The Funding the Biden White House Pretended Not to See

MIT Took 368 Million Dollars From China and Now Congress Wants Answers

The Chinese Communist Party spent years funneling hundreds of millions of dollars into American universities to steal military research.

Republicans warned this was happening – and the Biden administration shut down every investigation they had running.

Now Congress is back, and nine universities just got letters they cannot ignore. Senate HELP Committee sent letters Thursday to Bryant University, University of Texas at Arlington, University of Arizona, Georgia Institute of Technology, UC Berkeley, MIT, Portland State University, University of Minnesota Twin Cities, and UC Irvine – demanding they explain their financial relationships with CCP-tied entities.

MIT alone has received $368.6 million from China, according to the Department of Education's foreign funding portal.

DHS Confirms Rearrest And Deportation Plan for Mahmoud Khalil

Khalil To Be Deported After Court Loss

Court Reverses Release

A federal appeals court last week overturned a lower court order that had secured Mahmoud Khalil’s release from immigration custody.

The 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled 2 to 1 to send the case back the other way. That means Khalil, who has been fighting deportation for months, is likely to be taken back into custody while the government moves forward with removal proceedings.

Tricia McLaughlin, the Department of Homeland Security assistant secretary for public affairs, told NewsNation the expectation is that Khalil will be re-detained and deported to Algeria.

DHS framed the decision as a reminder for green card holders and visa holders that residency is a privilege and that breaking the law or supporting violent groups can cost you your place in this country.

That is a straightforward message from a government focused on restoring order around campus protests and foreign influence.

The administration says Khalil helped organize pro-Palestinian riots at Columbia University, provided false information on his permanent residency application, and has ties to groups the U.S. designates as terrorist organizations. He has also sued the government for $20million for false imprisonment and malicious prosecution.

Desantis implements America First - H-1B Visas University hires

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis halts H-1B visa use at state universities

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis just dropped a bombshell that has the academic world buzzing. On Wednesday, he declared a full stop to the H-1B visa program at the state’s public universities, arguing it’s time to put Floridians first, as Breitbart reports.

This move is a bold jab at a system many conservatives see as prioritizing foreign workers over homegrown talent.

At its core, DeSantis’s directive to the Florida Board of Governors is a push to end the practice of hiring foreign nationals through H-1B visas for roles at public universities, claiming it sidelines local and American workers.

Standing at the University of Florida -- where over 150 staff members currently hold H-1B visas, more than any other state institution -- DeSantis made his case loud and clear. He’s not just suggesting a tweak; he’s demanding a complete overhaul of hiring practices.

Recent audits brought some of these hires into sharp focus, particularly the involvement of Chinese nationals in public policy discussions at Florida universities. It’s not hard to see why this might raise a few red flags for those worried about national interests and classroom influence. DeSantis seems to think it’s a risk not worth taking.

The governor’s stance is clear: H-1B visas shouldn’t be a default for filling university positions when Floridians are ready and willing to work. It’s a call to action for administrators to prioritize local talent over international hires.

Free Speech not prevalent in Colleges and Universities

Report: Florida State, South Florida lead six in top 100

Florida State and the South Florida led six institutions in the top 100 of the 257 schools analyzed in the largest annual review of free speech for colleges and universities.

Both schools earned a C-minus letter grade, with Florida State scoring a 71 and the University of South Florida a 70. Also scoring in the top third of the nationwide rankings were Florida (45th, 64, D), Florida International (53rd, 63, D), Florida Atlantic (68th, 61, D-minus), and Central Florida (80th, 60, D-minus).

FIRE, the acronym for Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression, based the rankings on 68,000 students at 253 colleges and universities.

Claremont McKenna College, in Claremont, Calif., scored an 80 for a B-minus to lead the rankings. Purdue (76, C) and the University of Chicago (76, C) were next. On the other end, Northeastern (47, F), the University of Washington (44, F) and Indiana (44, F) were the bottom three.

Florida State fell 17 spots from the previous year. The report says students attempted to disinvite Charlie Kirk, a national leader in debate killed on Wednesday in Utah. Kirk was in Tallahassee on Feb. 28.

The report says Florida State is bottom 25 for openness, and it “could strengthen its speech culture by adopting an official commitment to institutional neutrality.”

University of Florida rates among top 5 best public universities

Forbes Names UF Top Florida School, Fifth Among Publics Nationwide

The University of Florida (UF) has been ranked the fifth-best public university in the country by Forbes in its 2026 list released Tuesday, placing highest among Florida institutions and 30th overall nationwide.

