Brian Cole, Jr. confessed planting pipe bombs

Judge delays ruling on Jan. 6 bomb suspect's pre-trial detention

Is justice delayed justice denied in the case of a suspected Jan. 6 bomb plotter?

This week, a federal judge in Washington, D.C., postponed a critical decision about whether Brian Cole Jr., accused of planting pipe bombs, should remain behind bars before trial, as Courthouse News Service reports.

This high-stakes hearing, centered on Cole’s alleged role in placing explosive devices near the Republican and Democratic National Committee headquarters on Jan. 5, 2021, featured intense debate over his release despite a reported confession.

According to the government, Cole spent months gathering materials, learning to build bombs through online videos and video games. He allegedly targeted both political party headquarters, believing they held responsibility during the 2020 election certification process.

“By his own admission, the defendant committed these acts because he was unhappy with the response of political leaders on both sides to questions about the 2020 election results, and ‘something just snapped,’” wrote prosecutors in a memorandum.

Under President Donald Trump’s administration, such confessions demand ironclad accountability, not leniency that risks public safety.

Tyler Robinson taking The fifth

Charlie Kirk assassination suspect to be charged Tuesday

Utah Gov. Spencer Cox told NBC News’ “Meet the Press” Sept. 14 that the man suspected of killing Charlie Kirk in the middle of an event Kirk spoke at on Sept. 10 at Utah Valley University has invoked his Fifth Amendment rights.

The suspect, Tyler Robinson, is 22. He is in a special housing unit at Utah County Jail until he is cleared by medical staff as he waits for formal charges, according to the Utah County Sheriff’s Office, ABC4 — ABC’s affiliate in Salt Lake City — reported Sept. 14.

After medical staff clear Robinson, he will be placed in housing according to the charges he’s booked on, Sgt. Ray Ormond of Utah County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement, according to ABC4.

Those charges are aggravated murder, felony discharge of a firearm — causing serious bodily injury, and obstruction of justice — capital/first-degree felony conduct, the article said.

According to Cox, Robinson has a boyfriend who is “transitioning from male to female,” and he has been “very cooperative with authorities,” unlike Robinson. Cox said they’ve learned Robinson’s boyfriend, who’s also his roommate, did not have any knowledge about Robinson’s plan and was shocked to find out that Robinson has been suspected of killing Kirk.

It wasn't 1 minute; it was 2 Minutes and 53 seconds

FBI Epstein Jail Video Edited More Than Previously Disclosed, Metadata Shows

A new forensic review of FBI jail surveillance footage from the night of Jeffrey Epstein’s death reveals that nearly three minutes were removed from a clip previously described as “raw” — contradicting earlier claims by federal agencies.

Digital forensic experts analyzing the video’s embedded metadata found that 2 minutes and 53 seconds were cut, with the footage ending precisely at 11:58:58 p.m. — just before a known one-minute system reset. The timing of the cut raises fresh questions about what may have been deliberately excluded from public view.

Analysts have confirmed the jail surveillance footage was edited using Adobe Premiere Pro, revealing two separate clips stitched together and repeatedly saved over the course of several hours. Editing markers and export logs directly contradict prior claims by the Department of Justice and FBI that the full 11 hours of footage remained unaltered.

Experts warn that even if the edits were purely cosmetic or formatting-related, any sign of post-processing undermines the video’s chain of custody and legal credibility. Shifts in aspect ratio and missing segments further complicate efforts to treat the footage as definitive documentation of Jeffrey Epstein’s final hours.

California Senate approves Get Out of Jail Card

California Democrats just opened the prison gates for more than 1,600 violent criminals

The party of common sense voted against it

California Democrats just passed a shocking bill that could release murderers and other violent offenders back onto the streets.

The Left has shown once again how little they care about crime victims and public safety. And California Democrats just opened the prison gates for more than 1,600 violent criminals.

The California Senate passed a controversial measure on Tuesday that would allow inmates sentenced to life without parole to seek early release if they committed their crimes before the age of 26.

Senate Bill 672, dubbed the "Youth Rehabilitation and Opportunity Act," passed on a strict party-line vote of 24-11, with every Democrat voting in favor and every Republican voting against it.

The bill, introduced by Democrat Senator Susan Rubio, was amended to exclude criminals convicted of certain offenses from seeking parole, including those who killed law enforcement officers or carried out school mass shootings. But anything else? a go.

Lake Worth Beach woman has long criminal record

Lake Worth Beach woman arrested on Grand Theft

A Lake Worth Beach woman couldn't get money from her mother. So, Palm Beach Police said, she stole from her son instead.

The 45-year-old woman with drug addiction problem was arrested May 27 on a charge of grand theft, and she remained at the Palm Beach County Jail on May 30 on a $5,000 bond, jail records show.

Police were called on May 21 to a home south of President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago Club, where the resident and her adult grandson told officers that they believed the resident's daughter, who is the grandson's mother, stole items from the house.

Rebuffed by her mother, the woman grew upset and went to her son's bedroom, where she took his brown Louis Vuitton backpack worth $3,000, Apple MacBook Pro worth $3,000 and an Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max worth $1,499, the police report said.

