Federal Investigation of Identify Theft Operation

Feds Raid Defense-Linked Factory – Here’s What’s Happening In NC Factory

A sweeping multi-agency federal operation is currently underway in Kings Mountain, North Carolina, as agents from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the FBI, the ATF, and the DEA have surrounded Buckeye Fire Equipment, a major fire equipment manufacturer with past contracts tied to the Department of Defense (DoD) and Small Business Administration (SBA). While the liberal media downplays the significance of this raid, the involvement of multiple high-level federal agencies suggests far more serious implications than they’re willing to admit.

According to Queen City News, authorities confirmed that a criminal search warrant is being executed at the facility, with the investigation focusing on allegations of aggravated identity theft and the employment of unauthorized workers. Yet, given the company’s connections to federal defense contracts, many are questioning whether this is merely a labor violation or part of a broader national security crackdown—something the mainstream media seems eager to ignore.

While the left-leaning media dismisses this as a routine immigration enforcement action, the presence of the FBI, ATF, DEA, U.S. Marshals, and Customs and Border Protection indicates a far more serious investigation.

Are we looking at identity theft rings supplying fake documents to illegals? Could this be tied to defense contract fraud or even foreign infiltration? These are the questions real journalists should be asking—but don’t hold your breath waiting for CNN or MSNBC to dig deeper.

Democrat Rep. Rosa DeLauro Screams at Pam Bondi

Purple Haired Dem Loses It in Shouting Match Over ATF Cuts!

In a heated exchange during a House Appropriations Committee hearing, Connecticut Democrat Rep. Rosa DeLauro repeatedly shouted down Attorney General Pam Bondi, demanding answers about proposed budget cuts to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and its planned merger with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).

Rather than allowing Bondi to explain the Trump administration’s commonsense reforms, DeLauro resorted to hysterical interruptions—a tactic the liberal media conveniently ignored in their coverage.

DeLauro, known for her theatrics, falsely claimed that a 26% budget reduction to the ATF and a 4.4% cut to the DEA would cripple law enforcement’s ability to combat gun trafficking.

Bondi, a seasoned prosecutor, calmly explained that merging the two agencies would increase efficiency by focusing resources where they’re needed most—on the streets, targeting criminals rather than harassing law-abiding gun owners.

“ATF agents will not be knocking on the doors of legal gun owners in the middle of the night asking them about their guns,” Bondi stated. “They are going to be out on the streets working hand in hand with DEA.”

Deputy ATF Director: Resign or be fired

Leadership shake-up continues as ATF deputy director Marvin Richardson resigns

A significant leadership transition unfolds at the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives as veteran official Marvin Richardson steps down from his position.

According to Newsmax, Richardson, who served as ATF's deputy director, resigned late Wednesday after being presented with an ultimatum to either voluntarily leave or face removal from his position.

The resignation follows closely on the heels of another major leadership change at the agency. Just a day before Richardson's departure, FBI Director Kash Patel was removed from his role as acting ATF director by the Trump administration, with Army Secretary Daniel Driscoll stepping in as his replacement.

The Justice Department has appointed Robert Leider, a George Mason University law professor with expertise in Second Amendment issues, to fill the vacant chief counsel position. Leider's background includes a clerkship with Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas.

Army Secretary Driscoll, despite his current international travel commitments, will maintain his responsibilities in both roles as Army Secretary and acting ATF director.

Restoration of Gun Rights

Trump Bids To Restore Second Amendment Rights

Since 1992, a congressional restriction known as the “Schumer Amendment” has prohibited the ATF from processing applications for relief from federal firearms disabilities, making the existing statute effectively obsolete.

The new rule removes the Attorney General’s delegation of authority to the ATF and instead allows the Attorney General’s office to directly process these petitions.

Merrick Garland tgrying to shred the Constitution

Ron DeSantis dropped the hammer on Merrick Garland for this assault on freedom

Merrick Garland knows that his time could be limited weaponizing the Justice Department.

Now he is trying to shred the Constitution on his way out the door.

And Ron DeSantis dropped the hammer on Merrick Garland for this assault on freedom. Biden administration launches plan to make private transfer of firearms illegal.

President Joe Biden and his rogue Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF), announced a plan to make the private sale or transfer of firearms illegal, without conducting a federal background check, under the 2022 Bipartisan Safer Communities Act, a bill passed with the support of Senate RINOs.

Anyone who transfers a firearm would be considered a firearms dealer.

SWAT - Pre-Dawn raids, their favorite intimidation tactic

Executive director of Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport seriously wounded after exchanging gunfire with feds

The executive director of an airport in Arkansas is fighting for his life after reportedly exchanging gunfire with federal agents who showed up at his residence to serve a search warrant earlier this week.

At around 6 a.m. on Tuesday, agents with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives arrived to serve a search warrant at a residence in Little Rock owned by Bryan Malinowski, the 53-year-old executive director of the Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport. Suddenly, during an execution of the warrant, shots rang out, leaving two wounded, including Malinowski.

He sustained a shot to the head and was on life support. We may never know his side of this horrendous incident.

My guess--he had no idea who was beating in his door or for what reason.

No-knock raids by SWAT are dangerously subjective. They have been known to even go to the wrong house. This reminds me of when the government went after Trump supporter, Roger Stone...FBI agents raided Roger Stone's home at pre-dawn in South Florida and took him into custody.