The rankings are based on a formula that weighs factors such as alumni earnings, graduation rates, student debt levels, and outcomes for low-income students. Forbes described the methodology as prioritizing return on investment and long-term value for graduates.

The top four public institutions are the University of California-Berkeley, UCLA, UC San Diego, and the University of Michigan.

UF reported a record $1.33 billion in research funding over the past fiscal year, along with more than $560 million in new gifts and commitments. The school also received 91,884 applications for approximately 7,500 freshman spots for the Class of 2029, a 23 percent increase from the previous year.

American Universities Compromising America

Ted Cruz exposed China’s master plan for controlling America that no one saw coming

Why did he expose it? His name was on the list as he is a Harvard graduate

China has been playing a long game to infiltrate American institutions

Most people had no idea how deep their strategy actually runs.

What makes this situation even more outrageous is how willing American universities have been to participate. They’re literally participating in their own country’s compromise.

Despite repeated warnings from intelligence agencies about Chinese influence operations, prestigious institutions continue accepting massive donations from entities connected to the Chinese Communist Party.

These universities know exactly what they’re doing. Universities are selling out America for Chinese cash and shiny new buildings.

The result? A whole generation of future government officials got their education at institutions taking money from Beijing. Now those same people are making policy decisions about China.

You can guess how that’s working out for America.

DC Shooter educated at Left-Wing University

He yelled "Death to America" before he murdered two innocent souls

And accused DC shooter's father attended Trump address as guest of Democrat lawmaker

A recent tragic incident has drawn national attention as the son of a well-known activist was charged with the murder of two Israeli staff members in Washington, D.C.

The case has sparked widespread condemnation and concern over the motives tied to antisemitism, as the Daily Mail reports, amid news that the shooter's father recently attended President Donald Trump's address to Congress as the guest of a liberal lawmaker, Rep. Jesús 'Chuy' García .

Elias Rodriguez, the son of Eric Rodriguez an Iraqui war veteran, faces charges for the deaths of Yaron Lischinsky, 28, and Sarah Milgrim, 26, near the Capital Jewish Museum. Law enforcement documents indicate that Elias was motivated by sentiments related to the ongoing conflict between Israel and Palestine. He reportedly made statements about acting "for Palestine" and "for Gaza."

Elias Rodriguez had an academic background at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Chicago-area universities were home to two of the most notorious sixties-era radicals, husband and wife Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn.

As Ayers freely admits in his autobiography, Fugitive Days: A Memoir, Ayers participated in several bombings, including attempts at the U.S. Capital, the Pentagon, and the New York Police Department.

Later he earned a doctorate from Columbia University and became a respected academic, a professor of Education at the University of Illinois-Chicago where Elias Rodriguez attended.

Wouldn't you think that his parents would have known he was dangerously radicalized?

Fighting leftist bias at America’s top schools

Trump’s civil rights attorney just dropped a bombshell that has Ivy Leagues trembling

Harmeet Dhillon, the fierce constitutional lawyer chosen by President Donald Trump to lead the Department of Justice’s civil rights division, isn’t wasting any time taking the fight directly to America’s most prestigious universities.

In a significant development for higher education, Dhillon announced her office has sent demand letters to the top 50 higher education institutions in America. “We’re demanding data from them,” Dhillon stated.

The Trump appointee made clear what she’s found – elite universities still employing discriminatory practices despite Supreme Court rulings against them.

“Whenever an institution, any institution, takes a grant from the federal government, they pledge to follow the law,” Dhillon explained.

She then made her position clear: “Ultimately following the law is a requirement of getting federal funding, and they’re simply not following the law.”

Foreign influence infiltrating our colleges and universities

Education Department Probes Berkeley Over Alleged Failure to Report Chinese Donations

Federal law requires schools to disclose substantial foreign gifts and contracts to the Department of Education twice a year.

A senior official said these reporting regulations, which require universities to report any donations of $250,000 or more twice a year, predate the Trump administration and were lax under former President Joe Biden.

Sneaky Biden, who had no love for America, moved enforcement of these requirements from the Department of Education’s Office of General Counsel to its Office of Federal Student Aid (to circumvent the reporting).

In the news release, Education Secretary Linda McMahon said, “The Biden-Harris administration turned a blind eye to colleges and universities’ legal obligations by deprioritizing oversight and allowing foreign gifts to pour onto American campuses.”

