Jurors acted like "activists" before deliberations actively began

Holdout juror in Lindsay Clancy murder trial breaks silence, says evidence proved she "planned" killings

The lone holdout juror who forced a mistrial in the Lindsay Clancy murder case is pushing back on fellow jurors' accounts of deliberations, insisting he never wavered in his belief that prosecutors proved Clancy killed her three children knowingly.

Michael P. Desronvil, 48, released a written statement through his representative Ray Marcel defending his refusal to join the other eleven jurors in finding Clancy not criminally responsible.

In the statement, obtained by CBS News, Desronvil said flatly: "I didn't have any doubts." He added that the physical evidence, key witnesses, and the prosecution's case amounted to "enough proof that she knew exactly what she was doing and planned."

That account directly contradicts what other jurors have said publicly. Fellow juror Paula Devlin told "CBS Mornings" co-host Gayle King that the panel worked together to try to reach consensus, and that the split at one point stood at 10-2 before narrowing to 11-1, with Desronvil as the sole holdout. Several jurors and Clancy's defense attorney have described the final tally as 11-1 in favor of finding Clancy not criminally responsible by reason of insanity.

Desronvil says jurors "cut him off" during deliberations. The jury deliberated for more than 38 hours over the course of a week, according to Breitbart, which reported that Desronvil described eight of the twelve jurors as favoring a not-guilty verdict from day one.

Through his representative, Desronvil characterized those jurors as behaving like "activists" pushing for acquittal before deliberations had meaningfully begun.

Erika Kirk - Painful Dignity

Erika Kirk fought to keep cameras in the courtroom

making sure this proceeding stays public, stays transparent, and can't be buried

And at her husband, Charlie Kirk's memorial service, she stood up and forgave Tyler Robinson.

"My husband, Charlie, he wanted to save young men, just like the one who took his life," she said through tears. "I forgive him because it was what Christ did. It is what Charlie would do."

Trump called for the death penalty. Erika Kirk forgave the man who made her a widow. Both responses make sense.

And this week, while she sits through photographs and autopsy reports and video of the moment her husband was shot, she'll do it with the same dignity she's shown from the beginning.
  • The Left celebrated Charlie Kirk's death on social media.
  • Bluesky users posted "do Trump next" within hours of the shooting.
  • Jimmy Kimmel cracked jokes about it on late-night television and got suspended.
  • An MSNBC contributor was fired for his comments – and then complained on Substack that the "Right Wing media mob" came after him.

Tyler Robinson playing Prosecutors as fools

Charlie Kirk’s Accused Killer Moves to Disqualify Entire Utah County Prosecution Over Alleged Conflict

When you’re caught red-handed in front of three thousand witnesses, sometimes the only play left is to attack the people trying to hold you accountable.

That’s exactly what’s unfolding in a Utah courtroom, where a man accused of one of the most brazen political assassinations in modern American history is now claiming the prosecutors are too compromised to seek justice.

Tyler Robinson stands accused of murdering Charlie Kirk, the 31-year-old founder of Turning Point USA, during a speaking event at Utah Valley University on September 10, 2025. Kirk was shot in the neck and killed while addressing his “American Comeback Tour” audience.

The chaos that followed—crowds dropping to the ground, attendees praying and scrambling for exits—has been documented by countless eyewitnesses.

Robinson was charged with aggravated murder, and prosecutors moved swiftly to pursue the death penalty. The case against him appears overwhelming, with legal observers describing a mountain of evidence. Pre-trial proceedings have moved forward with appropriate urgency, including sealed filings and intense media scrutiny.

So what’s Robinson’s play now? His defense attorneys are asking a judge to remove the entire Utah County Attorney’s Office from the case; their argument centers on a senior prosecutor whose close family member happened to be among the 3,000 people present when Kirk was killed.

This family member was reportedly about 85 feet from Kirk, fled in panic, and left behind a backpack later photographed at the crime scene.