Stone was sentenced to three years and four months and his sentence was commuted by Donald Trump.

J6 crowd was infiltrated by FBI and ATF who set up innocent people

Jeremy Brown, Former Green Beret and the recipient of two Bronze Stars

At Least 20 FBI & ATF Agents POSED AS ‘PROTESTERS’ Jan 6th At The Capitol!

The FBI was busy trying to recruit members of the Oath Keepers for the January 6th protest at the Capitol. One of the ones they tried to recruit was Jeremy Brown but he turned the FBI down.

Months after J6 in September, the FBI sent 20 vehicles to arrest Brown for trespassing in an imaginary no-go zone outside the Capitol. He has been in jail now for almost a year because he turned the FBI down. He got a 7 year sentence.

According to an earlier report:

The FBI called Jeremy’s cellphone and asked for a meeting after trying to contact him at his house. Jeremy then met with the FBI agents at a restaurant in Ybor City in December. He told Brandon Gray that 38 seconds into the interview the FBI attempted to recruit him to spy on the Oath Keepers. And, he recorded the conversation.

Now, remember, Ray Epps was an Oath Keeper. It has now been confirmed that the FBI and the ATF had at least 20 assets embedded in the crowd, Was that including Epps? The Capitol police had at least another three. One of the first people inside the Capitol was an asset. That does not surprise me. He may have even led the way for others. That would not surprise me either.

Matt Gaetz wants to abolish the ATF

The Biden administration is clearly weaponizing certain aspects of the government against the American people.

On Twitter he said,
“My bill would abolish the ATF. If that doesn’t work, we’re going to try defunding the ATF.

“If that doesn’t work, we’re going to target the individual bureaucrats at the top of the ATF who have exceeded their authority in rulemaking.

“And if that doesn’t work, we’re going to take a meat cleaver to the statutes that the ATF believes broadly authorize their actions.”

FBI wants to destroy Fast & Furious Evidence

Jordan, who is the ranking Republican member of the House Judiciary Committee, sent a letter to the bureau this week in which he denounced the move as an effort to get rid of evidence of wrongdoing by federal government officials.

“Although the ATF apparently intends to forget its dangerous misconduct in Operation Fast and Furious, the scandal is still a matter of public concern,” the Ohio Republican wrote, urging the agency to “immediately take steps to preserve all evidence associated with Operation Fast and Furious and confirm in writing that you have done so.”

In addition to unanswered questions regarding the U.S. government’s role in the botched operation, Jordan noted that Mexican authorities are also working to prosecute suspects involved in crimes using the firearms.

ATF Agent Illegally Scanning Local Gun Shop Customer Data Into Searchable Database

ATF Agent Caught Taking Photos Of Local Gun Store’s Clients Info

Can we trust any Biden government agency today?

Black Metal Firearms owner David Nagel originally recorded on video an ATF inspector taking pictures of his company’s documents to show what the gun industry is up against in the current political climate, but what he caught on camera has now gone viral.

Nagel joined Glenn Beck on the radio program to reveal exactly what happened the day he captured the shocking video, the threats made by that ATF inspector against his regular customers, and the insults she hurled toward all gun owners.

UPS Going Woke?

UPS cancelling gun dealers’ accounts, destroying packages in transit

In a letter sent to one Florida gun dealer, Ghost Firearms, UPS said they were terminating the account because they “may be violating” laws concerning homemade firearm parts.

“We write to inform you that UPS has learned that your company may be violating applicable laws concerning the shipment of “ghost guns” to unauthorized locations,” the letter states. “In light of our concern, UPS has determined that it will cancel your account, effective immediately.

Biden screwing around with 2nd Amendment

Biden has declared that the Second Amendment is not “absolute”

and mocked those who describe access to guns as a bulwark against tyranny.

Even with a narrowly split Congress threatening his bold gun control agenda, President Joe Biden continues to act on such proposals through the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF).

As part of those efforts, the Biden administration has proposed ATF regulations that apply to pistol stabilizing braces — but some Americans, including individuals with disabilities, are crying foul.

They are coming for your Guns!

Who is David Chipman, Biden's ATF pick

"GOA is ... shocked at the brazen decision to nominate a registered anti-gun lobbyist to be director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives," Gun Owners of America Vice President Erich Pratt said in a statement to Fox News. "David Chipman’s anti-constitutional lobbying career clearly disqualifies him from holding public office."

Dudley Brown, president of the National Association for Gun Rights, noted Chipman's role as a case agent for ATF in the Branch Davidian trial while he was based at the Waco, Texas, field office.

"David Chipman has been on the leading edge of ATF scandals for decades, all the way back to Waco – and now he shills for gun confiscation with Gun Control Inc.," Brown said. "Chipman has embraced every hair-brained gun control scheme proposed, so of course Biden and Harris chose him – he’ll fit right in with their corrupt administration."

National Rifle Association spokesperson Amy Hunter said Biden's decision to nominate Chipman to lead the ATF and tap former Judge Merrick Garland as attorney general, who was confirmed in March and has expressed support for gun-control policies, "has made clear his sights are set on restricting the rights of law-abiding gun owners while ignoring criminals and foregoing substantive measures that will actually keep Americans safe."

"Further, the proposals Biden announced tonight could require law-abiding citizens to surrender lawful property and enable states to expand gun confiscation orders," Hunter said. "The NRA will fight this nomination and ill-conceived executive actions." [Fox News]