Trump will pardon all innocent Political January 6 prisoners

Mr. President, pardon Steve Baker and the nonviolent J6 defendants on day 1

Donald Trump promised repeatedly to pardon hundreds of people caught up in the events of January 6, 2021. For those who marched peacefully through the Capitol, it’s time for the nightmare to end.

Steve Baker’s trial was scheduled to begin Tuesday at the E. Barrett Prettyman Courthouse in Washington, D.C., but anyone expecting high legal drama was left disappointed. After last week’s election, playing along with the farce would have been a waste of everyone’s time and taxpayers’ money.

In a fairer world, federal prosecutors would have pondered the recent headlines and taken a sensible step back. That’s what special counsel Jack Smith did with his crusade against Donald Trump, who, Lord willing, will take the oath of office again on January 20.

Baker’s attorney, William Shipley, filed a motion on Sunday to delay his trial and revisit the case in February, citing Smith and the Justice Department’s new stance. Judge said "nope."

A Pathetic and Anti-American Attempt to Silence Elon

Shocking! Bill Clinton’s Former Labor Secretary Want’s Elon Musk Jailed!

Using power to silence opponents

It’s absolutely laughable how the left operates these days.

Take Robert Reich, for example, former Labor Secretary under Bill Clinton. Reich, in his infinite wisdom, recently penned a column attacking Elon Musk, calling him “out of control” and claiming he needs to be reined in.

This, coming from a man who served in one of the most corrupt administrations in recent history, is nothing short of hypocritical. But it gets worse.

Reich’s entire argument against Musk reeks of the left’s typical double standards. If Elon Musk were a mouthpiece for the left, there would be no such backlash—no calls for regulation, no threats of arrest, nothing. It’s the ultimate hypocrisy, and frankly, it’s disgusting.

Democrats really want America to be a Banana Republic, not a democracy.

Fight Fire with Fire

Either you’re willing to jail Democrats on the same terms they’re using to jail Trump, or you’re merely controlled opposition

The conviction of former President Donald Trump on manufactured charges in a Stalinist show trial this week marks a crossroads for the Republican Party. From now on, the civil war inside the GOP will be between those who understand they must do to Democrats what Democrats have done to Trump, and those who think they can trundle along with business as usual.

And make no mistake, that divide in the Republican Party is very real — and now, very obvious. In the wake of Trump’s conviction Thursday, for example, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell was submissively silent for most of the day.

Not that his conspicuous silence was a surprise. Recall that a year ago McConnell was likewise silent for hours after Trump was indicted in the classified documents probe, as was minority Whip John Thune. Eventually, McConnell issued the weakest possible statement late on Thursday, as did Thune, who belatedly called the Manhattan trial “politically motivated” and bemoaned the “partisan nature of this prosecution.”
  • Democrats will never stop unless they are made to suffer exactly what they would inflict on Republicans.
  • The only way to restore faith in the rule of law is to make those responsible pay for what they’ve done and bring them to justice

Elon Musk, stand up Guy

Elon Musk Says He is Prepared to Go to Prison in 2024 – Here’s Why!

Tesla founder and Twitter owner Elon Musk declared that he is prepared to go to prison if the FBI attempts to tell him to legally censor information in 2024, like they did with the Hunter Biden laptop story in 2020.

During a Twitter space, Jack Posobiec asked Elon what he would do if a government agency demanded that he take down legal content.

Musk replied, “If I think a government agency is breaking the law and there are demands on the platform, I would be prepared to go to prison personally if I think they are the ones breaking the law.”

Appeals Court says "no" to jail time & probabation for Parading Misdemeanor

US Court of Appeals Strikes Down Use of Jail and Probation for Jan. 6 ‘Parading’ Misdemeanor

Three-judge panel rules out 'split sentence' for petty Capitol offense

The Court of Appeals said the split sentence is not allowed.

“The only question on appeal is whether that sentence is authorized by statute. It is not,” wrote Circuit Judge Justin R. Walker for the appeals court majority. “Probation and imprisonment are alternative sentences that cannot generally be combined. So the district court could not impose both for Little’s petty offense.”

Judge Walker—appointed to the bench by President Donald Trump—was joined by Senior Circuit Judge Judith Rogers—an appointee of President Bill Clinton—in the majority opinion. Dissenting was Circuit Judge Robert Wilkins, who was appointed by President Barack Obama.

The appeal involved the conviction of James Leslie Little, 52, of Claremont, North Carolina, on a single count of parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol building.

The Court of Appeals vacated Mr. Little’s sentence and remanded the case back to U.S. District Court for re-sentencing.

Parading is one of the most frequently charged crimes in Jan. 6 cases. Judges in U.S. District Court in Washington have disagreed on the use of split sentences for federal petty offenses. Some judges have refused to use split sentences even when encouraged to do so by federal prosecutors.

Epoch Times

There are still people rotting in the D.C. jail to this day. More than 1,033 people have been arrested for storming the U.S. Capitol building on Jan. 6, 2021, with charges ranging from obstruction of an official proceeding to assault. But 28 months after the protest, a significant number of rioters are still awaiting their sentencing.