Tyler Robinson, Charlie Kirk Murder Hearing

“How Judge Graf handled the request to remove the cameras was a litmus test for his commitment to transparency, and he passed with flying colors.”

“Had he wanted to remove the cameras from the courtroom, he had a golden opportunity to do so by accepting the joint position of the State and the defense that doing so was necessary to protect Mr. Robinson’s right to a fair trial.

Stipulated requests are easy to grant and rarely rejected. But when it comes to transparency, Judge Graf recognized that the parties aren’t the only ones with interests in stake; the visibility of the case affects not only the viewing public, but the integrity of the institution.”

Comey faces the music after years of dodging accountability

Gregg Jarrett exposed James Comey’s desperate legal strategy that could save the former FBI Director’s hide

James Comey’s legal team just tipped their hand about how they plan to beat federal charges.

The former FBI Director is facing serious time behind bars if convicted. And Gregg Jarrett exposed James Comey’s desperate legal strategy that could save the former FBI Director’s hide. Former FBI Director James Comey finally got his comeuppance when the Department of Justice hit him with federal charges in September.

The man who spent years positioning himself as the moral conscience of Washington, D.C. now faces one count of making false statements to Congress and one count of obstructing a congressional investigation. These aren’t parking tickets we’re talking about.

Comey allegedly lied under oath when he told Congress he "did not authorize someone at the FBI to be an anonymous source" back in September 2020. The DOJ says that statement was flat-out false.

Just days after his public posturing of "bring it on," Comey’s legal team filed motions asking the court to throw out the entire case. They’re claiming the prosecution amounts to political payback from Trump and arguing the charges are selective enforcement designed to settle scores.

Those aren’t the moves of someone eager to prove his innocence in court.

Those are the desperate tactics of someone trying to avoid facing a jury at all costs.

Trump will pardon all innocent Political January 6 prisoners

Mr. President, pardon Steve Baker and the nonviolent J6 defendants on day 1

Donald Trump promised repeatedly to pardon hundreds of people caught up in the events of January 6, 2021. For those who marched peacefully through the Capitol, it’s time for the nightmare to end.

Steve Baker’s trial was scheduled to begin Tuesday at the E. Barrett Prettyman Courthouse in Washington, D.C., but anyone expecting high legal drama was left disappointed. After last week’s election, playing along with the farce would have been a waste of everyone’s time and taxpayers’ money.

In a fairer world, federal prosecutors would have pondered the recent headlines and taken a sensible step back. That’s what special counsel Jack Smith did with his crusade against Donald Trump, who, Lord willing, will take the oath of office again on January 20.

Baker’s attorney, William Shipley, filed a motion on Sunday to delay his trial and revisit the case in February, citing Smith and the Justice Department’s new stance. Judge said "nope."

Where's Hunter?

Hunter Biden's Federal Tax Case Nearing Trial In Los Angeles

Hunter Biden’s ongoing battle to dismiss his federal tax charges progresses un-waveringly toward a Los Angeles courtroom.

The Los Angeles Daily News reported that Biden is facing a trial next month on multiple tax-related charges, with appeals to dismiss the case having been rejected.

As the date approaches, a status conference is set for this Wednesday in downtown Los Angeles, marking a pivotal prelude to the trial.

This conference is to address the complexities surrounding Biden’s tax obligations, which are said to exceed $1.4 million.

The charges state that between 2016 and October 2020, Biden diverted funds towards a lavish lifestyle rather than settling his tax dues. This spending spree encompassed drugs, luxury hotels, exotic cars, and more.

Where's Hunter?

Hunter Biden to Face Sentencing in November on Gun Charge Convictions

In case anyone is wondering where the hell is Hunter Biden, he is set to be sentenced on Nov. 13, following his conviction on multiple gun violations.

In Delaware, Biden faces sentencing on the three gun-related charges, while in California, he is poised to confront separate tax evasion allegations at trial, as the Epoch Times reports.

