Third-Country Deportations will continue

Supreme Court Allows Trump to Resume Third-Country Deportations

The Supreme Court on Tuesday ruled that the administration’s policy can stay in effect. Three justices dissented.

The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday allowed the Trump administration to resume deporting illegal immigrants to countries to which they have no connection, granting a request to put on hold a lower court order.

The high court, while issuing the pause, said that it will hear arguments on the case in December to come to a final conclusion next year.

Justices Elena Kagan, Sonia Sotomayor, and Ketanji Brown Jackson said they would have denied the Trump administration’s application to stay the lower court order, issued by a judge on the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts in February. [The EpochTimes]

Third-Country Deportation Policy struck down by Appeals Court

First Circuit strikes down DHS third-country deportation policy, demands notice for immigrants

Immigrants, a.k.a. Illegals, have rights?

A unanimous federal appeals panel ruled Friday that the Department of Homeland Security cannot deport immigrants to countries where they have no ties without first giving them notice and a real chance to object, a decision that hands open-borders advocates a procedural win while leaving the underlying enforcement authority intact.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit struck down a DHS policy that allowed the government to move quickly when sending immigrants to nations other than their home countries.

The three-judge panel, in an opinion written by Circuit Judge Seth Robert Aframe, (appointed by Joe Biden) held that deportees must know where they are being sent before the plane takes off, and must have a meaningful opportunity to argue against that destination.

The ruling lands squarely on the administration's expanding use of third-country deportation deals, which now number 35 nations, including the Central African Republic, Liberia, Ghana, and Sierra Leone.

DHS had relied on what it called "diplomatic assurances" from receiving governments that deportees would not be mistreated. The court found that those assurances, standing alone, did not satisfy the requirement that individuals be able to challenge a removal destination based on fear of persecution.

Florida Deportation Orders

Florida's deportation orders surge in June, following a national trend

Since March, deportations ordered by immigration judges in Florida have increased 18 percent, according to recently released data.

In June, judges issued 5,415 removal orders, a 17.6 percent increase compared to March’s 4,605 removal orders, according to the Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse (TRAC), a nonprofit that tracks immigration data.

Florida follows a national trend of an increase in deportation orders, which hit an all-time high of 79,000 in June, the most orders issued in a month so far in President Donald Trump’s second term.

Even though Florida remains one of the top states for overall deportations, it lagged behind an average national surge of 30 percent, as other states saw steeper climbs in the number of people ordered to be deported to their country of origin between the months of March to June.

And while Mexico is the destination country for the largest share of removal orders in the U.S., with 121,001 since last October (the beginning of the federal fiscal year), in Florida the most removal orders were issued to those originally from Guatemala.

With 3,934 detainees, Florida ranks fifth among states. About a quarter of immigrants detained in Florida are housed in a state-run immigration detention facility in Baker County dubbed Deportation Depot. Alligator Alcatraz, a billion-dollar tent facility located in the Everglades that was in operation for nearly a year, closed earlier this month.

Appeals Court Sides with Trump

Trump Administration Wins Appeal to Shut Down Judge Boasberg’s Contempt Probe

A federal appeals court shut down Judge James Boasberg’s contempt probe into Trump administration officials, handing President Trump a major legal victory in the fight over migrant deportation flights.

The case centered on deportation flights that sent hundreds of Venezuelan migrants to El Salvador last March.

The 2-1 ruling found that Boasberg abused his discretion by trying to pursue possible criminal contempt charges against top officials involved in deporting Venezuelan migrants to El Salvador.

The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Tuesday that Boasberg must end the contempt investigation. The panel found that the Obama-appointed judge had overstepped his authority.

Trump locked three murderers and a child predator inside Angola Prison

An Obama judge ordered all four released back into American communities.

DHS warned the consequences will be "the continued rape, murder, assault, and robbery of more American victims."
Trump Designated Louisiana Lockup For Worst Criminal Illegals. Angola Prison is Louisiana's only maximum-security facility. Trump partnered with Governor Jeff Landry in September 2025 to turn part of Angola into the Louisiana Lockup.

The facility was designed specifically to house the most dangerous criminal illegals arrested by ICE.

All four had final removal orders.

All four served their criminal sentences.

All four were supposed to be deported.

Instead, Judge deGravelles sent them back onto the streets.