Around 47% of those arrested—485 individuals—have received criminal sentences, while the rest are waiting for their trials or haven’t yet reached plea agreements. Recently the DOJ is seeking a 33 year prison sentence for the head of Proud Boys and he wasn't even at the Capitol.

And he's a Reverend! It's all in the Genes

Al Sharpton’s Brother To Serve 30 Months In Jail For Tax Evasion, Drug Trafficking, Lying For Social Security Benefits

Pastor Kenneth Sharpton Glasgow, the younger brother of the Reverend Al Sharpton, has been jailed for 30 months for various charges that include income tax evasion, drug trafficking, and lying to obtain Social Security disability benefits.

His attorney says 30 months is fair.

Their Dad, Alfred Charles Sharpton Sr., served 14years for robbery/drugs.

Prosecutors alleged that Glasgow may have taken nearly $1 million from the nonprofits without reporting the income.

Big brother, Al, owed millions in back taxes. In 2014, The New York Post and The New York Times reported that Sharpton had accumulated over $4.5 million in unpaid state and federal taxes on his personal assets and for-profit businesses, including Raw Talent, Revals Communications Inc., and the National Action Network, a civil rights organization he founded. Has he ever paid his back taxes?

Release ALL of the January 6 footage

Some crazy stuff went down at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021

"Due to a series of strange events, an otherwise peaceful protest about a stolen presidential election turned chaotic. It was unfortunate. People were hurt. Five people died.

However, the radical left and their puppets in the corrupt mainstream media have tried to paint January 6 as a so-called “assault on American democracy.” To hear a progressive Democrat tell the story, January 6 was a “full-blown insurrection.” It wasn’t.

In fact, it may be one of the biggest miscarriages of justice in U.S. history. Because of the chaos that ensued, hundreds of innocent people were arrested." Many still sit in jail awaiting trial to this day. What happened to speedy trials per Amendment 6 of the Constitution? "Some have entered pleas to avoid costly attorney fees to defend themselves.

The majority committed the same crime; unlawfully entering the Capitol, or misdemeanor trespass. Sure, some overstepped the boundaries of sensible protest. These people may have violated certain federal laws. They should be forced to answer for their actions.

However, the majority of those jailed did nothing more than follow the crowd."

Delray resident sentenced to jail

A South Florida man who pleaded guilty last year to making online threats against the outspoken Republican congresswoman Lauren Boebert has been sentenced to 15 months in federal prison.

U.S. District Judge Robin L. Rosenberg imposed the sentence on Matthew Lee Comiskey, 39, during a hearing Thursday at the Paul G. Rogers federal courthouse in West Palm Beach.

Rosenberg instructed Comiskey, a one-time Delray Beach-area resident who now resides in Broward County, to surrender voluntarily in August, when his sentence will begin. The judge also ordered that Comiskey be placed on one year of probation upon his release from custody.

Biden wants Trump in Prison

And Republicans believe it should be Biden wearing the stripes.

Biden To Throw Trump In Prison Before 2024 Election

Well, that's his determination although they continue to investigate spending $50mil to find nothing

“As recently as late last year, Mr. Biden confided to his inner circle that he believed former President Donald J. Trump was a threat to democracy and should be prosecuted, according to two people familiar with his comments.”

“And while the president has never communicated his frustrations directly to Mr. Garland (so its been reported), he has said privately that he wanted Mr. Garland to act less like a ponderous judge and more like a prosecutor who is willing to take decisive action over the events on January 6.”

And what happened to the fizzled out Durham Report?

Ron DeSantis signs bill for stiffer penalities on fetanyl distribution

On Thursday, Gov. Ron DeSantis signed CS/HB 95

"This is his Controlled Substance bill and the minimum mandatory sentence for selling fentanyl in Florida was increased from three to seven years.

"We’re going to do all we can to decrease the prevalence of fentanyl in Florida and that means if you’re dealing fentanyl, you are killing people, and you’re going to be put in jail,” said DeSantis.

If the distribution of methamphetamine results in a person’s death, Florida’s new law makes it a felony of first-degree murder. The penalties are also increased if the sale of a controlled substance occurs within 1,000 feet of a substance abuse treatment facility."

If Biden and the Democrats won't protect American citizens, it will take Republicans to do what they can to curb these drug dealers at pour border.

"Fentanyl is considered to be 50-100 times more potent than morphine and kills tens of thousands of Americans each year. And if the chemical is altered, it can be significantly more lethal.

Join the Army or Go to Jail says Florida Senator

Florida Lawmaker Seeks To Bring Back “Army Or Jail” Option For Criminals

In the past, criminals have sometimes had the option to join the military to avoid jail time. A Florida Senator has filed a bill that would make this option available to anyone under the age of 25 who is facing fewer than 4 years of jail time – with some caveats of course.

The bill would only apply under the following conditions:
“the offender has not been convicted of an offense or, if the offender has prior convictions, is not a habitual felony offender, a habitual violent felony offender, or a violent career criminal.”
