to each envelope—one per voter—to facilitate tracking and audits.

The Order

Gavin Newsom is objecting already. Well, of course he is, as in California law, every registered voter gets a ballot in the mail whether they requested one or not. Vote-by-mail ballot must be mailed or dropped off at a secure drop box, drop-off location, polling place, vote center, or county elections office by the close of polls at 8:00 p.m. on Election Day.

California ballots mailed through USPS must be postmarked by Election Day and received by your county elections official no later than 7 days after Election Day and California even pays for the postage.

Ballots need to be received on or before Election day...that needs to be codified to end the craziness in California.

Caught on Tape--Cash and Drug exchange for registering voters in California

In the most alarming development yet in O'Keefe Media Group's Cash for Ballots investigation, hidden-camera footage captures a violent attack on OMG journalists on Skid Row in Los Angeles.

Three individuals — the same illegal petition circulators previously documented exchanging cash and drugs for voter registrations, video below — ambushed the team after journalists returned to confront them on camera. Cameraman Mike was punched in the neck, a team member was pepper sprayed at close range, and James O'Keefe was briefly separated from his crew in the chaos.

When the team located a police officer at the scene and reported the assault — and the ongoing illegal petition fraud — his response was: "I ain't getting involved in that. No comment." He then acknowledged: "I saw one of your videos already." He was aware of the fraud. He chose not to act.

The DOJ has the tapes. The LA DA's Public Integrity Division is coordinating with OMG. Governor Newsom, the U.S. Attorney, the California Secretary of State, the White House, and President Trump have all responded to the investigation. Part III is in production.

Hundreds of Ballots Destroyed in Oregon and Washington Ballot Box Fires 🔥

Fires damage ballots in Portland and Vancouver as voters are urged to check ballot status; officials emphasize election security amid ongoing investigations.

Two fires at ballot drop boxes in Portland, Oregon, and Vancouver, Washington, led to police responses early on Oct. 28, with one fire resulting in the destruction of potentially hundreds of ballots. Officials said at a press conference that they believe the incidents are connected and that they have identified a suspect vehicle.

At about 3:30 a.m. in Portland, officers responded to reports of a fire at a ballot drop box outside the Multnomah County elections office.

Mike Brenner, public information officer for the Portland Police Bureau (PPB), stated: “By the time officers arrived, I can tell you that security personnel in the area had already extinguished the fire. Our officers quickly determined that there was an incendiary device that had been attached to the ballot box, and that is what ignited this fire.”

In Vancouver’s Clark County, another “incendiary device” was placed in a drop box a few hours later, burning “hundreds” of ballots, as shown in footage from local ABC outlet KATU. First responders were seen pulling still-burning ballots from the box, which continued smoldering despite pouring rain.

Federal Judge orders non-citizens back on voter rolls

Judge stuns state with order that 'noncitizens' be put BACK ON voter rolls

A federal judge has stunned officials in the state of Virginia with an order that they put a list of 1,600 people, removed from voter rolls under a state program that cracks down on election fraud, back on the voter rolls.

Republican Gov. Glenn Youngkin promised an immediate appeal of the scheme that could undermine election integrity.

It is WRIC that reported on the ruling from a Joe Biden-appointed judge, District Judge Patricia Tolliver Giles, who claimed that Virginia's state program to work on keeping its voter rolls clean was "systemic," not "individual."

This judge, and all like her, should be removed.

Republicans training sessions to monitor Elections in key states

Ballot Security Situation ‘Infinitely Better’ in PA than 2020, Top Attorney Says

The Republican National Lawyers Association (RNLA) is training thousands of volunteer attorneys to monitor the November election in key battleground states, with training sessions this month for Wisconsin, Texas, Arizona, Michigan, Georgia, Virginia, and Pennsylvania.

“We’re kind of like the National Guard that deploys the troops and somebody else commands them,” says RNLA President Michael Thielen.

The Trump campaign, he says, is in charge of the lawyers who will be on the ground in Pennsylvania and the other battlegrounds.

Their job won’t be easy.

“Sometimes it’s hard to see where the incompetence ends and the fraud begins,” says Thielen, pointing to cases from the 2020 election where masks were not required to vote but some election officials refused to admit people to vote if they weren’t wearing a mask in school buildings, for instance.

In April, the Trump campaign and the Republican National Committee announced they would have 100,000 election monitors on the ground in key states during the 2024 election, including thousands of lawyers ready to respond quickly to irregularities and violations of state election laws.

Judge overturns results of Democrat primary in Connecticut mayoral race after allegations of voter fraud

judge has overturned the results of the Democrat primary for the mayoral race in Bridgeport, Connecticut, after viewing compelling evidence of voter fraud. His ruling creates chaos for the general election that is scheduled to take place in just a few days.

On September 12, incumbent Bridgeport Mayor Joe Ganim narrowly edged out challenger John Gomes by a mere 251-vote margin in the Democrat primary. Primary election day ballots favored Gomes, but after absentee ballots were tallied later that evening, Ganim prevailed over Gomes, 4,212 to 3,961.

Within days, the Gomes camp cried foul, posting a video to Facebook that appeared to show Wanda Geter-Pataky, a city employee and a long-standing supporter of Mayor Ganim, stuffing a ballot box outside City Hall with absentee ballots. The Gomes campaign later issued similar allegations against Eneida Martinez, a former city council member who also supports Ganim.

Police Report Shows Evidence of Massive Voter Fraud During 2020 Election

A huge report has come out from The Gateway Pundit.

Michigan State Police investigated voter fraud a month before the 2020 election. This comes from a state that is considered a swing state. A state that President Trump won in 2016.

Somehow, Biden won the state by 150,000 votes while rarely leaving his home to campaign.

There were already reasons to question the election in Michigan. The report also states that City Clerk Ann Meisch was suspicious of the ballots because many of them were filled out with the same handwriting.

It wasn’t just the quantity of registrations. There was clearly more to this. When the police inspected the GBI Strategies office near Muskegon they found semiautomatic guns, silencers/suppressors, burner phones, a bag of pre-paid cash cards, and incomplete registrations, in an office space that was styled as an eyeglasses store that had gone defunct.

With all of this evidence gathered by Michigan State Police, they felt the need to send the case to the FBI.

Once sent to the FBI, that is where the investigation ended.

The County Supervisors in Shasta County, California, voted on March 28 to go with paper ballots in elections going forward. The vote was 3-2.

In January, the County Supervisors in Shasta (a red) County voted to get rid of Dominion voting systems in their elections. This vote sent shockwaves through the state.

The Shasta County Board of Supervisors following hours of debate passed by a 3-2 vote to go with hand counted paper ballots. The vote came after numerous presenters came forward to discuss the merits of manual counting and electronic systems. Clint Curtis who was the computer programmer who created the algorithm designed to modify election results flew from Florida just to talk to the board.

Shasta County is the first to drop the use of electronic voting systems in California. There are several additional counties in California who are considering disuse of the Dominion and other electronic voting systems.