Illegals Deported to CECOT

'Body slammed': El Salvador president gives fantastic response to Hillary Clinton complaining of his prison conditions

'Great reply! But careful Nayib, have you heard what Hillary is capable of?'

Nayib Bukele, the president of El Salvador, is responding sarcastically to Hillary Clinton's allegations about his notorious Terrorism Confinement Center known as CECOT, which houses many migrants and gang members deported by President Donald Trump.

The former U.S. secretary of state posted on X an 11-minute video of the PBS Frontline documentary titled: "Surviving CECOT."

"Curious to learn more about CECOT?" Clinton wrote. "Hear Juan, Andry, and Wilmer share firsthand how the Trump administration branded them as gang members without evidence and deported them to the brutal El Salvadoran prison."

Bukele responded in biting fashion, saying: "Madam Secretary Hillary Clinton, If you are convinced that torture is taking place at CECOT, El Salvador is ready to cooperate fully.

"We are willing to release our entire prison population (including all gang leaders and all those described as 'political prisoners') to any country willing to receive them. The only condition is straightforward: it must be everyone.

In the meantime, watch Hillary's video--

With a capacity for 40,000 inmates, CECOT is the largest prison in Latin America and one of the largest in the world by prisoner capacity. Most of those being housed there will eventually be deported to their own countries.

Government buys Six Boeings for Illegals' Deportations

Federal Government Buys Fleet of Planes for Deportation

The six Boeing 737 commercial passenger aircraft will be used to remove foreign deportees from the country. ICE currently uses charter aircraft.

The United States has agreed to purchase a fleet of Boeing 737 commercial passenger aircraft to conduct removal operations of illegal immigrants, the Department of Homeland Security confirmed on Dec. 10.

DHS will buy six such aircraft from Daedalus Aviation Corporation, a third-party vendor, for about $140 million. DHS said it will cost less to purchase and use these aircraft for removal operations than to continue using charter aircraft as it does at present.

“[T]his new initiative will save the US taxpayer $279 MILLION ... These planes will allow [the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement] to operate more effectively, including by using more efficient flight patterns,” Tricia McLaughlin, DHS assistant secretary for public affairs, wrote on social media.

“President [Donald] Trump and [Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem] are committed to quickly and efficiently getting criminal illegal aliens OUT of our country.”

A Vigil at Guatemalan Center today supporting illegals

ICE raids in Lake Worth Beach

A vigil will take place today at the Guatemalan-Maya Center in honor of an unaccounted number of people detained this week during immigration-enforcement operations in central Palm Beach County

The Dec. 8 immigration raid at the construction site of Lake Worth Station, an apartment complex that will feature workforce housing units at 906 G St., off 10th Ave North.

Lake Worth Beach City Commissioner Christopher McVoy said the raid is an example of how immigration enforcement operations aren't going after "the worst of the worst" but instead after vulnerable immigrants who are the workers and neighbors in their communities.

"Here we have a large site that some of it is workforce housing, and FHP is interfering with that construction process by conducting raids on a construction site," McVoy said. "It makes no sense."

Palm Beach Post

I think it makes all the sense in the world. Illegals are at construction sites. And Commissioner, they broke the law by entering our counry illegally. Democrats don't want to acknowledge that simple truth.

And P.S....and Miami voters, don't ever vote for U.S. Rep. Maria Elvira Salazar, a Miami Republican, again. She was a big part of the problem that Miami elected a Democrat mayor after 30 years.

Deportations to Nicaragua

Record number of Nicaraguans deported

The administration of President Donald Trump deported more Nicaraguan migrants during the first nine months of 2025 than all of 2024 and 2023 combined, the newspaper Confidencial reported on Sunday.

Confidencial, citing data shared by an unnamed U.S. State Department spokesperson, said the United States deported 6,095 Nicaraguans between January and September.

The outlet, also citing statistics from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE), detailed Nicaragua has already received 52 percent more deportees this year than the 3,996 deported during 2024 and three times more than the 2,020 deported during 2023.

Ortega has only publicly referred to the deportation of Nicaraguans under President Trump’s second term on four occasions, the first of which took place on late April, when the communist dictator used a regime event commemorating the death of Sandinista commander Tomás Borge to lash out at Trump, accusing him of committing “crimes against humanity” by deporting illegal migrants.