DOGE-ING of Florida's University System

The movement to cut government waste is gaining traction

Higher education is in its crosshairs.

And woke Florida colleges are scared as hell after one major fight with DOGE.

SpaceX CEO Elon Musk and his work with the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) has inspired a movement.

All over the country, state-level DOGE efforts are starting to follow his lead on tackling waste, fraud, and abuse in government.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis announced the creation of a DOGE task force to cut spending and eliminate unnecessary bureaucracy.

The state’s colleges and universities are at the top of the list for DeSantis.

Speech and assembly rights are not a hall pass to disturb the public

DeSantis Sends Florida Troopers to Palestinian Protests

Florida responds to wake of college protests

Governor Ron DeSantis (R-FL) has sent Florida state troopers to control pro-Palestinian protestors.

Top officials have confirmed that the Florida governor has directed the Florida Highway Patrol to respond to these protests. "On countless occasions, campus and local law enforcement has requested the assistance of Florida Highway Patrol. And on countless other occasions, we have proactively assisted campus and local law enforcement," said Dave Kerner, executive director of the Florida Department of Safety and Motor Vehicles, which oversees the highway patrol.

Last week a total of 37 protestors were arrested across the campuses of UF, FSU, USF and UNF. Florida first responders even deployed the use of tear gas to quell protestors.

For DeSantis, this is a battle against antisemitism and is proud of the job Florida has done in combatting these demonstrations in comparison to "elite" colleges like USC in California. The governor stated last week, "elite colleges and universities that have allowed themselves to be overrun with encampments, graffiti as well as a lot of really nasty antisemitism."

Democrats want to maintain the "moral highground" 🤣

Sharpton Admits: Campus Chaos “Loses the Moral High Ground” Spells The END For Biden

‘Reverend’ Al Sharpton, host of MSNBC, acknowledged on Thursday that the violent and chaotic protests seen on college campuses are damaging to the Democratic party.

He pointed out the hypocrisy of condemning the events of the January 6th Capitol riot, while ignoring similar scenes on university grounds.

Sharpton made his remarks on “Morning Joe” while watching footage of clashes between pro-Palestinian protesters and police at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Co-hosts Mika Brzezinski and Joe Scarborough were taken aback by the comparison to the Capitol riot, but Sharpton stood by his statement, saying it’s important for Democrats to maintain the moral high ground.

Sharpton, along with the co-hosts of “Morning Joe” and even Biden, have finally acknowledged the damage these chaotic protests are causing. They have recognized the impact on the Democratic party and the need to maintain the moral high ground.

"Moral highground" is one big joke coming from the mouth of a Democrat.

China has infiltrated our Colleges

TRUTH: Colleges Funded by Commies

American universities have been engaging in financial agreements with Communist China that exceed $2.3 billion over the last ten years, raising alarm about Beijing’s influence in US higher education, according to a report.

This comes amidst ongoing apprehensions regarding the influence of China’s communist regime on the educational landscape in the United States.

This finding was revealed through an investigative effort by The Wall Street Journal, cited by The College Fix.

The investigation disclosed the existence of roughly 2,900 agreements from 2012 to 2024, linking Chinese companies with approximately 200 public colleges and universities across the United States, covering all fifty states.

Harvard, that has a lot of lefties/commies being "educated" there, has the largest endowment among National Universities with $51 billion at the end of 2023. More than 80% of their faculty is identified as "liberal."

Bill Maher--When does Free Speech cross the line?

Bill Maher Destroys Harvard, UPenn, and Students Who Attack Israel

In a recent episode of “Real Time,” host Bill Maher engaged in a spirited discussion about the state of free speech in American universities, particularly focusing on institutions like Harvard and the University of Pennsylvania. Maher’s comments came amidst a broader conversation with Greg Lukianoff, CEO of the pro-free speech organization FIRE.

Maher initiated the dialogue by referencing FIRE’s free speech rankings, where Harvard and UPenn were positioned at the lower end among nearly 250 universities. He provocatively labeled these institutions as “Team Hamas,” questioning whether their low rankings in free speech and their stance on certain issues were coincidental or related.

Furthering the discussion on free speech, Maher expressed frustration over what he perceives as a double standard. He highlighted instances of anti-Semitic chants on campuses and questioned why such expressions are seemingly tolerated against Jews when they would be deemed unacceptable against other groups.