The federal court in Delaware has now scheduled Hunter Biden’s sentencing after he was found guilty in June.

The trial, presided over by U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika, concluded with Biden facing up to 25 years in prison and $750,000 in fines. This followed his admission during the trial, corroborated by his memoir, of purchasing a firearm illegally while addicted to crack cocaine in 2018.

Lloyd Austin makes right decision for those behind 9/11

Lloyd Austin Recinds Plea Deal Reinstating the Death Penalty for 9/11 Mastermind

Negotiations for a plea deal had been ongoing, but they were fraught with complications. Last year, Biden blocked a proposed plea bargain, refusing to offer the requested guarantees.

Austin’s recent decision to take charge and rescind the plea deal shows strong leadership and a commitment to justice.

Negotiations for a plea deal had been ongoing, but they were fraught with complications.

One of the complications happened last year when Joe Biden blocked an earlier proposed plea bargain because it didn’t offer the requested guarantees that the men would be spared solitary confinement and provide trauma care for their torture.

We see Austin’s recent decision as a necessary correction to Biden’s misstep.

Judge Merchan reschedules Trump sentencing for September

Alvin Bragg found out a bad surprise from the last person he ever expected

Alvin Bragg’s criminal conviction against Donald Trump in a rigged show trial is suddenly in play.

The news came out of left field.

And Alvin Bragg found out a bad surprise from the last person he ever expected.

In the wake of the Supreme Court’s Presidential immunity ruling, Donald Trump’s lawyers petitioned Judge Juan Merchan to delay the July 15 sentencing hearing so Trump’s legal team could file a motion to set aside the verdict.

Judge Merchan went even further and pushed the sentencing to September 18 and said the hearing may not even be necessary as the defense and prosecution will submit briefs by September 6 to set the verdict aside.

Jill Biden loyal to stepson who called her a "C*nt at one time

Jill Biden draining taxpayer funds for extensive travel

First lady Jill Biden has been CAUGHT red-handed.

If you follow Mrs. Biden's comings and goings, you know how often she loves to pretend to be the all-American mother.

She loves to paint a picture of standing by her children, no matter what.

In true Jill Biden fashion, the first lady flew from France to Delaware to make it to her stepson, Hunter Biden’s, trial.

We need a family in the White House who understands their decisions DO affect the people of this country.

Americans are struggling to feed their families and keep a roof above their heads right now thanks to the BIDEN economy, all while Jill travels first-class to France.

America cannot afford another four years of careless actions from the Biden family and administration.

Read about Jill...

There has been so much negative publicity regarding Jill's travel that the Democratic National Committee will reimburse the value of the first-class tickets for the trips she made so that she could appear before the jury and intimidate them at the Hunter trial.

Trump case decided before final verdict?

Juror’s Alleged Cousin Posted “Trump Is Getting Convicted” a Day Before Verdict Announced

The judge presiding over former President Trump’s New York criminal trial notified his defense team on Friday of a comment on the court’s public Facebook page that implies one of the jurors discussed the guilty verdict with family before the trial concluded.

Fox News obtained the letter Judge Juan Merchan shared with Trump defense attorneys and Manhattan prosecutors.

“‘Today, the Court became aware of a comment that was posted on the Unified Court System’s public Facebook page and which I now bring to your attention. In the comment, the user, ‘Michael Anderson,’ states:
“’My cousin is a juror and says Trump is getting convicted! Thank you folks for all your hard work!!!!’”

I heard on Fox last night that the Judge could order a mistrial if this is true and he could then order a new trial. As a commenter said, "The whole trial was a kangaroo court just to keep President Trump from running for office. The whole thing was POLITICAL."

Tucker on our Judicial System

Tucker Carlson Speaks Out About Trump Verdict

Following the conviction of former President Donald Trump on 34 felony counts in a case related to hush-money payments involving adult film actress Stormy Daniels, Tucker Carlson has voiced his support for Trump.