Iranians being deported

Hundreds More Iranians Planned For Deportation Under New Policy

A second flight carrying Iranians deported from the United States has left the country, signaling a decisive shift in immigration enforcement policy under the current administration. Washington is reportedly preparing to send hundreds more illegal immigrants and criminal violators back to the Islamic Republic.

The deportations mark a sharp change from previous lax U.S. approaches toward Iranian exiles and those who violated immigration rules. Iranian officials previously claimed that up to 400 Iranians could be returned under the new enforcement policies.

Iranian Foreign Ministry official Mojtaba Shasti Karimi tried to spin the move as a consequence of U.S. "discriminative policy." Karimi said the deportees “announced their willingness for return following continuation of anti-immigration and discriminative policy against foreign nationals particularly Iranians by the United States.”

However, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmail Baghaei countered this deflection. He said the Iranians were repatriated due to "legal reasons and breach of immigration regulations." This confirms the U.S. is prioritizing law enforcement over political concerns.

Military lawyers to be assigned to the DOJ

Pete Hegseth Issues New Directive to Send Military Lawyers to DOJ

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has ordered the military to assign dozens of attorneys to the Department of Justice (DOJ) for temporary duty in Memphis and along the U.S.-Mexico border, according to a memo obtained by the Associated Press (AP).

A Defense Department official told Newsweek: "At the request of the U.S. Attorney's Office, the Department of Defense is detailing attorneys from the Judge Advocate General's Corps to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia."

"Filling critical vacancies, these attorneys will represent the United States in its D.C. Superior Court as Special Assistant United States Attorneys," the official said. "The Department is proud to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with our law enforcement partners, bringing the skill and dedication of America's service members to deliver justice, restore order, and protect the American people."

The Trump administration is carrying out the largest deportation of illegal immigrants in U.S. history, and immigrants with both illegal and legal residency have been detained.

Immigration advocacy and human rights groups have launched legal challenges against elements of the administration's policies, including deportations to third countries and the cancellation of some immigrants' legal status.

AI: A weapon in the arsenal of enforcement

Trump's border enforcement unleashes new weapon against illegal immigration

Artificial intelligence isn't just a buzzword, it's the key to executing interior enforcement at scale

President Donald Trump was elected on a promise to secure the border and deport illegal aliens. On day one, he declared a national emergency, rescinded Biden-era catch-and-release policies, and restored a clear legal standard of entry.

The result? In June, illegal crossings hit a record low for the second consecutive month. And once again, not a single illegal border crosser was released into the interior. This is more than a return to normality; it is the most secure border in American history.

But restoring the rule of law does not stop at the border. Interior enforcement pertains to the entire immigration lifecycle—from arrest to detention to removal. To execute mass deportation, everything at President Trump’s disposal must be fully activated, properly executed, and statutorily entrenched.

Now, with the One Big Beautiful Bill finally signed into law, the Trump administration has no excuse not to deliver across the board on immigration enforcement. The tools exist, and artificial intelligence (AI) is one of the most important among them.

AI is no longer a pilot project or futuristic experiment. If expanded, AI will give immigration enforcement muscle—not by "humanizing" a lawful system, but by accelerating it, cutting bureaucratic bloat, and clearing the path for both mass deportation and faster processing for those doing things the right way.

Biden administration’s border catastrophe

Democrats created this mess, now Trump has to clean it up

Tom Homan has been making Democrats sweat since Donald Trump put him in charge of the border.

The former ICE director doesn’t mince words when it comes to illegal immigration.

And Tom Homan utterly destroyed Biden’s border legacy with one jaw-dropping admission that will have every American furious.

Border Czar Tom Homan stood on the White House lawn and delivered a truth bomb that should make every American’s blood boil, except perhaps a Democrat, of course.

The Biden administration’s reckless open border policies created such a massive disaster that it would take arresting and deporting 7,000 people every single day for the next four years just to catch up with the damage they caused.

Think about that--7,000 illegals a day would have to be deported!

Alligator Alcatraz the one-stop shop for Deporating Illegals

The bigger picture Democrats are desperately trying to hide

"Since Trump re-entered office, ICE officials have made over 20,000 arrests so far in the 2025 fiscal year.

The "Alligator Alcatraz" facility represents a complete reversal from Biden’s catch-and-release policies that turned America into a free-for-all for illegal aliens.

Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier described the facility as "the one-stop shop to carry out President Trump’s mass deportation agenda."