Vile comments made by University Presidents

The presidents of @Harvard , @MIT and @Penn

Bill Ackman: "were all asked the following question under oath at the congressional hearing on antisemitism:

Does calling for the genocide of Jews violate [your university’s] code of conduct or rules regarding bullying or harassment?

The answers they gave reflect the profound moral bankruptcy of Presidents Gay, Magill and Kornbluth.

Representative @EliseStefanik was so shocked with the answers that she asked each of them the same question over and over again, and they gave the same answers over and over again.
> In short, they said:
It ‘depends on the context’ and ‘whether the speech turns into conduct,’ that is, actually killing Jews.

This could be the most extraordinary testimony ever elicited in the Congress, certainly on the topic of genocide, which to remind us all is:

'the deliberate killing of a large number of people from a particular nation or ethnic group with the aim of destroying that nation or group.'

The presidents’ answers reflect the profound educational, moral and ethical failures that pervade in certain of our elite educational institutions due in large part to their failed leadership."

If Elected, Trump Announces He Will Seize Endowments From ‘Marxist Maniac’ Universities Who Discriminate ‘Under the Guise of Equity’

Trump’s latest effort to reform education in America comes via a campaign video.

“For many years, tuition costs at colleges and universities have been exploding, and I mean absolutely exploding while academics have been obsessed with indoctrinating America’s youth,” he stated.

“The time has come to reclaim our once great educational institutions from the radical Left, and we will do that.”

Anti-Chinese Communist party protesters file suit

Anti-CCP Protesters File $10 Million Lawsuit Against University of Maryland Over Drone Harassment

It continues to get worse with outfits affiliated with the Chinese Communist Party.

Why we must support the Chinese Whistleblowers

A group of New Federal State of China (NFSC) dissidents reported being harassed by a “mysterious drone” at a lawful protest at the University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMBC) during a series of events last December that protesters say interfered with the exercise of their constitutionally protected rights on public property, enacted by university officials in a “symbiotic relationship” with the CCP.

The University took a huge donation according to a source. The source has provided that the CCP-linked billionaire Shan Weijian, whose daughter attends UMBC, has allegedly donated tens of millions of dollars to UMBC for the school’s effort to remove NFSC protesters. It will be interesting to see if this alleged secret donation took place as we follow through the course of this new legal action by NFSC protesters.

Obviously, the university was influenced by all that money. Protesters were told to discontinue holding signs, handing out flyers, and running livestreams, and to move to a less visible area, on threat of forced removal.

Left-wing activism instead of the actual study of black history

"Not in Florida," says Governor DeSantis

Ron DeSantis Finds Surprise Ally In Black Florida Democrat Over Recent AP African American Studies Course Fiasco

Bill Proctor, an African American Democrat who holds the position of Leon County Commissioner, has chosen to stand alongside Florida Governor Ron DeSantis in the ongoing debate about the governor’s choice to put the kibosh on an extremely woke AP African American Studies course which was slated to be taught in the state schools after its development by College Board was finished.

“I think it’s trash,” exclaimed Proctor when speaking about the course. “There is grave concern about the tone and the tenor of leadership’s voice from the highest spaces in our state being hostile to teaching of African American history.”

“Well frankly I’m against the College Board’s curriculum. I think it’s trash. It’s not African American history. It is ideology,” Proctor went on. “I’ve taught African American history, I’ve structured syllabuses for African American history. I am African American history. And talking about ‘queer’ and ‘feminism’ and all of that for the struggle for freedom and equality and justice has not been no tension with queerness and feminist thought at all.”

The Objection to Affirmative Action: Consideration of race and race by itself

Supreme Court expected to overturn race-based admissions in colleges

Leaders seeking an end to affirmative action in college admissions believe the Supreme Court will overturn the precedent after oral arguments on Monday.

Students For Fair Admissions President Edward Blum shared an interview with The Daily Wire on Monday that shared his view that the race-based action may soon end.

Lawsuits against Harvard University and the University of North Carolina are exposing the crude and dehumanizing racial sorting that goes on in elite universities’ admissions offices.

UNC’s application form asks young people to check a box identifying themselves as (1) Asian, (2) Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander, (3) Hispanic, (4) White, (5) African American or (6) Native American. White Hispanics with ancestors from Spain are lumped in with Central American immigrants. The black child of a Harvard-trained doctor or diplomat checks the same box as a black applicant living in a homeless shelter. The Asian category absurdly covers 60% of the world’s population, from China to Japan to India.