The verdict, handed down by a Manhattan jury, ignited a mixture of reactions from Trump’s proponents and opponents, underscoring the profound partisan split in U.S. politics

On May 30, 2024, Carlson aired his thoughts on the significant verdict on platform X. He stated, “Bringing in the Third World makes us the Third World. This is what just happened. This won’t stop Trump. He will win the election unless he is eliminated first.”

Carlson, a known Trump aficionado, also asserted that the verdict symbolized “the end of the fairest justice system in the world” and hinted that anyone supporting the verdict poses a risk to society.

Fani has a problem!

Georgia Court of Appeals Halts Trump’s Election Case Until March of 2025

A Georgia appeals court has halted the election case against Donald Trump and several of his co-defendants – a massive victory for the former president seeking to push further legal issues until 2025.

The new order filed on Wednesday from the Georgia Court of Appeals is the latest indication that a trial in the state-level Georgia election case will not occur before the 2024 presidential election. The court said the case will be on hold until a panel of judges rules on whether Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis should be disqualified.

The appeals court is expected to rule on the disqualification issue by March 2025, though it could issue a ruling sooner. Several sources close to the case have told CNN that the timeline remains very uncertain.

"I’m willing to go to jail to save this country"

Trey Gowdy stunned Trump supporters with this reaction to the guilty verdict

Former South Carolina Congressman Trey Gowdy served as one of Fox News’ lead legal analysts during Trump’s show trial in Manhattan.

When the verdict came in, Gowdy was among the many analysts dumbfounded by the jury’s decision.

And Trey Gowdy stunned Trump supporters with this reaction to the guilty verdict.

Soros-backed Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg convinced a jury pulled from a pool of his voters to convict Donald Trump using a farcical legal theory Bragg invented to charge Trump on crimes Bragg made up.

Trump’s real crime was winning the 2016 election.

But by manufacturing a non-existent federal campaign finance violation, Bragg gave Democrats a chance to re-litigate the election and claim they proved in court that Donald Trump stole the Presidency from Hillary Clinton.

So, what will Democrat Judge Merchan do? We will find out on July 11.

Shredding Bragg's case

CNN just made this damning confession about Alvin Bragg

If Alvin Bragg thought he could count on the support of one media outlet in his show trial against Donald Trump, it would have been CNN.

For eight years, CNN ran a smear campaign against Trump, where every anti-Trump lie, hoax, and conspiracy theory received nonstop coverage.

But now CNN just made this damning confession about Alvin Bragg and admits doubts about Bragg’s case.

Perhaps no anchor on CNN hates Donald Trump more than Jake Tapper.

Tapper was one of the first in the media to adopt the phrase used by the Nazis, “the big lie,” to describe Trump challenging the results of the last election.

Tapper also ignited the Russia collusion hoax by reporting that Deep State conspirator, then FBI Director James Comey, briefed Donald Trump on the existence of the hoax Christopher Steele dossier.

This report by Tapper prompted Buzzfeed to publish the Steele dossier and the lie that Trump colluded with Russia during the 2016 election was off to the races.

Alvin Bragg pursued his Political Case against Trump and won

Judge Merchan in Alvin Bragg’s political persecution corruption trial

Donald Trump continues to be the biggest target for political vendettas and witch hunts.

Relying on the weaponization of the courts, Democrats had all their hopes behind the most absurd case yet but they won.

Despite the refusal to prosecute Trump by the Department of Justice and Federal Elections Commission, the Soros-backed Democrat District Attorney Alvin Bragg has not given up on the vendetta. He campaigned on "getting Trump."

Bragg knew that he could "get" Trump in court no matter what, however, considering that 85% of the district voted against Donald Trump in 2020.

His biggest hurdle was finding a judge that would let these baseless charges go through, and he ended up getting more than he could have ever dreamed for. Trump was convicted on all 34 Criminal counts that were really misdemeanors and could not be proven.