The facility’s remote location in the Everglades provides natural security advantages that reduce perimeter costs. As Uthmeier explained, "You don’t need to invest that much in the perimeter. If people get out, there’s not much waiting for them other than alligators and pythons."

Democrats are furious because Trump has proven once again that government can be efficient, cost-effective, and actually serve the American people’s interests.

While Biden was writing blank checks to hotel chains and nonprofit organizations with zero accountability, Trump’s team designed a comprehensive solution that prioritizes results over political correctness."

District and Federal Judges still defying U.S. Supreme Court

Judge Blocks South Sudan Deportations Despite SCOTUS Ruling

A federal judge in Washington, D.C., temporarily blocked the Trump administration on Friday from deporting eight foreign nationals to South Sudan, just days after the Supreme Court sided with the administration in a related deportation case.

U.S. District Judge Randolph Moss issued an administrative stay on the morning of July 4, barring the Department of Homeland Security from “moving, transferring, or removing” the eight men while the court considers a new constitutional challenge to their removal.

This marks the third time the removal efforts have been delayed by lower court intervention after the Supreme Court has twice said the removals can take place.

The case comes just over a week after the Supreme Court lifted an injunction issued by Massachusetts-based U.S. District Judge Brian Murphy, an appointee of former President Joe Biden who previously blocked the administration from conducting swift deportations to South Sudan.

Murphy subsequently issued an order saying his halt on deportations for the eight migrants still stands even after the high court lifted his broader decision.

Then, on Thursday, the Supreme Court issued a clarifying order that once again told Murphy that the administration could begin its plans to send the criminal migrants to South Sudan.

Tom Homan getting Death Threats

Border Czar Homan: Death Threats Force Me, Wife to Live Apart

President Donald Trump's border czar said death threats have forced him to live separately from his wife.

Tom Homan, who was put in charge of Trump's mass deportations of illegal migrants, explained a serious effect of his job to the New York Post's Miranda Devine.

"I spent a lot of time with my boys growing up, but as I got more and more — climbed the ladder of what I've done with ICE director and now back — I don't see my family very much," Homan said on Devine's "Pod Force One" podcast on Wednesday.

"My wife's living separately from me right now, mainly because I work for many hours but mostly because of the death threats against me. She's someplace else. I see her as much as I can, but the death threats against me and my family are outrageous."

"It's just ridiculous we're at the point in this country where those who enforce the laws are the bad guys, those who broke the law are the victims," Homan told "Greg Kelly Reports." "But you're right, assaults against ICE officers is up over 400%. Agents are being doxed. Their home addresses, other pictures are being posted."

Criminal Illegals can be deported to third-party countries

Supreme Court Backs Trump Administration on Deportation of Violent Foreign Criminals

Americans know that keeping our neighborhoods safe should be simple. When dangerous criminals come here illegally, they should go back where they came from. Yet for years, liberals have created a maze of rules and roadblocks that keep even the worst offenders on our streets.

The fight to protect our communities has been frustrating. Special interest groups file lawsuit after lawsuit. Activist judges block common-sense policies. And American families pay the price while lawyers argue about the “rights” of people who shouldn’t be here in the first place.

But everything just changed. The Supreme Court has handed President Trump a massive victory that will help protect American families from violent criminal aliens.

On Monday, the Supreme Court ruled that the Trump administration can deport violent criminal aliens to third-party countries without extra procedures that had been required by a lower court judge.

This ruling overturns limits put in place by Boston-based U.S. District Judge Brian Murphy, appointed by President Joe Biden in 2024, who now says he will ignore the Supreme Court ruling.

J.D. Vance calls out Chief Justice John Roberts for letting District Court judges run wild

J.D. Vance publicly rebuked Chief Justice John Roberts

Vice President J.D. Vance has called out Chief Justice John Roberts over federal court decisions halting key Trump administration policies.

Vance argued that Roberts should also rein in “rogue” District Court judges who he says are usurping presidential powers under Article II.

Vance slammed lower courts for repeatedly blocking Trump administration immigration enforcement measures, claiming unelected judges are thwarting the will of voters who support tougher deportation policies.

He pledged to keep refining the administration’s immigration rules “until the courts are comfortable,” framing success as establishing a legal framework and infrastructure that allows for large-scale deportations consistent with voter mandates.

The dispute centers on whether lower court judges have overstepped their Constitutional authority in immigration enforcement cases.
